He was friendly, I just wished I would have a chance to talk to him face to face. Were about 2 hours from my hometown. Dont get that many chances to get to Kendallville, Indiana. Have always had good service from State Farm. Duane Axel was my agent for many years until he retired. Started out with Duanes father as my agent I believe.
