I only went in for packing supplies but they had exactly what I needed plus the gentleman working there was very helpful and courteous.

Monty was very helpful and super friendly. He went over the instructions and explained what we needed to do to return the trailer during after hours. I will definitely go back.

Montie was the best, he made my move from Arlington as painless as possible. Needed a truck last minute, almost closing time, and he was more than helpful. Needed an extra day, no problem, handled over the phone.If I ever need to rent a truck again this is the place I will rent from.

Convenient location but most of all very friendly service every time we have rented a UHaul trailer here.

Monti has been outstanding with assistance and coordinating trailers and trucks for me. I have rented both running performance floors and props for the KHS winterguard and he has made it easy for me. He works with me, gets what I need on-site and always friendly. When a truck had an issue he switched it immediately knowing I had 60+ young ladies needing me to get their props to a competition and we completed what was required after the fact. I could not ask for someone better than him He has a great Christian attitude and always a pleasure to speak with over the last four (4) years.

Worst experience ever, had a confirmed reservation and only to go there with my family and found them to be be closed . Nobody was was willing to help over the phone . Worst treatment on phone by a lady who claimed to be the manager .
