My family had the pleasure of working with Jesus, one of the techs from Nolan Pest Control. Jesus made communicating with him extremely easy. He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond explaining the situation we had in our home.I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the area who has lived here for some time, or anyone new to the area like us, who had a ton of questions which Jesus was able to answer for us.Our 4 year old was waking up with bites, and Jesus put our mind at ease on the cause, and we are 2 days from the initial treatment, and she has had no new bites since the service was done.

I have no buggy problems because of them. Joe even takes the time out to hold my cat so I can clip his nails. He never likes anyone but adores Joe. Last visit Jesus unjammed my stuck gate and fixed the hinge after making sure the bugs won’t come back. Anytime someone needs bug control I tell them to call you all!!!!

They never let u know they are coming but do increase prices which im sure they are necessary during pandemic.

He is polite, courteous and communicative, the essence of everything a customer wants in their service provider. The pest control barrier program that Truly Nolan uses has been consistently effective in maintaining our home pest free. The rodent inspection program has also been a worthwhile investment.

I had a termite service early 2020. They came to inspect again this month when I had a concern that termites returned. It was only mud dauber nest.

Jesus is always on time. Explains the process and does a through job.

Where do I start... Just go somewhere else1. I should have known the company was shady when they came out to give me an inspection, gave me a coupon and then at the actual contract signing they didnt want to honor that coupon. I did get my way with the coupon on total cost but I didnt realize they went and changed the cost of continuing coverage inspection for the next year by the coupon amount.2. I went over ALL the details I could with my limited knowledge of termite control with the technician before he even started. He assured me he had the contract with the details and that he would do the job as promised. Wrong. I didnt think I had to watch the technician like a hawk, but apparently I should have. He didnt trench the entire back side of my house!! How does that even happen? Apparently because he didnt know if with the porch that spans the entire back of the house needed to be drilled into or just trenched around. I wish I would have inspected all the work BEFORE I let him leave because I now have to take another half day off work to have this done.3. In the package I was supposed to get, the technician was ALSO supposed to spray inside the house and attic. The did do some of the walls inside but he didnt do the attic. Again, I didnt think I had to constantly monitor all the application, but apparently I needed to have my own checklist that I went over at the end.Overall, terrible communication between reps (like the worst I have ever seen with a company that had graphs and the package details drawn out for each other). Also, I had to ask for management to contact me after I immediately contacted the regional office when I realized the job wasnt done and after the technician called me the following week to try to come back to do the job again. Im honestly not sure if they even applied the termite pesticide around the full exterior of my house and this has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth.**extra information- my local pest control company charges me $125 less a quarter for routine pest control. Absolutely mind blowing that there is that big of a difference between the cost that actually would give me less pest coverage.

I believe that I usually give you folks 5s, but I cant do it this time. Yesterday, my son-in-law pointed out a rather large place in the sheeting where a squirrel has been gnawing. Your records will show that I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, where the varmints were camping in my attic. I know you folks will get rid of them if they are again successful in getting int, but do you guys have have anyone you use (or recommend) to patch my sheeting? Thanks! Max Benson.

Our experience with Truly Nolen Pest Control has been very positive. The technicians patience with my schedule was similar to that of Job, very helpful. They were also willing to understand my concerns with chemicals being used in and around our living space. We found a solution for that as well. We signed a year contract to make sure treatments were regularly executed. Thanks TN!

We moved into our home at the end of June and it was invested with ants and other critters that absolutely do not belong in a house. I was ready to leave, but called Truly Nolan instead. They came right away, treated inside and out, and a day later all was good! They now come every few months and we have no problem with any kind of critter. Thank you!

Jesus was very thorough and professional. He explained the work, did the work and then showed me all the work with a great explanation of the follow monitoring for pest.

Update- company has now no showed 4 times for my quarterly serve. Don’t waste money with them they are a scam. I will be filing complaints with the attorney general and the BBB. They are in breach of contract and taking money every month from me.Not sure what to think about Truly Nolan. The carpenter ants appear to be gone. We pay for them to come out quarterly. We still have many different ants and bugs. Not over thrilled. We had Tempco in Florida they came monthly and I never saw a bug in the yard or house.

Truly Nolan is awesome! They always show up for appointments, their product works, NO BUGS!!!!. They are always so very nice on the phone too. We had a visitor that led into a horrible flea investigation very quickly. Truly Nolan took my call on the fourth of July holiday weekend and when they arrived they helped me roll all the rugs and take down all the curtians. They cost a little more but are totally worth every penny!

Receptionists are always friendly and have treated me with respect and kindness.Titus came out to patch up some concrete and check the attic. He was kind, funny, thorough, quick, and great with our two boys. When a man can make a rodent problem fun... now that’s a rare gift deserving recognition!!

So happy that Truly Nolen was able to remove the birds nest from my front porch. Wasnt sure that I would have to call another company as this is not the normal pest issue, but Truly Nolen took care of it for me! Yeah!

Good experience in our household. Joe M. came in and scoped it out. Titus S. came back and plugged 9 potential entry points. That seems to have worked. When I need a check, I just call Lisa S at the home office and everyone is so accommodating. These folks know what theyre doing.

Truly Nolen has exceeded my expectations each quarter. Joe Neely arrived yesterday, on time and had the courtesy to call me an hour ahead to give me a heads up. Who does that? I’m just wondering how all their other customers fare since it’s apparent they always send their best techs to ME! Have to mention Joe Mehlmann and his group in Keller. Joe M is such a great guy and never pressured me into buying services I didn’t need. He steps in when they are busy or schedules demand it. Never disappointed when Joe M shows up for service.

We discovered a termite problem at the house we just took over from my fiances family- apparently its been happening for years. We thought they were ants at first, but boy were we wrong. We called Truly Nolen and a few other companies near by. They were the most flexible with inspecting the property before treatment. They came the next day and confirmed it was termites. They gave us a deal saying that if they spray and treat the ground and they return with-in a year they will spray for free again. If they come back the second year you get a discounted price for the service and so on.I am updating my review to 5 stars. Turns out they were the only company who responded during busy season and had the soonest available. The tech spent all day at the house and found all the nests. We will keep using their service in the future

I have been happy with the service provided from initial account setup to the quarterly visits. During our first intense visit, our tech spend extra time to find where the fire ants were getting into the house and coming up in the living room carpet. I appreciate the extra time he took to make sure that our main concern was taken care of.

The service has been thorough and all those who have come to our new home have been very professional and pleasant. Calling Truly Nolen for continuous service is not a decision we will regret, Im sure!
