Our yard has never looked better! Thick St. Augustine grass. Love it! Austin was great - he came to the door to let us know he was here so we could bring the dog inside. Highly recommend their services!

I would like to thank Michael G. for the service he provided on our yard this month. When he came by I actually had two questions to ask him while he was treating the yard. The first was about some missing grass that was in my yard. I showed him the spot and he asked did you also see pellets, I said yes. He immediately said it was rabbits and it made sense because I periodically see them in our neighborhood. He provided additional explanation why my grass ended up with the damage from these rabbits. I also asked about the long grass stems showing in our yard (I was checking to see if they were weeds). I showed him and he said this was the Bermuda grass expanding out. I did not know this so I walked away from this service learning two important aspects of my grass. I thank him for his service and for educating me as well. He deserves a little extra something for going above and beyond.

I desperately needed help with my yard which was infested with weeds. I found Top Turf on the Internet and scheduled service. Over the phone, The lady spoke very quickly but was friendly and seemed professional. I asked for a copy of the contract so that I could better understand the agreement and they said they do not offer contracts. I can cancel anytime. (Without a contract they can’t be held accountable.) On my first treatment, the tech never rang the doorbell to let me know someone was on site. if I had not been home with my dog I would’ve never known that they were in the front yard. I let them into the back and I honestly thought that the technician would talk to me and explain to me what’s going on since I’m a new customer have no idea what he’s going to do because supposedly each treatment is specific to the house. After their “service” there were large areas of my yard that were completely overlooked. When I realized “the owner” left without speaking to me, I called and left a message. The message was returned the next day and when I explained my dissatisfaction about not having my entire yard completed, a different lady told me that Top Turf did not spray flowerbeds. This was information that was left out of my initial conversation. I have flowerbeds that are empty it’s just soil but huge weeds are growing out of them which is partly why I hired Top Turf. After explaining that to them there was no solution. It was basically take it or leave it and that this is a state rule and anywhere else I would call it would be the same situation. Although this information might be correct, it should have been addressed when I was signing up for services so that I had a clear understanding of what I was paying for. They offered to come back, at no charge, but I had to wait almost two months and again never told me they were here, so the areas I needed treated never got sprayed. I finally received my second treatment and they did not go into my backyard. I have surveillance cameras and I had things that needed to be moved from in front of the gate. I’ve paid this company to come out and overlook 50’ of grass THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!!!! This company is unprofessional, unreliable. They are liars and thieves. After finding out “the owner” was the initial tech that came out and only treated half of my yard I should have canceled immediately. Word to the wise, NEVER USE THIS “COMPANY” FOR ANYTHING.

We started using Top Turf for getting rid of mosquitos during the summer months and Michael G. was our tech. He was very thorough with the application and got the job done. Top Turf also keeps our weeds away and grass green. Whenever I call for a service, they will come out and get it done quickly. I appreciate their services and have referred them to friends in the area.

I signed up for their lawn service and they came out the next day and got me started on a great lawn. We have used Top Turf in the past and have been satisfied with our yard. They do a great job managing our lawn and even come out on request if there are concerns.

Absolutely a waste of money. Not only are they not capable of fixing a problem they then try to justify and claim pretty rudely if they can’t nobody can. Would love to update this review later with my own simple store bought fertilizer and show them what a rip off they are. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Anthony Willis sprayed my yard, took his time with good attention and left an understandable note. If no improvement in 14 days call for a free service call. His visit was a day after a free service call for problems with weeds in my back yard. Thanks, lets hope improvement is going to happen. The first visit and evaluation was done by Timothy Frady & we discussed the boundaries of my yard. The prior owner paid for servicing of about half the yard but i want the whole yard to look good. It extends to the bottom of the back hill. Onions & grassy weeds are trying to take over!

The technician Rickey Moore has his work cut out for him. We have had a couple of treatments so far and am happy to say that Rickey is doing a great job. He is attentive to detail and seems to on a crusade to eradicate our lawn of the weeds. I am now considering that he expands service to our back yard.

Our tech, Olson, seems to always do a thorough job. Our yard does still have some tough weed grasses this year that weren’t completely eradicated but overall our yard looks very good. Top Turf is a good value vs. the cost and time of DIYing it.

Warning - I gave these guys 20 months and had to re-sod large portions of the yard 3 times. Theyre smooth talking but this is a DIY solution with a pretty truck. Spend your money with the pros, not this company. They do NOT stand behind the product. All my neighbors with no treatment - yeah, their yards look fuller and better than mine. Mine is bare, thin and looks pitiful. They should be ashamed.

Top Turf has been such a significant upgrade for us vs using TruGreen for many years. The work is quality, the product is quality and they are very professional. Michael K has done a great job treating our yard and trees/bushes.

Overall Top Turf does a good job and I believe they use quality products. Customer service is hit and miss as I’ve been told on several occasions they’d be out and nobody comes for weeks. Then I call to remind them and they somehow set it up for the following day, with 6 confirming phone calls. Efrain was my tech today and he did a great job. He’s the first tech that took a couple minutes to talk to me about what he was putting down and why. Very nice.

Top Turf always wants to ensure they’re doing a good job and they’re treating my lawn the way I want it. The tech Efrain caught me today and asked if he could do anything better. He knows it’s rained a lot recently and suggested I open my back gate so he could also spray my alley. Great work!

This is my first year of using a service after doing it myself for over 20 years. They have done a very good job.

My lawn is always looking great now that I have them servicing it for weeds. I think that Top Turf has done such a great job, that even other home owners around me have started using them. I see signs up on a lot more lawns lately for Top Turf.I even forgot to unlock the gate to my back yard yesterday when I went to the doctors office. When I got back to my house I saw the sign that they had treated it and called them to apologize for not unlocking my gate for them. The office called Ricky, he serviced my lawn that day, and about 15 minutes later he was back at my house to treat my backyard. Talk about awesome customer service.Ive had other weed control companies service my lawn before. One of which even told my wife we cant make your grass grow. That company never serviced my lawn again.It was a blessing in disguise as that allowed Top Turf to come into the picture. Ive been happy ever since.

Olson came and added the application and left us with a great summary of what was done. He also left a description of what to look for so we would know if we needed to call him back out. We have the nicest yard in the neighborhood!

Left gate open! Have dogs! I’ve given these guys a second chance after they charged me for services that I called and cancelled. Well they came and did the services again. So, I again called and voiced my concern. They didn’t charge me for the service, so I thought I’ll give them a third chance since everyone makes mistakes.Well, they came and only sprayed my back yard for services I only wanted BUT They insisted that they did the front yard BUT they didnt. I have cameras and never once did they show that they sprayed my front. No recording of the tech being in my front yard at all. The manager asked me to send him video recordings! Horrible customer service!!In fact, the tech only did the back yard and left back gate wide open! I have a dog and I also pet sit, so imagine pets getting out and being lost! Big liability here with no proper staff training!Don’t trust them with your yard and home!
