The Teachers, for the young group, are great with them. They have patience and awesome techniques to help them focus, listen, and have fun.

We drive over 40 minutes to go here. This gym has been our home away from home for 4 years now. We originally started to help my son behave better and as a way to burn off extra energy. Never did we think it would turn into what it has, another family. He has made some amazing friends here. We love the instructors and my son loves the classes (there are days we are there for 4 hours!) We are so lucky to have found a gym where the students recieve so much attention from the instructors and really help them grow a love for Jiu Jitsu. You wont be sorry if you make the choice to try this place out!

Ive trained here for the past three years. From my very first class, it has been nothing but a positive experience. The instructors are exceptional in their teaching, highlighting technical but important details while still keeping the instruction approachable. The fellow students are all friendly yet competitive. My son has been attending Keller Elite for several years. We tried many other martial arts classes before this and Keller Elite is by far superior in their teaching methods, discipline methods, and provide the right amount of fun. My son struggles with attention, but at Keller Elite they were able to help him focus without making feel like the bad kid (something that happened in other classes). They use positive reinforcement by giving the kids duct tape stripes on their belts for hard work. Also, Coach Tracy is able to keep the kids in line without yelling. They all listen to her and respect her. Her soft spoken way of coaching amazes me. I highly recommend Keller Elite.

Roberto Kaelins school is awesome. The instructors are very good with the kids at all ages. Tracy has just the right touch of friendly and no nonsense and shes a highly qualified instructor. All the staff get to know the kids by name and they quickly learn their strengths and weakness and help them progress. They are also very flexible. No one tells you that you have to go a certain number of days or compete in tournaments. Its very focused on what the kids are comfortable with.

We absolutely love Keller Elite! The exercises and structure has given our very active son an outlet. All of the instructors love what they do, and it shows. I highly recommend them.

This is a great family and learning environment for adults and kids. Kid’s instruction is top notch. Each instructor, led by Traci D’Arcy, is great at what they do. They teach and understand how kids best respond to instruction. The adult classes have so many people there that are willing to help teach the new guy. It is not a hyper-competitive environment, which means anyone can walk in and participate.

My son and I both train here and absolutely love it! The facility is clean, instructors are so knowledgeable, and they, as well as the older students, provide a very welcoming environment to newbies and you learn quickly. I have only been training there about 7 months but I have already made such great relationships and look forward to every training day.

I have been training BJJ here since the summer of 2011. I enjoyed going to the gym so much I started taking the Judo classes and the Muay Thai Kick Boxing class. It is so enjoyable you don’t even feel like you are working out. The intensity of that workout is all up to you. All of the instructors are top notch and I believe the best in the area. All types of techniques are covered so you will have a lot of information to keep you busy training. Lots of attention to detail is given for each technique. So if you practice, you will have the moves down perfectly. All types of people and skill levels train here. No matter who you are, or what you are trying to accomplish, you will have someone to train with. I thought I was supposed to be in my prime in my 20’s. I am in my 30’s, and after training here I feel the strongest I have ever been.

My 7 year old child has been there for almost three years, and I have had zero complaints.

Cant hardly express how great it has been introducing our 6 year old to BJJ at this facility. Tracy and her assistant instructors are simply the best we could have hoped for, and more. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and professional. I cant believe how much my childs focus has improved; how much he looks forward to going back, learning new skills, working out. I started doing BJJ here 4 months ago and have been thoroughly impressed by the teaching at this school. Tracy does a magnificent job with the beginners during Tues and Thursdays. She breaks it down to where it is easy to digest. Roberto is a magnificent teacher and a walking encyclopedia of techniques. I am blown away by the knowledge he brings during the MWF sessions. I cant recommend BJJ enough to those who want to keep fit and learn a martial art. There is nothing that can be compared to rolling non stop for 5 minutes. I highly recommend RK. Superb instructors, nice facility and a program that takes you at any level and makes the learning enjoyable.

Some BJJ gyms are pure adrenaline, and you end up with a lot of lame infighting. Other gyms are ONLY kid oriented, which, by itself is not a bad thing unless you dont have any kids and just want a place to train.I love the attitude at Robertos. For adults, its the perfect mix between a competitive spirit and a friendly atmosphere. Nobody is going to wipe the mat with you, just because they can. Youll get a workout, thats for sure, but nobody is going to be a jerk about it. Then if you keep having trouble with something, then everyone is more than happy to explain something or show you something specific.The kids classes are superb. Sometimes it seems theres more instructors on the mat than children, so each kid is getting 1v1 instruction.Roberto is a Jiu Jitsu encyclopedia, and Tracy does a really great job of making the operation run smoothly.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a tough sport and having skilled instruction and a family/community feel unites everyone to a common of goal of protecting ones self and having fun. Additionally, they are NOT a buy-a-belt academy where money moves you up in rank. When you receive a belt you have truly earned it and it will show when you train with others.
