My branch! I love this bank!

Arlene is a manger that knows how to manage. She has a wonderful crew working for her. I have been at this branch for about 10 years or more. They are very helpful to all that come. I have heard good comments while standing line which is not very long because they are very good in what they do

After losing faith in the banking industry, it has been completely restored by Arlene and her amazing staff. From the moment i walked in, to my account opening, and the handling of any issues that have come up, they have all been great. You can tell her employees enjoy working there and always have a professional and friendly demeanor.

Victoria was a complete sweetheart. I was trying to deposit a check and we were having issues. She made me feel heard and was very attentive.She even gave me a follow up call to check on me. Ive never experienced such good customer service.

I keep getting odd charges every month in my savings account. Last time it was a charge for transferring money from my savings to my checking. It’s my money. I had to put my cat down and I didn’t know how much money I would need. And it’s my money so why does it matter if I move it around. Now this month I got a service charge of $3 because from December 27th to January 4th my savings was at $0. As soon as I got paid I put money back in it. Sorry I had to take $1500 out of it to go buy a new car. How dare I. I thought that’s what savings is for? I am getting really sick of these surprise charges. I’ve been with y’all for over 4 years and I feel like you are making up new rules now and just trying to get money out of me. Maybe it’s time to switch banks!!

Arlene is so professional and is an amazing banker! I had used another bank since 2008 so I was hesitant to switch but Arlene made me confident in my decision and I am glad I trusted her and made the change.
