Called this company because my dishwasher wasn’t draining properly and they sent someone from some other company called Prime Repair and Services. He messed around for about 15 minutes and said the disposal was clogged where the drain line attaches and it would be $195 to fix it. I watched as he acted like he was working under the sink and all he was doing was removing and replacing a bolt on the main drain line. All he ended up doing in the end was remove the plastic plug from the disposal that blocks the dishwasher drain hole. We just moved in and the previous owners must have just replaced the disposal and didn’t remove it. Very dishonest to charge $200 for a fix that easy when the charge just to show up is $85.

My personal refrigerator wouldn’t cool properly, so I called the repair company to have one of their service experts come by and fix it. The technician came over promptly, and he addressed the procedure smoothly. The results were immediate, and the cost was pretty low.

I called this company 7-15-2020 and simply asked do you clean dryer air vents. The guy who answered the phone didnt mention the name of the company, didnt say hello, good morning, not a word other than a response to my question with a attitude NO with an any hang up in my face! Terrible Terrible Customer Service. So much so that a person who doesnt really write reviews but will very ofter tell managers how good a job people are doing. I hope the Owner will see this and fix this behavior. Hope it was the Owner. I would not use this company either way simply because of that person.

I was never good at DIY projects, which was why I gave this company a call when I needed help with my fridge. I was afraid that I might have to replace it, but the professional they sent over did an excellent job. I have nothing but praise for you guys.
