The service was AMAZING best decision I have ever made. GREAT SERVICE! And a good deal! The fine sir Corby who helped me with my refrigerator was very respectful and well mannered. Not only that but VERY skilled at his job for such a young kid. His boss taught him very well and the man Steve on the phone was VERY helpful and I have no doubt that if he were to send me another worker other than fine sir Corby the job would have been done just as good or better!
Aces appliance repair has saved my life on more than one occasion! Whether its my dryer dying right as I have my home birth, or the washer making noise the day before my daughters wedding! Aces appliance has been there to fix it! The owner Steve is amazing, and he has an amazing staff! Of course I have my favorites, but they are all competent and all around good guys. I highly recommend them! You wont be disappointed!

While they weren’t able to repair our washing machine (it was a Samsung), it wasn’t for a lack of trying. They came out three different trips and spent over ten hours trying to fix it.... and because they couldn’t my bill was extremely low.Highly recommend for trustworthy service!

Thanks very much. I originally posted a negative review last week because the repair did not fix the problem. Aces was quick to send a technician back out. They replaced the computer board and heating element at no additional charge. Everything is working fine now.
The two gentlemen arrived in a timely manner to replace my disposal. They did so and it is working well. The only negative was that the price charged for the work was higher than expected.
Aces does a great job. They are timely and the owner does a great job. They are also very professional with the work they do. I would definitely use them. The only 2 things that lost them points were leaving the dishwasher box on the floor and not picking up the mess that was left all over our kitchen. Then the time before they came without calling and letting us know and we were not ready for that. Over all a great company just a few little things that can easily be fixed!
My Samsung fridge wasNot making ice cubes only crushed ice. TheyCame out twice (charged me Twice); the second time to Fix an issue that arose from the first repair. Now, $500 later my ice maker doesnt Work at all and my Door Dispenser is only Dispensing Water No ice Cubes or Crushed ice. In addition, Now my door is flashing an error message and the display Doesnt work at all. Very disappointing service.
We paid the professional service fee to assess the issue with our washer. They came and said it was the shocks....we paid over 450.00 to fix the washer. After the parts were installed it was NOT fixed. Then we were told it was the bearings and that would be over 700.00 MORE. So obviously we werent going to do that. But they shouldve said that after the assessment. They werent willing to reimburse any of the money. So 450.00 was out the window without a working washer as an end result.

The service call price was more than I wanted ($65). Other than that the rep was perfect. Found the problem within minutes and even recommended replacement over repair due to the cost of repair.
My washer stopped working suddenly and I needed it repaired quickly. Ace came out the next day and quickly found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The technician, Jacob, was very courteous and neat. It is so nice to have a technician that cleans up after a job. Thanks!

I have a Kenmore elite washer that was leaving plastic all over my clothes. I scheduled an appointment for which was made for a time that I chose. Cody and a new hire came out and we spoke about what it was doing and what I had done to remedy the situation. He knew what the issue was and took the time to explain what he was doing to not only the new hire but to me as well. I was charged a fare price and can not complain about the service that was performed. I will recommend and use them again for future repairs!
We have a 20 year old GE Monogram built in refrigerator/freezer that began to cool less than it should. My fear was that the unit was beyond repair or that the parts to repair might not be available. I contacted several companies before finding Aces Appliance Repair. They were out to inspect the unit within 48 hours. Cole and Corby, the two technicians they sent, accessed the situation and came to the quick conclusion that the problem was the failure of a compressor cooling fan. The simple fix was a replacement unit that theyd be able to replace two business days later. As with the initial inspection, they arrived as scheduled two days later, took a few minutes to replace the fan, and they were gone. Total cost for both trips, the replacement unit, and labor was less than $400. That was several weeks ago and the refrigerator continues to work as it should. I highly recommend this company. Id give them more than 5 stars if I could.

After over $300 our problem wasnt fixed. I texted afterwards and said that our washing machine was still not working properly and was told it would be another service fee to come out because the problem wasnt the same as the previous problem. Although a diagnostic test was run, the problem still persisted. Although parts were replaced, the problem still persisted. I called back and let them know that our machine still wasnt working and was told that it would be another 3-4 days for someone to come out and take a look because theyre booked. I can understand that, but when a paying customers problem isnt taken care of I would expect a little more haste in fixing the issue. Ive taken my money and patronage elsewhere.
We called Ace Appliance Repair be cause our clothes washing machine was not working properly on a Friday and then they scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Well for some computer error the appointment was not met and no one showed up. So I called back to their office.. They apologized for the scheduled error and offered to reduce the service call fee by one half and to Reschedule.A repair tech named Jacob came by as scheduled..he was knowledgeable..professional..quick..and fixed my machine.Their customer service attitude is right on track!...Ernest Rodriguez
I called Aces as they have repaired my icemaker on my refrigerator. I remember them saying that if it went out again it be covered as it was the 3rd time. I have not had any other appliance repairs done. When my upright freezer went out I called and I said I had food thawing but it take two days before they get there. I asked about the ice maker and they said they would look when it was serviced before coming out as he was not in his office. Warranty work on ice maker, was supposed to have been checked prior to arrival. So from 2-5pm on a Thursday the Tech showed up, knowing nothing about the icemaker. Said it cost me another $25 to diagnosis it. He looked on his tablet and could only go back one year as they have a new system.I Question how he diagnosed my ice maker, as he put his fingers in the back and then said it was a bad wire, he did not put a meter to it. Then tells me I needed a whole kit that included a wire harness that cost $276. I stated it had that done the last time and he told me he doubted it.My freezer, he plugged it in for less than a minute and stuck temp probe in and said it did not drop 2 degrees so therefore its the compressor. He did not listen to me as when I did research with this make and model to not freeze were thermastat or fan motor. I went through, as the freezer had no suction upon closing the door for days, No noise coming from the fan motor. He stated the thermastst and fan motor were fine without even testing either one. Not once did he show me that they were in functioning order. So if I did spend the $489 to do the compressor and it was the other, then I just wasted my money. So $55 for a service fee, charged another $25 to touch my ice maker. No repairs and Im out $80. Even if it was the compressor most service techs will check the other elements, but he did say Ive been doing this for 27yrs I can hear that its the compressor. I will be deleting this number from my contacts.
They are quick to diagnose the problem and will fix it quickly also.
