If I could give it zero stars I would. Service One Air came out to to repair our AC unit. We were told that the primary drain was clogged and that a plumber needed to come out and snake the line. Well, the plumber came out and said it needed to be transferred back to the AC techs. Service One Air came out and said it was a dirty air filter next. Replaced filter and still not fixed. Service One Air also cut the 3/4” pvc piping that went from the AC to the primary drain. When they tried to piece it back together it started leaking and dripped and ran all over the place after they left. My wife called them and told them and said they refused to come back out to our house because it was a plumbing issue. I talked to Allen and this is a well rehearsed script that they have down to a T. It’s almost comical, but anyways he swore to me that the water wasn’t coming out of the pipe they repaired. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. He said all of the connections are glued and no way it was leaking. He said the water was coming from somewhere else. What a joke! Well, just because it’s glued doesn’t mean that it sealed or that it was connected properly. Anyway, we had to call someone else to come fix everything that Service One Air messed up and it ended up costing us $459. The AC is working fine now.
Our HVAC unit stopped blowing out cold air and we called up Service One Air. They were very responsive and had a technician out that evening. Steve was great and went above and beyond and helped eliminate a couple of wasp nests before servicing our unit. He found the issue and help us think trough possible solutions. We decided on one and he was done and out within 30 minutes or so. Steve was professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Today I have a gentleman named Ty came out to fix my AC issue. I am super satisfied with his service and professionalism. I would give more stars for Ty’s service if I could. Not only he was detail oriented and super informative throughout the process, he respected my home. His friendly nature and his character is also worth mentioning. Jordan contacted me when on his way. Was polite and respectful. Was done in around 90 minutes which included installing the new parts on the air handler and checking out the condenser. Will use them for seasonal inspections.

I was panicking when my ac stopped working. I have a warranty through AH, before I could even hang up the phone from call AH Service One Air was calling me to set up an appointment. They came that afternoon and were able to quickly repair it
An employee contacted me to schedule an appointment and I need two units serviced. I was told that the work order was only for one unit. I told her I would contact AHS and have the other unit added. She then told me if Im being honest I have 35 people I was told by the scheduler that If Im being honest I have 35 people to call and I dont have time for that.. Well wow. This type of service is why I am loosing hope for humanity. Cant believe a company would have someone like this working for them with direct communication with potential customers. It may be a busy time right now, I get it but thats no way to talk to customers. I will remember and never use this company.
I was referred to this business by American Home Shield Warranty Company. Whom I would give negative stars for as well due to dishonest business practices.This company completed a service check on my AC unit. My electric thermostat was disconnected during the process. After becoming aware of it I called to I called to request for a technician to come back out to reconnect it. A appointment was set with a standard 3hr window. The technician never showed up m. I called to see if the technician was still coming 30+minutes after the 3hrscheduled window time. I was told that they are not coming out. And if I wanted it back on I would need to go into the attic myself to turn it back on. As that’s what other customers do when they forget. I explained that I am disable and can’t go into my attic above the garage. They said that they are not driving 2hrs back to my home for the issue. They suggested that I get someone else to do it for me. Unfortunately I am all alone and I didn’t feel that I needed to let them know that. They were very rude and disrespectful! I suggest you be very cautious if you plan to do business with them. Because if you have a issue with their work you will be left to figure it out yourself. Or perhaps take them to court. Such a hassle! Be Aware and Stay Away!!!!
Was told we needed a new A/C unit and it would be thousands to fix but all along my husband figured it out that it was just the thermostat. Very unhappy and I thought they were a honest company I would always use😧

This is the best HVAC service Ive ever had to deal with. John is a credit to your organization. On-time, professional, courteous, explained each step and showed me the problem. Then showed me the burnt out pieces after it was working. Plus didnt try to claim extra work done. A++++ and highly recommended.
BEWARE! This Company was sent out to repair my Ac unit from AHW and they lied and diagnosed It with a bad compressor. I payed out pocket for a second opinion from a more trusted company and lo and behold absolutely nothing was wrong. They turned off the breaker to the furnace and outside breaker to make it appear as if the system was not functional. Btw AHW only provides new replacement parts NOT REFURBISHED as they insisted I caught them in so many LIES!
This weekend Jordan showed up within an hour of me calling, from over a 45 minute drive away, and repaired my unit in under 30 minutes. Best A/C service we’ve ever had, hands down.
The experience was one of the best service experiences Ive had in a long time. Imagine a service tech and a company that actually care about what they are doing. Our service tech Doug was caring, efficient and professional. He listened to me, he assessed the problem and had us up and running in not time at all. He had everything he required on his vehicle to make repairs. After care was great. He advised us what he had done, showed me both outside and up in the attic what may need to be done in the future and made us feel confident in the work he had done.I highly suggest this company and look forward to working with them in the future when the need arises.

The junior technician that Service One sent said that the primary control board was burnt. She did not bother to check if the blower was working or not and if that might have caused the “burn”. She said that the warranty does not cover the board and left. Then Service One called me and said a generic Primary Control Board which would have cost $600 was not available and that an OEM board was $900 plus taxes. So I went with an independent contractor and he said putting on a generic board would cost $475 and he got it the next day. But he found out that the blower was bad and that had caused the PCB to burn out. So my warranty ended up covering the blower and the PCB.BOTTOM LINE: Not only was Service One not knowledge, they wanted to sell me an OEM at 150% of the generic and either they did not want to help me with a generic board or they were not aware of its availability- either way, that’s not healthy

In a day where most companies are trying to find a way not to cover warranties, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy that Service One Air is not one of those companies. After receiving the word that American Home Shield would not cover a bad circuit board for our Furnace, we were knocked off of our feet to hear from Service One Air and that would cover the repair. For a company to recognize when the part should have been covered and decide to do it for the customer goes beyond words I can express. We also recognize that during this pandemic, most companies are having a difficult time keeping the doors open so this just adds another level to their superior customer service. They have won a customer for life and I strongly recommend them for any of your service needs. We were very impressed by the level of professionalism and true customer service. I used service one Air for the first time yesterday and it was the best experience Ive ever had with a heating and air conditioning company and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of work on their systems. I had 2 employees come out yesterday and fix someone elses mistakes. Stephen and Jordan were very professional and they took pride in what they do I was very grateful that they fixed my heating system problem that has been going on for years Ive tried other companies and they never took the time to really figure out what the root problem was and these 2 men did. I will continue to use this company for my heating and air conditioning in the future. And when I do I will be asking for Stephen and Jordan to come and do my work. I will be buying a new system pretty soon because I have had mine for many years and its time to upgrade my units. Stephen went over with me the different systems they have and wasnt trying to push a sell on me. He did explain that I had a very old unit and that I am probably paying too much to either heat my house or cool it and hes right. I just wanted to say thank you service one. Your company is lucky to have these two employees. You will be hearing from me soon.

I understand my unit is old and I know for a fact I need a new one but my furnace still works...I checked the fuse and it was blown out...that technician touch ground and it blew it out and claimed my motherboard was fried and they covered it up to try and have me purchase a new unit or motherboard, after buying the fuse plug my motherboard still cranks but the blower is out...I know my AHS covers that specific part so here I am again posting another 1 star. I will no longer purchase future home warranty nor a service request from a company, I had another technician come out and diagnose my furnace and said that the blower was the only thing wrong with it and that the fuse blew out once the other technician pulled the motherboard out...so yeah I recommend y’all have 2 different technicians diagnose your furnace.
They had to come out multiple times but did so in a timely manner never had to wait to long. And always updated the information.
Service one is a very professional company. When our air went out I wasn’t able to be there when they came to fix, but my wife said they were extremely professional pointed out some things to her and made the repairs quickly at a reasonable cost. I made a follow up call to the office to ask some detail questions about what had been done (I like to know details and my wife couldn’t explain too well ;-). Stephen answered all my questions in great detail and spent more time on the phone with me than I ever expected. My experience is most service companies do not really want to spend any time explaining what they did. He was friendly and professional and gave me detailed helpful information which will cause me to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing A/C work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m used to repair people coming out- spending 10 min to “diagnose “ the issue- then telling me they need to order the parts and will be back in 3-5 working days.Edith was complete- thorough- found and fixed 2 issues- and ultimately left me with a working unit and a list of “to do” items.I need to replace the unit- but for now she genuinely did her best to get me up and running
As always they show up either early or on time. They send out a text so you know the tech is on their way and the anticipated arrival time. Doug was outstanding, patient with questions and explained everything. He is a great tech and always get what I expect.

On Friday afternoon our AC stopped working. It was 96 degrees outside and unbearable inside as well. Doug came out that afternoon and worked hard to figure out what was going on w our unit. He ran into a couple of bumps along the way, one bump that should have caused us to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get it fixed. But, he didn’t feel comfortable leaving our family and pets without AC for that long. So, he kept working at it and didn’t give up. Doug’s determination saw him through and he was able to get our AC up and running!! He did not try to up sell us on anything and we were very impressed with his professionalism, heart and perseverance! Highly recommend!!!!

Service One Air, Keller, Texas is the best AC company that I have had in my 76 years. When I had a new AC and Heating system installed four years ago, this family owned and operated company was quick to respond to my request for a bid. Of the six bids requested, Service One was the one that quoted me the best value. They handle only the best equipment (Trane) with a wonderful 10 year warranty. Everyone in this company is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I love people with integrity and this company has it. After four years of great service, one of my units went out. I called, Service One and they send a service technician out almost immediately to fix the problem. They sent out a a very knowledge, friendly and professional technician, her name was Edith. She diagnosed the problem very quickly. a capacitor had gone out, due to the extreme heat we are having (102 to 107 without the heat index). She replaced it and was fully covered by warranty, just like they committed four years ago. Great Great company.A happy customer: Don

We had a technician come out a few times because our wall unit was leaking. After cleaning the filter, they left. It started leaking the next day. They had to come out again, and they recommended spray foaming around the coil and hose “to help with the sweating”. I didn’t feel right about forking out $200 for something I wasn’t convinced was the problem so I had my dad come look at it. Within 5 minutes, he saw that the condensation line was completely blocked. Don’t know how the technician completely missed that. We ended up calling out a different company.
John came out to service my AC unit and he was in and out very quickly. He was able to explain the issues and the resolution in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. Doug and Mike came out on an American Home Shield warranty claim for an issue with my 20 yr old AC unit. I was expecting to be dismissed and sold on a new unit, with it being a warranty claim, but Doug far exceeded my expectations.He resolved the issue for us and then some, was honest, friendly, and professional, and Mike offered maintenance tips. They both went the extra mile to take care of my issue and not just convert my unit to a sale.Im crossing my fingers the unit makes it through the summer, and when I am ready to purchase a new one I will be calling Service One Air.

On Friday night July 3rd our 4-5 year old a/c stopped cooling, I submitted my first AHS warranty claim and was assigned Service One Air. We reached out to Service One and were told we would get a call back. We never heard back and thankfully my husband called around and Mims Air responded on the holiday and got us fixed up early in the morning.
The technician came out, troubleshot (?) The problem quickly and my air was working within 30 minutes! He even gave me some advice that would prolong the life of my system. I will always use this service!

They lied to me saying I didn’t have any freon in my system and it was going to 600 dollars to refill also told me that I needed a new system. They don’t fix the issue. I got another ac company to come out and was told it was only a couple pounds of freon low and my changed my thermostat now it’s running good. Will never use this company again
Called them on Thursday morning about my AC being out, got seen Thursday night. After a few other quotes I called Friday morning and was able to get my new system installed Friday night! Great company thats family owned and operated in Keller. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Im very pleased with service 1 and will recommend to everyone!! Much better prices than A#1 and most others. Call them and get your quote!!

My American home shield warranty called this company out because my air conditioner was not cooling. I sent a technician out and charged me an extra $199 and told me the coils need a cleaning. (We had them cleaned in April) A week later it froze up and once again stopped cooling and they sent another technician out who said I had a leak in my evaporator coil and they wanted about $1700 to fix it. And my home warranty didn’t cover all of it. So I got a second opinion and found out today there is absolutely nothing wrong with my air conditioner. Avoid this company!!!!!!! They are scammers and ripping off homeowners and home warranty companies.

This company is not to be trusted. Came out and told us our evaporator coil had a leak. The coil had been replaced under warranty less than a year ago. They said coil is still under warranty but for them to replace they would also have to do $1,700 of “upgrades” to bring unit to code.Got a 2nd opinion from another company, all it was ...dirty filter!Do not trust this company with your business.

Thieves !! I thought my system just was working a little to hard and not cycling properly. 3.5 Ton that is 21 yrs old. They came out after I called American Home Shield and said it would cost me $1775 to repair. Get this, 1. was $250 for a permit in Fort Worth. A permit to replace the complete system is only $85.00, I called and got the cost. So anything less would cost less. And the repair guy doesnt know the cost and neither did the office because they sent the estimate? yea, right. 2. It would take 12 lbs of freon to replace the damaged coils that were not damaged and the whole system only holds 5.1 lbs. Of course that was R22 at $840.00. 3. To retape with mechanical tape $250.00, Rigo never removed to cover to test the coils. It was later and it took a total of 6 minutes and a $9.00 roll of mechanical tape to cover them. 4. I would need a float switch. Wrong, my system transfer is in the house, not the attic. Cost 195.00, if I bought one online $22.00. 5. Insulate the drain line $ 125.00. Why? Once again it is inside of my home. All unnecessary. Rigo tried to steal from me . I am elderly a handicapped. A whole 14 SEER new system would be $3800.00So I called another company not associated with American Home Shield. They pulled the cover, NO COIL LEAK and took pics to show me how clean it was. All I needed was just less than 1 lb of freon due to a valve leak at the outside unit...Rigo and the whole company are out right either incompetent or thieves..
