I absolutely love this company. BNC has done an amazing job with maintenance and repairs for our AC. Our home is over 20 years old and we still have our original unit thanks to these guys. They also tell it to me straight and they never try to add any extra unneeded things. I can tell you some crazy stories of what some company’s have tried to talk me into to rack up my bill. They are fast and reliable. Thank you BNC!

We had the BNC team out to service our 20+ yr old AC system, and they were honest and ethical in their service to us, and truly did all they could to help get us back up and running! So when it was time to fully replace our system, it only made sense that we called BNC Air to do the replacement, and we could not be happier with our new system! Guys are prompt, reliable, and efficient. Have used this company on numerous occasions, two of which were when I was out of town and the air went out. They were willing to meet my neighbor for inspection, call me with quote, and complete the repair before I got home. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency. Oh, and the bookkeeper is wonderful! Invoicing, payment, and receipt can all be done online! Great company!

We have used BNC AIR for the past 7+ years. They have expertly completed a couple of repairs on the A/C over the years, and have been our HVAC Preventive Maintenance Company for the twice yearly (Spring/Summer & Fall/Winter) tune-ups, which keeps our HVAC system running top notch! Clint and Brandon know their stuff, are always professional and extremely reasonable on their prices. If you need HVAC work, this is the company!

Once again they have completely satisfied us. We have owned our home for over 20 years. We used a different service provider years ago and our issue was not repaired after a few visits. We called BNC Air and they fixed the problem the first time. We have depended on them ever since and they have never disappointed us. This time it was our compressor in triple digit temps, but they were right there in the heat with us. We have had to call them out on weekends and in evenings and they are quick to respond with such a positive, friendly attitude. We trusted them to replace our unit while we were out of town and have called them out for our elderly neighbor. I don’t often give referrals as I know when something goes bad, it will reflect on me. In this case, I do and will continue to recommend BNC Air to anyone that needs service on their heating/cooling system. They care about the people and homes they service.

I am giving them a 1 star because there was no option for a ZERO. We had them come out to fix a leak in our AC and they charged OVER $500! They charged us on the invoice over $35 for the valve part. Its a schrader valve! That can be bought online for $2 RETAIL. If you mark up the price of your parts so outrageously, then you are not an honest business person. Over $200 for labor that took less than an hour, and then of course the charge for the Freon (but considering the overpriced valve I have NO TRUST that we were not screwed on that too). Sadly we were taken, but hopefully no one else will fall into the trap.EDIT: July 16Your response is not honest. You DID NOT use Freon when you recharged our air-conditioner INSTEAD you used a cheaper alternative to save us some money however you failed to disclose that the reason it is cheaper is because it does not work half as well. Before you fixed it I could cool the house down to 65 at night and the AC would shut off and turn on only twice for an hour to maintain the temperature. NOW my ac has to run 24/7 and the coolest it has gotten since you fixed it is 72. AND my electric bills have jumped up to double because my KW usage is now more than double it was before you fixed it. So to say that you recharged us with Freon is a blatant LIE. Now every month I spend an extra 250 because you said you were going to save me a hundred. You have a responsibility to your clients to inform them that if you are going to use a cheaper product, the reason it is cheaper is because it does not cool as well as Freon. I hope anyone reading this takes my advice and does business elsewhere.
