We see Mary every year and she always answers any questions we have. She is warm, inviting and friendly. If she doesnt know the answer she will find out the answer and get back to you. We love her and love catching up every year!

Mary has been the best Ive ever worked with and she always explains things fully. She answers every question I have, no matter how small or ignorant.

I have used you in the past and was very satisfied but this year the agent that we had I am not sure he did a good job. I am also not 100%confident that he did our taxes correctly and overall I didnt like the interactions with this agent.

Dino did mine and my wife’s Taxes last night for the first 30 minutes of our appointment they lost our paperwork that we dropped off on Saturday then he promised that he would do it for free and at the end he still made us pay after he made a promise it was supposed to be free because of the mixup after all this very disappointing never coming back to H&R Block

Called to ask about help for filing for nonfiler stimulus info. Was told I would get a call back. Have NOT received that call back to date.

The process did not take long and everything was explained to us clearly. Staff was awesome, friendly and inviting environment. This is our second year filing our tax through H&R Keizer branch and they always deliver satisfaction.

I tried to do it myself and didnt have much confidence in the results. I feel like H&R Block got it right for me. Was fairly quick. But it cost more than I expected.

This HRBLOCK is franchise unlike the hrblock company so I don’t recommend this place, make sure you got the right Hrblock when you file.. unprofessional

I gave a score of 5 because I know I can trust that my taxes get done right. I have never had any issues with H &R block. The one year I tried doing my taxes myself I completely messed up so I count on yhe professionals at H&R block

They did not explain what they were doing and did not clarify my questions about the cost or extra cost for direct deposit. They are over priced and did not do a better job than when I did it on my own last year and when I called to amend they charge you an extra 99$ ! Completely disappointed in their service

It was quick, simply and easy for her to do my taxes.

I went to the keizer branch as I do every year but this year the lady that was helping me treated me like I was a criminal, i will never go to them again

Worst experience with Dino Morales I have ever had. It started with him being 30 minutes late. The sign at his desk states he has 10+ years as a tax specialist but he was the most unorganized, incompetent and rude tax preparer I have ever met. He could not find paper work to give me for itemizing donations in his file drawer that looked worse than my 8 year olds desk. No file dividers, just papers thrown in a drawer. He completely mixed up my selling and buying escrow paperwork for my house and it took him over 20 minutes to find the pages he needed to use for my taxes. Not to mention he scolded me on selling my house sooner than I should have. One would think with 10+ years experience, he would know which escrow papers he needed to look for. I was at my appointment for 1.5 hours and he didnt get farther than putting my name and birthdate in the computer. Once I realized we were not a good fit, he refused to answer basic questions so I could do my taxes at home like I normally would do. I will never go back there!!

Dino Morales knows what hes doing. This is the fourth or fifth year hes done my taxes, and Ive always been happy with the results.

Called for advice and instead was bullied and lied to. Used scare tactics to get me to believe only they could help me for $300! Got off the phone crying and called the actual IRS to verify what they told me and realized H and R block are liars!!!
