During the COVID-19 startup and continuous period I was in a search for 3 new physicians to replace those that went into retirement... Dr Reyna D. Swift was the first to accept me as a new patient... I appreciate her willingness to take on new patients... I had my first dermatology appointment with her on Monday ... September 20. Dr. Hale was my dermatologist for many years. After her retirement I was hoping her replacement would be good. Just completed my overall skin check with Dr. Reyna Swift and I was pleasantly surprised. Shes personable, profession, and skilled. Really happy with my first appointment!

Dr. Jordan Praytor always shows interest and listens to my concerns with helpful suggestions. The assistants are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Even tho I have had to visit all 3 offices in the last 3 weeks and we still are not sure why the rashes keep coming back, Dr. Bremmer seems like he genuinely cares and wants to figure it out. He is proactive and gave me options and treats me like a person, not a number. He listens and gave me options on what our next move is.

My visit was to take care of potential skin cancer and a digital cyst as well as consult for rosacea. The actinic keratosis was missed last visit. I have not received the email for the rosacea cream yet.

Dr. Swift is very thorough and personable. She does not rush you through your appointment. She truly cares about you as a patient and as a person. I would highly recommend her to any relative, friend and to any stranger. She is wonderful!!

Eric Harmon is efficient, caring and fun. He knows skin!

The office staff is so rude! Which is unfortunate because Dr. Swift is amazing. Not sure we will be continuing with this office when we can’t even call to ask a question without being spoken to rudely and then hanged up on.

I was very happy with my visit to the Valley View Dermatology Clinic in Keizer, the staff were very friendly and Dr. Srinivasan showed a keen interest in his diagnosis and prescribed treatment.

I’m very impressed with the staff here. Dr. Swift is very thorough and takes her time during exams. Dr. Bremmer did a fantastic job when I needed MOHS surgery. I have recommended this clinic several times!

Wait time was very short. Changing next years annual checkup to a mailing helps reduce office time and potential exposure. Good job.

I just started seeing Dr. Swift and I am forever grateful for her willingness to not just take the easiest route in fixing my periorificial dermatitis and helping me find a solution without having to give up breastfeeding. I see Joel, he is a P.A. I love him and have seen him for many years. I used to see Dr. Hale before she retired. The practice is now Very different and seems more focused on products. Reception is rude. I would never go if Joel wasnt there.

Was able to make an appointment the day after I contacted them. I waited less than 5 minutes before being greeted and taken to the exam room. The doctor was friendly and explained his diagnosis in a manner that was easy to understand.

Wait time was short. Friendly staff. Did have a little trouble understanding the Doctor. (Had to take my hearing aids off)
