I bought a Groupon for facial waxing and called the salon to schedule my appointment. At first I thought I dialed to wrong number because the woman answered the phone with, Hello?... I verified that this was the number to schedule an appointment for the salon and she confirmed that it was. I explained I had bought a Groupon and wanted to make an appointment. She said she could see me the following week, so I took the appointment. Not long after that she called me back and said that she actually couldnt see me the following week because she has an emergency. (A planned emergency? Hmmmm... Weird.) But, I get that things come up, so I said, Okay, can we schedule for later in the month or for a later time? To which she replied that she couldnt but that she would call me back to schedule my appointment. That was three weeks ago... I have never heard back.It sucks because this business is so close to where I live and I had read so many positive reviews! I was excited to become a regular customer. Maybe this was a one time type of thing, and if there really was an upcoming emergency🙃, I do hope everything is okay... It was just an all around strange interaction and definitely not professional.

I got my eyebrows threaded and boy did she do amazing! I had unruly eyebrows and she brought them back! I was impressed by her cleanliness and safety precautions. Her scheduling is super easy too. Gave her a call and she got me right in. Highly recommend for quality and price!! I’m so excited to maintain a professional relationship.
