We hired Star Builders to replace the kitchen countertop with quartz & backsplash with large subway tiles & a beautiful stainless steel sink.Carlos, Octavio & Angel did a professional job & exceptional work on our stairway with re-staining to a darker color from the honey oak. We then had them re-stain all the doors to match, they just turned out beautiful!It was pure pleasure to work with our project manager Lexie, she kept us informed with time lines & when product would be available.We had worked with Star Builders about 10 years ago & returned to them for this remodel as we were so pleased the first time.

The tile gallery was awesome. They almost have to many tiles to choose from. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are spot on and very affordable. We ordered lots of tile and mosaic and received everything within a week. I will definitely go back there for anymore remodel projects.

I had a very small project that I needed tile for. Geoff gave me his full attention for almost an hour, even after we determined that my job would likely be too small for their tile crews.He gave me great suggestions and sent me away with samples. He even carried them to my car!I will return for their assistance should I ever have need of a remodel or addition.

Star builders recently designed an addition to our home. The Star team was extremely professional, attentive, helpful and prompt. They helped us make several changes to our plans as we progressed through the steps of deciding what our needs and wishes were for the space. Very good experience overall.

We have used Star Builders to build our home and to build a 32 bed Residential Care Facilty for our business. They did a fantastic job designing and building our custom home. They stayed on budget and built a high quality home we are very proud of. Jason also sent his staff out after one year to make sure everything was still going well. His painters are the best weve ever seen. His staff respond quickly and professionally. We run a private residential care building. Quality is important in competing with some of the larger builds in Salem. We have had many complements on our building and have never had any problems renting the rooms. I had the privilege of working with Star Builders during a total renovation of the Assisted Living Facility I was working as Executive Director in Salem. A large corporation wanted the entire facility renovated, and of course for the best price in town. I contacted Star Builders to review the remodel and submit a bid. Though the negotiations of the contract where tough, Star Builders was persistent and won the bid. The work was completed on time, within budget and the remodel was amazing. Star Builders, is one of the best contractors in the business. I work with many different contractors on a daily basis and these guys have what it takes to get the job done. This is a contractor that I never have to worry about and always enjoy working with.

I guess busy is busy, however return a phone call. I have asked for a bid on a basic shop with a concrete pad. Told the kid what I had for a budget, said that it would more than cover the project.. Monies are ready to be spent. That was five weeks ago today. No calls on status or questions for me, I have called two times, they returned the call once with no time to talk. If your going to boast how great your customer service is, the least is a return phone call. Nice enough folks though.Ill find another source that has the time for our project.

Poor customer service. After estimate, received no contact from this company for bathroom remodel, days after representative said it would be complete. Finally called and spoke with estimator. Stated he would call back and never did. Spoke with another staff at the main office the next day who apologized and stated someone would call back and, guess what, never did. Needless to say, will be remodeling with another company.

Amazing customer service and did a fantastic job!!! Id recommend you anyone!!
