Doesnt work on clogged drains. When I was speaking to who ever was dealing with the phones, they lost signal and wouldnt call me back, if we talked again it was because I called back. They were getting frustrated and came off rude because they couldnt hear me but I wasnt the one with bad reception, they had said they didnt have good reception. They didnt point me in the right direction for someone who could help me fix my problem. If youre looking for a simple plumbing problem to be fixed with great customer service, I dont recommend this place.
