I have very simple, easy to cut hair. It’s straight and I just want it cut even. Nothing special. Not layered. Super easy. The left half of my head is about an inch longer than the other side. The person who cut my hair was very unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable. I had to go home and have a friend come over and help even it out. Super disappointing. I’d pay triple the amount I did that day just to not experience that haircut again.

The Lady who cut my hair was awesome. She did it nice and clean and was super quick about it.

Have been here for 4 hair syles, one for my wife and 3 for myself only once did I not have to have the cut corrected by another hair stylist. My wife asked for layer cut, then Amelia ignored the request.Amelia needs to go back for remedial training or find a different profession, she either doesnt listen to your requests or doesnt care about her work.Will not be returning here. I gave 2 stars because they did show up for work.

I went in early in the morning for a haircut and got lucky and was the first person as they opened so I was quickly seated and got my haircut to the way I explained to the young lady who was very pleasant and understanding of my request.The pricing for a haircut for men are very reasonable and a hot towel treatment on the back of the neck it is very relaxing.The store is clean and very visible and luckily next to a Starbucks lol

Booked online 30 mins ahead for a 5:30 app. with Mikayla. Came in at 5:20 and was told there wasnt an appointment made but she would take me, the way she said it her body language and over all demeanor was extremely rude. She was aggressively fast with my cut, took 5 mins and she only cut the sides. Now I know just stick to the barbershops, never again.

I am personally so upset with the way my daughters hair turned out. The lady who cut her hair was not listening to what we wanted. I showed her a picture multiple times and very clearly showed her what we wanted and she didnt listen. She did a horrible job on her hair and then charged me $21 for the horrible job. I had to take my daughter to a different salon to get her hair fixed and now she has the whole side of her head completely shaved and her hair is like 2 inches shorter then what we originally wanted. I will never ever return to this salon and will insure everyone I know doesnt either. The only reason they are getting one star is because they were clean and sanitary during this whole pandemic.

Bobbi is the best cutter on the planet!!Probably the best kept secret in Keizer station. Worth the wait time - she can cut any style! Any length! Makes you look stunning every time. She listens to your wants and does her magic with her sheers! Super Cuts is not like it used to be! Those gals are talented.

My stylist got me all sharp and ready for a wedding. She spent extra time on dealing with my crazy weird cowlick so it would line up and blend in to my fade.Even remembered what style i got previously when it was my first time in. Completely worth it.

Worst hair cut Ive ever had unfinished still even after I went back in if my wife didnt catch it the hole office I work for would have seen. Did finish my sides still left long haits around my ears worst ever sale Id number 204465 will never use this person ever again and needs to be retrained in hair cutting for 24 dollar you would expect not to have hair left at least

5-25-2020. I want to give Supercuts in Keizer Station not only a big thanks for the great hair cut but on how they handled every detail as part of the phase one opening. The details are many more now including getting an appointment online, initial check-in outside the store, taking my temperature with a temporal thermometer, everyone was wearing protective clothing and mask, cleaning the stylists chair after the person who had the previous appointment, the hair cutting process, to the checkout process. The team at Keizer Supercuts was friendly, professional, paid attention to all the details. At no point did I feel my health was at risk. Thanks Keizer Supercuts, well done

I went to get my hair lightened and toned here about two months ago and the lady who did my hair took over an hour and a half to put the lightener in which is the longest its ever taken any stylist or myself. Because she took so long doing the lightener it completely melted my hair. Ive been coloring and lightening my hair for years and I know that its normal to have some hair loss but this time there were piles of hair coming out. When she was washing the lightener out she was pulling out clumps of hair. She then put the toner in and it burned so bad she washed it out after five minutes. Im assuming thats when her and her boss noticed a good 50% of my hair fell out because they started to panic and say things like wow your hair looks so good! Im so jealous! But their compliments seemed fake. They knew I was starting to worry. When they sat me down in front of the mirror the girl started to comb through my hair and my hair was coming out in handfuls again. At one point throughout her drying it I stopped her and told her to stop brushing it because all she was doing was pulling my hair out. She made me pay $140 to melt my hair off of my head. My hair is in the worst condition its ever been in now and its 3 inches short. My hair was below my shoulders before I went in. Never returning here and I advise anyone else not to go here either unless all you need is a trim.

Arent you not supposed to trust Children with Scissors? Well I wouldnt trust these people with a dull butter knife. How do you mess up a buzz cut? I mean seriously did you learn how to cut hair from a blind Edward scissors hands? If you go here ask them to pay you first and then you can decide if you want to pay them back and give a little extra.

I had some issues with a chronic health condition and Bobbie was always working with me and going above and beyond to give me the greatest service, helping me still look good even through my disease!

Visited this location a few times, I’m unclear as to what the incentive is for online check in, I had scheduled and was still passed over. Apparently it’s a big waste of time don’t use it. A gal by the name of Adri gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years, was very impressed. However, her coworker who had another client refused to check in any other customer that walked in which delayed my haircut because my stylist had to do it each time. Laziness at its finest. Overall, friendly service and quality haircut. Make the app mean something. Thanks.

Made an appointment hours before arivail. Showed up on time and waited for the stylists to finish the cuts they were in the middle of. Then was passed over twice and told Id have to wait for two more cuts. Learned all this after waiting 15+ minutes already. Unacceptable. What is the purpose of making an appointment if youre not going to honor it?

Took over 2.5 hours even though we made a reservation online! OVERPRICED - Got home and haircuts on hubby and son SUCKED! Horrible fade and ridiculous uneven patches. Had to fix it myself!
