Absolutely worse than abysmal. A pathetic excuse for a “business.” They never return calls, and email response time is stupidly slow. I couldn’t even use a wifi extender because wivally put some kind of lock on the system preventing it. Service constantly drops. In the process of finding a provider who knows how to answer a phone or return calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not waste your time or money.
If you live in the middle of nowhere the line of site service is a life saver. I only get 3mg up and 3mg down but that is way better than dialup. Satellite might be a little faster but the data limit (50GB a month last I checked) and lag make it a no-go for me. This service is fast enough for my kids to stream movies and me to work ... that is all you can ask for. Overall I am very happy with their service but I could not give them 5 stars because they are a small operation and this causes delays in support and customer service.
Absolutely horrible. Ive tried for over a week, dialed every extension, filled out the inquiry on their website. I get voicemails with no return calls. No reply to email. Not one human being. Absolutely pathetic business practice. Highly not recommended .
Ok IF they service your area
I have had to call them several times for help with the set up of my clients internet service and each time they were very responsive in getting back to me and answering my questions.
I have service with them which is decent, but there are serious issues with communication from staff, difficult to get calls returned and/or questions answered.
