This place was amazing today... I ran into a situation of not my choice and was worried about my bill but they worked with me and its all set.. I was just asked to pay it forward to someone else they may be in a situation.. I gladly said most definitely I will.. In these times we need to try and help others..
Customer service Kevin is rude and condescending to the disabled. I was not allowed to pay my cell phone when my cable was overdue. Even though representative on the phone said that I could. Returned ALL equipment and was still getting charged a week after I cancelled the account. Shady business. Couldnt dial 911 and made them return the grant of internet back to the broadband grant for low income families

Quality of services is mediocre. But beware of you ever have auto payments fail! They will put you in the penalty box, regardless of why the payments failed, and stop letting you use cards for payment. My wife lost her card and it was cancelled, so one payment 5 months ago bounced which we promptly paid once discovered. The second time we were traveling and the bank thought our purchases were fraud so shut off our cards. Now there is nothing Spectrum will do to fix it, and I have to remember to pay the bill monthly again. #firstworldproblems I know, but I talked to 4 different employees across different departments who were not empowered to do the right thing for their customers, which IS indictive of a poorly run business with systemic customer service problems...

Its a daily poor experience, I cant wait till fiber optic is placed in Keene. The app is so bad, its hard to believe they can have an app this bad. You cant even have the app on your TV, you have to cast from another device. It is the worst experience.
This company is the definition of terrible. It’s taking 4 phone calls and counting to cancel my service and IM MOVING. They can’t even give me service at my new place and are giving the typical sales runaround.Poor customer service. Incompetent.Poor internet. Slow speeds and throttling. It works decently when it actually works. However, with the frequency that it stops working, it is not worth the price at all.
When spectrum took over they charged us the same price for 1/3 of the internet speed I should have been getting from them. The internet service is awful and wildly inconsistent. The customer service is a joke. The fact that internet companies are unable to compete with each other means these awful companies have a monopoly. If you can them, you absolutely should.

Overall service quality from this company is incredibly poor. It keeps getting worse. Channels are frequently unavailable. Last week I had to reboot my cable box three times. By the time that it reboots, it is time to go to bed. Nobody really cares abouf quality. Simple problems take forever to resolve.

Not sure why all of the negative reviews but Im guessing its more complaints against Spectrum corporate rather than the LOCAL office in Keene. Ive got to tell you, despite 3 visits back & forth to the office because the boxes I received didnt work, Alex and the others were nothing but POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE & EXPEDIENT! The bad boxes was not THEIR fault but rather corporate - the ones who stocked them!HINT FOR SUCCESS: Put a smile on YOUR face, speak nicely and youll be surprised what kind of results youll get. Be a loud mouthed JERK and youll probably be writing 1 or 2 star reviews.
The experience was great as normal great customer service and I will be looking to recommend new customers to them in the future.
Corporate is Time Warner. They dont care about their customers, Threats to disconnect every time it is time to make a payment. I get a bill and then one week later the disconnect notice. If you have the chance to use a different company do so. Spectrum is too expensive for the quality of service.

Kevin Hulick was the man who helped me and that is exactly what he did. He helped me to realize I would save money switching my cellular plan and still being able to keep my same phone number. He also informed me about the Spectrum app I can download on my Roku or Xbox so I can enjoy their cable in other rooms of my home. I really appreciate the time he took to inform and help me out. Getting Spectrum cable was definitely one of the best decisions Ive made since moving to New Hampshire. Thanks Kevin!
I have been back and forth a few times. Both Laura and Kevin helped me and treated me with respect. I was able to set things up as Kevin directed. Now for the T.V on Tuesday, but I love the faster internet and thank you both for your time and patience!

One of the staff was not trained and struggled significantly with basic check out. They also didnt try to help me to get a deal for my mom, who was a new customer. I was on the phone trying to get her a package for 40 minutes and spent at least 20 minutes waiting to be checked out with the right equipment. The whole process was so tedious and frustrating and no one was supportive or kind during the transaction except one staff helping the other intermittently because he had no idea what to do and didnt even have his own log in. It was terrible and uncomfortable.
The service there good they are good to thier customers they answer any questions you may have they also are willing to help and guide you in any direction you need may need .

No one can seem to fix anything! Over priced and horrible service. Takes too long to get service back and you still have to no matter how long its out. Will wreck you day with half a day of waiting for someone to show up and tell you they cant fix it! And the disappointment goes on and on!
If I could give spectrum zero stars I would. Been having nonstop problems with the tv and the internet, especially the internet. How hard is it for the interent to stay connected and working after you pay a bill? Must be very hard to have a reliable network that gives you false advertising and false hope.If youre looking for a cable provider, look in a different direction because you will be screwed over if you choose spectrum.
This company was great as time Warner, now that they are spectrum they lost their customer service, any call you make goes to India not Maine anymore, cant get any help, though they think they are helping! They get me so mad!
Worst company. They don’t work with you and are very unhelpful. They have horrible service issues and do literally nothing to fix it. Paying for highest internet to get speeds lower than the lowest. Absolutely the worst company here.

Repeatedly asked my local cable tech to close my outside cable box he left open, months later I called the cable company because the wind had blown the cover completely off... Ive been on the phone now for over 1/2 hours just to get them to send someone to put the cover back on so the snow can not get into the connection!!!!!!

Every time I deal with these people it is painful. This is the worst business locally that I can think of. They are famously hated by everyone in the Keene area. I could list the reasons for giving them a one star rating but we would be here all day. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

They did not uphold the free installation we were offered and then entered our address incorrectly. After not receiving a billing statement at about 5 weeks in, we called. They verified that the address was entered wrong but wouldnt allow me to correct it without my account number from the statement, the statement Id still not received.My daughter went into the office to make our payment and asked to have the address corrected then yet another 4 weeks has gone by and still no bill.Theyll charge fees as if its our mistake and refuse to fix the problem so I can have service without issue. I would just like to have access to my account and the installation fee credited; considering the tech did not set the modem up for use-my daughter did over the course of an hour on the phone with charter. I should have chosen a company with better customer service.

The phone support is a little lacking, but they have a very fast tech time to get onsite and every tech Ive had fixed the problem immediately. They sent me a new modem to replace the old Time Warner one and it wouldnt connect. At 7pm Sat after several attempts ovwr phone they scheduled a tech who arrived at 830AM on Sunday and fixed problem in 15min (it was a modem setting on their end).
Over $90 a month for internet I barely use (thats there minimum package) and when I do try to use it, for simple things, like checking my email its glitchy and slow. A technician has come twice to fix the problem but it still tends to be slow and go in and out.
Just went into the Keene Spectrum office to inquire about my options to combine cable channels with the different subscriptions I pay for (Hulu, Netflix) The guy sitting on the left side behind the counter was so rude--- he didnt even wait for me to get thru the door OR allow me to ask a questions. He just starts rattling off if you have 3 TVs, you need 3 cable boxes before I could tell him why I came in. I asked how do you even KNOW what I want? He rolled his eyes & said I saw the letter in your hand. He never even bothered to slow down and ask okay, what can I help you with? Such a jerk--- obviously hates his job. Youd be better off funding his unemployment than letting him represent your business. Laura was sooo helpful----even tho I went in 8mos ago with the intention to cut the cord she succeeded in keeping me as a customer. This guy made my decision soooo easy! I said so all I have to do is bring my cable boxes & dump them here to get rid of Spectrum? his answer was yup Buh-bye Spectrum! I agree with the guy here that said if I could give a negative number of stars I would.
Bad service pay 54.99 than wait for no internet services
Horrible service! We lose internet connection about every 20-30 minutes. Cable freezes up constantly. Home phone we got because it came with the package and our phone number was sold because we get spam calls all the time. I dont even know the home number why the Hell do survey companies? I dont understand why Time Warner would buy the rights to the entire town of Keene then give us horrible service. Thats not good business its cruel. Stop screwing people either give us better service or allow another company in.

Ive been subscribed to Time Warner Cable on and off for several years and decided to upgrade my services on Wednesday. The rep at the Keene office told me a technician would activate my services on the following day and of course it wasnt. I then proceeded to call customer service and was told it would be done Saturday. You guessed it, not done again. So after being frustrated about not getting the services that I was promised I called again and was told it will get done Tuesday. Fingers crossed the job is done this time. If there were other service providers in the area that offered internet and tv bundles I would have switched a long time ago. Im sick of the hidden fees and price increases for the mediocre service that I am given. If I could rate 0 I would, and I recommend that you go elsewhere if you can.
Taking away channels that we pay to watch. All because you dont want to lower our bill is not a way to keep your business open!! If you guys cancel all of those channels we will be canceling our services from you guys. I have had off and on problems from day one but this right here will be the last straw. Whats the point of paying for a bill if they get rid of all the channels we do watch !!

Im a little behind in my bill,and i got a letter today from Spectrum saying they no longer will let a customer carry a balance and i will be disconected on the 2nd. I get paid on the the 3rd and they said sorry,you will still be charged a late fee plus a reconect fee,and have to pay all of it before i can be reconeted. Way to lose all three of my accounts with you. I really wish there were more options for internet in Keene. I will be telling everyone who will listen about your new no tolerance policy. Thanks again for screwing a long time customer.

Worst company ever. They buy out areas like they did keene because otherwise no one would ever touch their crappy Internet. Ive used Comcast Fios and Fairpoint over the years so have a good idea of how Internet should work and this stupid useless company has nothing that freaking works. They first dont work well with almost any routers modems....which makes zero sense Comcast you can add any modem router you want. Also the gateway time warner uses drops packets like crazy in high bandwidth environments with multiple devices making it totally useless. And getting authentication for your own setup is like pulling teeth I legit want to move out of keene just to get away from this stupid scam company. Got a modem now that says on the box works with time warner, got the mac ID filed and the signal sent (all you would have to do for Comcast) and set my whole network up....go to get on the Internet all I see is the time warner splash screen with call technical support. Everything is good to go they are legit holding it up with God knows what in their over complicated verification and authentication process. Nothing I can do on my end and it literally drives me up a wall.
Since last night....I have talked with 4 different TWC support reps. Not one was able to resolve the issue of a box that keeps reappearing while I am using outlook e-mail. The box asks for my password and gives me of option of saving it. Microsoft said it is an issue with Time Warner/Spectrum. None of the four so far were able to resolve the issue. The first three basically just disconnected the help session when they could not figure it out. This is such poor customer service. I will be changing our service.

This is the worst TV service I have ever had. I have gone through 3 remotes since Spectrum went all digital last week. I now need to turn the TV on with two re and another remote to change channels. It is impossible to talk with anyone about service .

Terrible service, my auto pay wasnt going through so now my account balance is crazy high and they wont work with me and then said theyd cancel my service if I couldnt pay it all by the end of the month.
