I haven’t been able to wear my ring for awhile and kept forgetting to ask for a resizing. I went in a few weeks ago to get it cleaned, and asked to resize it. Looking at my paperwork it got a little confusing, but Melissa figured it out, sent in for resizing, and had all the settings built up too. I also thought it wouldn’t be in until mid October and got it today! I am so excited to have it back and a big thank you to all riddles staff for their exceptional customer service.

I worked with Melissa on an engagement ring and the whole process was great start to finish. Stayed in contact with me but wasnt on top of me or pushy at all. Did a custom design by modifying a ring they had in stock and it lived up to every expectation/promise and then some. Would recommend to anyone!

Never have I ever been more frustrated and discussed with the “help” that was offered😅 If your going to spend a lot a money on something you should probably ask questions and help the customer, you know make them want to buy it! But the so called service that they provided will never be good enough for me to buy anything from there. The employees were rude, and very unhelpful.

I own several Fossil watches and Riddles generally has a fresh selection. They are also great about changing batteries and cleaning them up for you. Usually I didnt get charged, but the last time I had 2 that needed batteries and the charge was reasonable at $12.

I visited Riddles in Grand Island Ne today with my daughter. We were fortunate to meet Arin. Arin was so helpful and we had the ring in less than 30 minutes. We are 100% happy !

My fiancé and I went in with issues on our warranty after purchasing an engagement ring and she was the first representative that actually helped us without treating us poorly for not buying something new or not fully understanding the warranty. Zane is an amazing representative of Riddles in Kearney. He goes above and beyond to help his customers!! I live and hour away from Kearney. So driving there is not convenient. I found a ring for my wife in the Riddles app. Through texting, sending pictures and phone calls he helped me get the perfect set!! This is not the first time Zane has helped me and wont be the last. I did not get my ring there and was never charged for any cleanings despite that. When my ring did need some work they were very helpful and informative. They are quick and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be using them for any jewelry needs in the future

Awful customer service. No one greeted me when I came in there at 8:00 at night. The sales employees saw me but didnt ask if I needed help. When I let them know I had a question, they just told me to wait until someone was available to help although customers should be their first priority. I just needed a watch battery changed and they told me to wait and fill out a claim ticket. 10 minutes passed by and no one offered their assistance, so I decided to go elsewhere.Very rude employees.
