My wedding ring needed some repair. I checked around with my neighbors and Hawthorne Jewelry was recommenced because my neighbor’s mother had gone there for years. That kind of trust impressed me so I went in to see them. They were friendly and welcoming. A quick look determined what needed to be done. It would be about a week before they would get to my repair. In my mind, that was good. It told me plenty of others also trusted the work done on the jeweler’s bench here. They texted me when it was done and I picked up a beautifully repaired ring that was sparkling once again. I would recommend Hawthorne jewelry to anyone who wants to protect the investment they have in that meaningful symbol of your forever love.

Our rings are beautiful! Everything requested was done and they were polished to a perfect shine - they look like new! 4 stars because I feel that the cost was a little over the top.

They were so patient when I couldn’t decide which ring I liked best. They were kind and energetic and seemed to really love what they do. They were also fast. Said it should take a couple weeks but had it within 7 days.
