Called up to see if I could get my vehicles electrical system diagnosed and the main guy turned me down. I said Im a paying customer. He said I dont care Im an American and that he wont even look at my foreign car. I asked why? He said cant get parts. I said I could get parts and was looking for a simple diagnosis. He said you go ahead get the parts and tear into it yourself. So much for being American. And doing things the American way.

My favorite place for auto issues. I needed my water pump replaced and they did a fantastic job! Best price in town...about half as much as the other places I called. I trust taking my vehicles to them and am always treated in a friendly manner

Receptionist said they would work on my generator and the mechanic refused.

Terrible customer service! Went in to have them replace my interstate battery. Despite it still being in warranty the sales rep refused to honor the warranty. He wouldnt even hook to up to test to see if it was bad. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop.
