Came here to write a review and not surprised to see all the negative comments. I was 10 minutes late, which I apologized for and owned. They said they would call to the back to see if I could still be seen. I heard the front office staff then proceed to immediately ask a scheduling clerk to reschedule me. I, like everyone else, have a million things to juggle. I left work for this appointment. I will reschedule somewhere else. Pretty amazing that patients wait more than 10 minutes ALL the time. I guess their time is more valuable than the rest of ours.

I came here today, my appointment was at 1030. I came in at 1035. 5 mins late, they gave me my paperwork and then called me to reschedule. I had to request this day weeks in advance because I run and operate a plant over and hour and half away. The person was rude then said it was my insurance, I have my reference number but they never asked for it. A line to the door. Not my fault you over booked your location. I was told on the phone you can be up to 15 mins late. By the way the showing up 30 mins prior is a suggestion. Or change your wording to it’s a requirement to arrive 30 mins early. It says “we would like our patients to arrive 30 mins early for checkin. That no way says it’s required or you lose your appointment. What is going on with memorial Herman. Might be better to consider other hospitals that care more about the patients.

I went here for a mammogram and ultrasound, which I didnt think that I needed at my age, so was a little worried and I was very disappointed in the billing department and staff! I told them several times that it should be covered, my OB doctor told me and they insisted that I pay upfront before my appointment. So I did, and now, almost 4 weeks later I call my insurance to see where this claim was at towards my deductible and they tell me its covered at 100% and they still havent even given the codes to the insurance, which is a bit confusing, because then how did they come up with an amount for me to pay. Very frustrating on top of several other medical things that I have going on, surgery soon. And the lady could tell that I was frustrated and instead of her being apologetic, she was rude! I wonder how long it will take to get my check/refund....Im sure not as quick as they took my money!

Second time I went here for a mammogram. Both times they were extremely helpful and friendly. They guide you every step of the way. There are comfortable, pre-warmed robes to get changed in. Everything is done to make it as comfortable as possible.You do have to be there 30 min early to fill out the paperwork and to do the intake. Over all a very good experience.

The scheduling process via telephone is awful. A diagnostic mammogram should have priority because it means further evaluation is necessary after a screening mammogram, but the only way to schedule it is via telephone call which took me 3 hours of my day calling and calling and calling and waiting in line or waiting for someone to call me back to schedule my Diagnostic Mammogram. I even went personally to the Katy location but they told me there was nothing they could do, that I had to call to the centralized schedule system to make my appointment. There is no compassion or respect to the patient, when fear and sadness is what you are feeling after receiving the news that you need to go back for further evaluation, they are not even able to schedule an appointment in an effective way.

I never know why its so difficult to schedule a biopsy. There is no compassion or respect for the patient. I really disappointed. I spend three days scheduling,I call them every day, but till now, nobody schedule the biopsy for me!

Horrible place waiting time is ridiculous, went today for a annual mammogram they refused to do it as I had not had a follow up ultrasound. This was after an hour wait in the waiting room gowned ready to go.I advised them why was I not told this before coming apparently scheduling and technicians don’t communicate and after a discussion I was told $900 for ultra sound I left...... number one I choose what I want to do and number two where in hell do you get that figure from because I have a much cheaper price elsewhere.... rip off unprofessional joint.

I recently had an appointment for a mammogram at this location. But evidently they do not know the definition of appointment. I was waiting 50 minutes after my appointment time sitting in a room half naked. This does not count the 30 minutes to arrive early for registration. The tech was nice and professional. But unfortunately due to the lack of concern for other peoples time, I will never return to this center again. I arrived at 1:10 pm . After registration, I was place in waiting room after changing into gown at 1:40. My appointment was for 1:45. I was called for mammo at 2:35. Done at 2:47.

This place is horrible. It takes almost two hours to call you in after you get there. I will definitely never come here again. Will try other locations. Its been two years in a row and its getting worst
