CottageCare sent Maria to clean my horrible disaster of a bathroom that never gets cleaned. Maria, who was super nice and professional, worked all but a miracle to make my bathroom shine like new. She even listened to me the moment she got here to find out a couple special needs the bathroom had. I have used Cottage Care for several years. They always do a good job.

She did a great job in the bathrooms upstairs. They only sent 1 staff and I think she just lost steam downstairs. Bathroom downstairs wasnt thorough, mirror downstairs not touched, things in kitchen not wiped down. Ended up cleaning when she left. Very polite staff, on time, I am just a little disappointed. Wont be using again. Trial run all in all unsatisfying. Search for service will continue.

I like the flexibility of adding or dropping areas from the cleaning as needed and the ability to schedule cleanings several weeks in advance to match my schedule. Cleaning was just okay. House didnt seem fresh like it should after being vacuumed, dusted & mopped. Baseboards in all rooms were not done as promised. Some wastebaskets were not lined after emptying even though I left new bags out. Blinds were left askew after cleaning.Definitely could use some more elbow grease to add some sparkle. Sorry I could not rate better; nice people.
