WARNING. This business only shows 5 star reviews which makes there ratings bogus. I listed the following review at 3 stars but it never appeared.We hired this local Katy TX business to do a deep clean move out for our house that we are selling. Although their rate was higher than their competitors, there availability was better. The 3 person crew arrived on time and were familiar with the requirements of the job.The crew, however, spoke very little English. Using my high school Spanish I reviewed the specifics of the job room by room. I checked on them as they worked, but did need to remind them of work missed. They were responsive to requests and instructions.After they left I noticed spots on the living room floor that should have been cleaned with mopping (this was a deep clean service). I then checked multiple areas of our 3,200 sq ft house and found multiple dirty floors. We had a photo shoot scheduled the next day with a showing the following, so I ended up re-cleaning the floors. I also noticed blinds in the stairway window and back door (next to each other) where the blinds were cleaned about halfway. Since both windows are visible when descending the stairs, I had to re-clean them.The vendor was willing to send their crew back to correct the problems, but our timing did prevent having the team to return. However, deep clean service stated the floors are mopped.The Cleaning Ladies were also unwilling to adjust their bill texting that “since I was there the whole time and willing to write a check for their service I must have been satisfied with the job done.”Below photos:1) A photo of the swiffer used to clean the stairs shortly after the Cleaning Ladies’ left my home. This was typical of all the floors redone.2) The second photo is the water after remopping the second story wood floors. And this section of my house jyj is completely vacant.I can not recommend this business. If you do use this company: watch the crew closely, have a bilingual person there to help communicate with their crew and allow time to have the crew com back to fix deficiencies.

Absolutely outstanding service! The cleaning ladies deep cleaned my apartment and did a great job everything looks so nice and cleaned. And to be able to be fitted on the schedule was even better. Great customer service, we will be using their services again soon.

These ladies were amazing! I have a commercial building that needed a deep cleaning. I called to schedule for a a quote and she came asap. The price was very fair and the work was outstanding. I will used them again. I may schedule a deep cleaning for my daiquiris Shop once ever three months.

The Cleaning Ladies is a top-notch company that delivers quality results! I got my home deep cleaned today, and it looks immaculate! I am so pleased with their professionalism and efficiency. It took about 3 hours to deep clean my 2500 sq ft home which I thought was very reasonable. I will definitely be hiring them again.

I was able to get a moving clean scheduled in only a matter of days and they did an AMAZING job. The house looked amazing and all appliances were thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Will definitely call them again next time I need amazing cleaning services!

The Cleaning Ladies always leave the house MUCH cleaner then I ever do. They are reliable and flexible. I appreciate that ever time they walk through my front door they open the oven and clean it. THAT’s a BIG Plus for me. Most other companies have that on the extra charges.

I’ve been using them for a few months now. They’re amazing! They straighten everything out, wash dishes, clean the floors, carpet and they’re great with my dogs!

My house always feels clean when they come once a month and even during the freeze, we had to cancel, and they were very responsive and able to work with me to get here when it was possible. They cleaned my Grandmothers house that was in desperate need of a clean and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love working with The Cleaning Ladies! We hired them to come and clean our house once a week as both my husband and I are very busy people. The day they come is definitely my new favorite day of the week! What I enjoy the most is there attention to detail and how professional they are. Its so nice to find the towels folded so nicely in the bathroom and your bed done just right. Feels like you enter a 5 star hotel room by the time they leave! The cleaning ladies by far exceeded my expectations! I signed up for the “move out package” to help with my cleaning needs after all personal belongings were out of the house I was renting. The ladies were at the house right before our scheduled time and had the most amazing professionalism. They cleaned the house from top to bottom, inside the drawers/cabinets, the inside of the fridge, ceiling fans, baseboards and even the inside of the garage!!!! I had to leave The house multiple times as we were still trying to move plants out from the backyard and stuff from the garage, so I wasn’t at the house the entire time, and they still went above and beyond to do extraordinary cleaning services!!!! I was still away from the house when they finished, and they locked the door behind them to make sure no one entered the property . I had The Cleaning Ladies come clean my new house before we moved in and clean my apartment after we moved out, and they did a FANTASTIC job! I got my entire deposit back from my apartment and got to move into a place that was spotless. I really recommend them! They are honest about what your home needs and are extremely reasonably priced. We will be having them come to the house on a schedule to keep it looking amazing.

They are fast, and they clean everything. i have even put a dirt pile behind a door to see if they would get it. THEY DID. i even left MONEY out on the tables to see if they would take it, they DID NOT. this is a SAFE and HONEST company to use. If they have question about something in your home they will ask the home owner if it is ok/safe to move it or to clean it.

You cannot find a better team to clean your home and the cleaning ladies. They came to my home did a scan of the work but they were supposed to do and began cleaning, methodically, they worked their way from room to room and once they finish I looked at my Home and wanted to move back in because of how clean it was.The cleaning job they perform for me was a move out cleaning. I can’t say enough about this team. My only regret is that I didn’t use them to clean my house on a regular basis.

I LOVE THE CLEANING LADIES!!!While I was over 8 months pregnant with preeclampsia we were moving into our new home. DeeDee and her team cleaned our new home (which was left DIRTY) and they also cleaned our rent home once we finished moving out. They were amazing! I moved into a new house and had the cleaning ladies clean up the old hous. The landlord was so impressed with how well we kept the house that clean lol. Amazing job, and plan on using them to clean my office and new house on a regular.

Bought a Groupon for Econix 2 weeks ago they were supposed to come last Wednesday morning, never showed up. I had company coming to town on Thursday night. My neighbor, Cindy Luedecke gave me Deedee phone number and they were here by noon on Thursday. House was beautifully done. I highly recommend them. 2 girls were here for 3 hours. I will be using them once a month, only because I dont work or I would have them every 2 weeks!!!
