I shall be forever grateful to Jason and his staff for helping me get back on track with exercise during a difficult time in my life. He was genuinely caring and proactively engaged in my recovery from a repetitive motion injury, which motivated me to do the necessary work. He and his associates gave me exercises I’m still doing a year after moving from Katy. Going to his gym is one of the best investments I’ve ever made, and it’s really improved my quality of life. I never thought I’d say this but I miss going to the gym!

Medical Fitness Pros has always been professional and provided top quality training. I’ve attended for several months now and they helped me get back in shape after knee injuries and having kids. After several serious injuries I got too scared of working out by myself. Through Google I found MFP and I made an appointment. Jason really took the time to listen to the long list of injuries. I started working out with Brooklyn. She made a personalized plan and soon I started to feel better and more secure. Thats two years ago and I still go every week. I love working out at MFP! The atmosphere is very nice and the team is amazing. Not only the instructors but also Beth the massage therapist and of course Lisa! Highly recommended!

I started training with Jason as part of the Team Up training program he began. Our training was twice a week at 6am. It was quite a stretch for me to get up that early as I am not a morning person and find it difficult to be cordial at that hour.After the first week I began looking forward to the 6am workouts (which is pretty huge for me). Not only were they producing results, I was feeling better during the day and left feeling an overall sense of accomplishment and joy. Thats quite an accomplishment for someone who hates mornings!After about a month of training I went to the gym to lift weights and stood in front of a mirror. I grinned ear to ear when I saw definition in my arms! It was at that moment I knew without a doubt that Jasons morning workouts were not only having a positive effect on my emotional well-being but my physical well-being as well. Jason truly wants to help those he trains and works to individualize the program to meet specific needs.I would recommend Jason to anyone. He not only has the knowledge and skills to do his job with excellence, he also truly cares about each of his clients. Thats a combination you dont find often.

I have been a long-time client as I make my way through a series of reconstructive surgeries following an accident. I usually work with Jason but Brooklyn, Michael and Graham are also excellent when working with their clients. Jason has gotten me back on my feet several times following joint replacements and other procedures. Hes caring and quite knowledgeable. I cant say enough praising Jason and his associates.

Absolutely amazing medical gym! I was referred to them by my chiropractor because I had terrible lower back pain that wasn’t going away and every medical professional I went to said I needed to have surgery! Needless to say, I never had the surgery and they were able to help me strengthen my lower back and got me back on track. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I am so thankful I was referred to them!

I love this facility and everybody that works there. The facility is a great place to get personal trained and also to come into work out outside of your appointment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and after taking a couple of sessions their, it’ll feel like you’ve been friends for a long time. I came to them to lose fat and build muscle and that’s exactly what I’m getting. They built me a great workout and nutrition plan to help me get exactly what I desired. Jason is training me, but any of the trainers that work there would be fully qualified to do the same.

Medical Fitness Pros is an amazing place! Jason is a very cool and helpful guy. Since I had played Ultimate Frisbee with Jason in the past, he knew exactly how to diagnose my injury when I ended up pulling my groin muscle in the middle of the summer. This injury put me out of the game for two and a half months before I finally went to Medical Fitness Pros and did therapy. After 4 weeks I was in great shape and back playing like nothing had ever happened. :-) Jason was very knowledgeable and encouraging. The staff there is very friendly as well. Also, the place is always VERY clean and the equipment is in tip top shape. After I was done with my therapy, I was given a set of workouts to do on my own, that way I continue to stay strengthened and wont re-injure myself again.I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has an injury to be fixed! Worth every penny!!

I found Medical Fitness Pros after doing extensive research on local gyms and more importantly on qualified trainers. At the time, my wife was suffering from severe back pain that was limiting her ability to play and take care of our young son. I was looking for trainer who could bridge the gap between a traditional rehab specialists and a trainer you would find in large gym. I needed somebody who truly understood the problems she was having and how to fix them.I found the answer in Graham Knight, he is a truly knowledgeable trainer, and in after a month she was able to make it through the day with minimal pain, and after a couple of months she was in better shape then she was before we had our little one. He changed her life.I was so impressed with him that I signed up to be his client as well. I didnt have any physical issues, but I have been training for awhile and I stopped making progress and needed help. In working with Graham I have lost weight, gained muscle.No matter what your issue is Graham and the staff at MFP can help.

My spouse and I have worked with Graham for the last three and one half years. In that time we have seen an improvement in our physical health as well as mental attitudes. We just feel better after we have worked out and that feeling stays with us. Through the direction of Graham we have both improved our stamina, balance, coordination and strength. Graham has designed exercises that have been beneficial in areas where we have had injury and wear and tear on the body through aging. He is careful that the exercises cause no harm and does not expect you to work through damaging pain. That being said he does push hard enough to cause at times minor sore muscles-the kind of soreness that makes you feel good about your effort. Graham is patience in that if you are not ready for an exercise, he finds an alternative that you can do to reach your goals. He is knowledgeable about the body and what it takes to stay healthy and repair physical damage that can be improved through physical training.Though careful yet demanding workout, Graham manages to make the process fun.

I started training with Jason Hodge in October 2007. I thought that I would get instruction on how to use equipment and get in shape. I needed to lose at least 30 pounds and I had a lot of minor issues with pain in my legs, ankles, back and previous knee problems.Jason assessed my needs and proceeded to help me overcome my problems. I was totally sold after the 3rd session. I was seeing results and wanted to train with him more. I trained one-on-one with Jason for about 3 months and he then gave me an exercise program that I could use on my own.Two years later I have lost a lot of body fat, which is now 23% and my metabolic age is 19! I have surpassed my initial goals and have lost 4 dress sizes.I will continue to use Jasons services to train for special events and will continue to use all of the information he has shared with me during the times I had the pleasure of training with him. He really cares about his clients and will find a way for you to work around any obstacles that may prevent you from exercising. Jason has to be the best trainer in Katy, Texas!JUrech

Ive been going to Medical Fitness Pros for almost 5 years. I have been in small group training the entire time. I can honestly say that I am stronger now in my 40s than I was in my 20s. That is thanks to MFP. In addition to small group training, Jason has done a great job providing a variety of other physical activities; pickle ball, rock climbing outings, and my favorite, Dragon Boat racing. Love MFP!!!

Medical Fitness Pros and their staff has changed the way I view training, personal training and just working out in general. I so appreciate how they understand the physical body. I had an issue once that they identified quickly....when I went to another gym...they did not even know the name of that body part...which made me so appreciate MFP even more. Each person at MFP will meet you right where you are and if you have ANY medical history they will research it and help you with it too. Also, when you work with their trainers (either on a group plan or an individual plan), you can use the gym whenever you want as well.

I have enjoyed my experience with MFP. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I started seeing results in under 2 weeks in rehabbing nagging injuries.In going to MFP, you should expect the staff to listen to your questions, concerns, and goals. They will then tailor a fitness program around goals and fitness levels. They will provide a non-typical level of care that goes above and beyond what you would get at a health club or gym.

Ive got the chance to work with Jason for a couple months now, I focus on bodybuilding and lifting some serious weight along with a very active working environment. I had a issue with my lower back and knees bothering me after work days. Being that Im only 23 and i was unable to preform Deadlifts at all in one point of my journey this was a huge issue for me, I came to see Jason and over the past Six months if not more he has lead me in the right direction into getting back into a major lift. I am currently able to lift 300lb on a deadlift and couldnt be happier that i do not have any back pains or knee issues. He is a great guy and very understanding to each situation and able to make time for me when i have a issue! I always make sure to refer people to him and know they will always be satisfied!! 5 STARS!

I was having physical therapy for a spinal issue (spondylolisthesis), and after working with PT for about 6 months they put me in touch with Jason to help strengthen my core further, alongside keeping the PT going.First of all Jason and I met to discuss what I needed. He spent so long listening to my history and really made me feel he understood and cared.When I started working with him he was so kind - not like other trainers who were more like drill sergeants - and he probably listened to my body more than I was. He taught me how to exercise without hurting myself further, and how to make the most of the tools I had.I can honestly say Jason is not only one of the kindest, more attentive and best listening trainers - but also as a person too. Hes struggled with back pain himself, so really understands how debilitating it is having chronic pain.Id recommend Jason, his team and MPF in a heartbeat. So blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him while we lived in Katy. Will make sure to pop in when were back in the area, for sure!

I started my journey with MFP and Graham Knight almost a year ago. What a year it has been!! Graham is a fantastic trainer who loves what he does and it shows. He knows how to motivate you and keep your workouts fun. I feel fantastic and look forward to my twice a week sessions with him. He and the rest of the MFP staff are top notch!! I had a wonderful experience with MFP and wanted to share it with everyone! After 2.5 weeks of excruciating neck, back, nerve, and shoulder pain I finally made it to their facility. I had seen a Chriopractor, spine doctor, Urgent care, and even had an MRI done to try and find a solution for my pain. Needless to say, everyone wanted to just throw pain medications and steroids at my problem. As a mother of young children, I refused to take the very strong pain medications while at home with them during the day, so I just endured the unrelenting nerve and muscle pain. Unwilling to accept that I would have to just wait-it-out and take drugs, I decided to contact MFP. Jason tried many different techniques including strengthening targeted muscles to take the stress off of my injured muscles. Within 2 days I had an amazing amount of relief, and within 5 days I was completely pain FREE!!! I cant believe that there were options for me that were non-pharmaceutical, yet just as effective. A week later after a solid month of battling with one of the most painful injuries of my life, I am happy to report I am completely back to normal. Thank you MFP for helping this momma get back to my life, I really appreciate your help!
