I absolutely love Redline Athletics! You feel welcome the minute you walk in the door! The trainers do an amazing job changing up the workouts each time you are there. They push you to do your very best and get the full potential out of your workout!

My boys just had another great workout at Redline. They love this place and their trainers. You cannot find a quality workout like they get combined with great value anywhere else. Redline rocks!

I’ve Taken my son several times, almost weekly. With the 1 hour conditioning work out, he has improved a lot on his ability to move faster and gain better foot work. They will also help out with adults, as well as work with different levels. It is a great place to help train, work out and improve on your skill. I highly recommend others to start with RedLine and we plan on kept working with them.

If you’re looking for a good workout in the Katy area, this is the spot !!! And if you have kids who do sports, they can get training while you get your sweat on too!! Jonathan and Antonio are awesome 👏🏽 . Great facility - spacious and state of the art.!

Very friendly staff, and awesome facility. I wish it were closer to cinco ranch but thats not their fault. Great trainers that really try to focus on what your weaknesses are and LISTEN to what you want to improve on.
