This was so much fun! Our oldest grandson was visiting from out of state and asked if we had trampoline parks. After a quick google search I found this one.He commented as soon as he walked in how much bigger it was compared to the ones he has been too and how cool it was.Bought him a shirt and some socks and off he went! He had a blast!!!

Park was clean, friendly staff and good pricing. I recommend for all ages to burn off some energy and have fun.

Clean place, ideal for children and adolescents, I consider it should have more staff to control all areas, this includes the bathrooms. Excellent customer service, one boy (staff team) in particular forgot to ask his name, he was extremely kind and helpful, with my son who is a special boy, his kindness was more than you can expect from a boy his age. This place is a blessing to our family. It kids love it and it has become part of our weekly activities. Ive been there with my kids over 30 times now and have always been happy. Occasionally they close for private parties, so youll need to call everytime before going even if Google is saying theyre open.The staff is also very nice especially Shakiba.

This is not a review of the facilities. This is about my own experience with policies. Supposedly their military discount only applies to those who present a military ID. I was told my son could not benefit from the discount because he himself couldn’t present a military ID at the age of 5. Little do they know that minors are not required to have military ID because their parents are their military representatives. It’s greatly appreciated to offer and recognize military personnel however understand military protocol before you deny someone their given military discount. You can’t pick and chose who receives a military discount in a military family when the parents present their military ID. I was told “we are going to be nice this one time” and offer it to my child. First and last time we will come here.

I took my child there when they first opened to avoid crowds, but the place was messy (trash) in the jump areas. I thought the staff would clean unoccupied areas as parties jumped in other areas, but they just manned the concession stand.

Great place for the kids and even adults. You pay by the hour, up to 3. One hour is usually enough for the adults. The kids are a different story so be prepared to dish out your money for extra time.Not much for adults to do other then the Dodge ball, and sitting around. Kids have a blast though.They keep the place clean and there is team members constantly walk around so if you need help they are there.I would eat before you go as well. This is a trampoline park not a restaurant. The food is just all snacks so not much to eat. They do have drinks.

Not much play area for our 2yr old daughter. The one space they do have for the little ones is boring and the big kids still go in to play. I always take the time to have my junk food fix when visiting places like this. I ordered the nachos w/cheese and Jalapeño peppers. DONT DO IT! You get a bag of tostidos, a little carton of warm cheese and peppers in a sauce cup.. The cheese was disgusting!....and I didnt even know Jalapeño peppers could be nasty. I just threw it all away. Family bathroom door doesnt lock and employees didnt bother to pick up the dead cockroach right outside of the bathroom door. It was all dry and crusty (eeeew) and had been sitting there for a while so no excuse...I wouldnt go back.

Clean trampoline park. We came for homeschool jump, it was $10 per kid + socks, from 1-3pm Mon-Fri. We loved it! It was almost empty. Highly recommend.

I loved the price and my boys enjoyed it but I am extremely disappointed to see that none of their staff was wearing a mask. As a business, that seems irresponsible considering most of their employees are young adults, and that not ALL your customers are comfortable attending a place where health of their customers is their main concern.

Best place ever! Loads of fun and things to do. Even the adults can join in. Dodge ball trampoline, basketball trampoline, rock climbing, foam pits and much much more When your hot and thirsty there is a snack bar. My son and I had a slurpee that satisfied the tastebuds and cooled us down after a long day of cheap healthy active fun.

Its fine. Kids spend lot of time here, many activities for older ones. But it is currently needing some intervention in areas where you can notice is loosing cover or separating and the hard surface underneath is exposed and can lead to a serious issue.

We love Altitude, but getting someone to answer the phone is difficult. I did not leave a message but it was an option. Inquiring about booking a birthday party, was able to call Monkey Joes and someone got on the line immediately.

Big place compared to the other ones. Only reason why I dont think it deserves 5 stars is because their padding wasnt fastened on a lot of their trampolines.

My daughter loves it and i love the variety of games, the only thing is so.etimes there is nobody in the reception area and it seems they have to fix the games quite often while the kids are playing. Kind of worrisome.

Great place to celebrate your kid’s birthday. Facility is well-kept, clean with ample seating and walking space. From Dodgeball, basketball even a trapeze bar, Altitude provides enough to keep your family busy for hours.

Pretty good for escape of the quarantine experience. Jumped with masks on and there was sanitizer available at every station. Good place to get out lots of energy.

It was fun, kids seem to enjoy it and many staff walking around to try and keep the kids safe.

I like the place but when they have certain things like dodgeball shut down it’s less fun. Last time I was there they kicked us out because there was a drip of water coming down but it had stopped and we still couldn’t play .

I honestly dont know how this place has changed policies to have safer COVID practices. We were here a year ago before the pandemic and there were no new cleanliness protocols except having hand sanitizer out. No enforcement of a mask policy, no social distancing, no cleaning of the equipment during our time there. Some of the foam blocks were greasy and falling apart. It grossed me out, to be honest.My kids had fun, but there isnt a lot to do for little ones. I dont think I will be back.

Lots of big teens running around knocking over smaller kids & parents not watching them. They need to separate teens from kids under ten years old.

Do not sign up for the monthly plan for $10 per month. Even after you cancel, which they require you do in person only, they still charge for 2 additional months. This is not ethical.

Monday January 19, 2021 I attempted to book a birthday party on website but site was down. When I called after hours voice mail gave phone number to call to book event. I called next day and a lady answered stating she was the owner. I explained the of issue I was having on their site and I was needing to book party for the Saturday, January 23, 2021. She reassured me when facilty opened on Thursday she would call me to book party. She told me it was ok to send out invite. So, Thursday I waited all day, and I received no ca from the owner. I started to get concerned because invite was sent and I was afraid there was no reservation. I called facility at 8:30 pm and spoke to a very nice young lady who stated there was no reservation. At this time, Im very upset because invited have been sent. What am I going to tell my 5year old who requested her party to be held there. The young lady told me no problem, she would get my party booked. She apologized for the inconvenience. Happy to say party is set for Saturday.

Jump jump jump. Had blast with my kiddos. Due to COVID there’s no party planner or help with the birthday party but they charge same price.

Still has a new place smell to it. Plenty of tables for parties. Staff was super friendly! Most of the parents there were all making the same comment about the prices, being too high. I have to agree slightly compared to other places. Prices were on the higher-end, but it is very open and that is one thing I really liked.

Had our daughters Birthday in the private room! They were so accommodating even for the the amount of kids playing! The speakers were hard to hear the announcements however everything else 👌

Will not return to this location. The entire place smelled of weed and all the workers were doing about it was spraying air freshener to try to mask the smell but it was so strong because kids yes KIDS were smokin pot in the bathroom. The staff didnt care that bigger kids were pushing and taunting little 6 7 and 8 yr olds. One of the areas smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in months. The workers in the snack area didnt wear gloves. Overall just a very ghetto location. Sad. And of course the owner only comments on the good reviews which only shows how little the owner cares about their customers.

Went at 7:30pm on sat 1/16/2021 I thought with Covid going on cleaning would be a higher priority but I was wrong. No soap or toilet paper in any of the women’s restroom stalls no hand sanitizers outside of the restroom either. Many people not wearing masks nothing wiped down while I was there. The dodgeball have signs of only 6 players at a time multiple workers walked by seeing 10 plus players crammed in and didn’t say anything. Went to find a staff at the front to tell them about the restrooms no one to be found. We won’t be back

They had everything we needed for the party.

From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of hostility and just weirdness from the staff. I have a 21 month old, and he played in the toddler area for a bit (adults cant jump with the child in that area so he got bored quick). The toddler area isnt anything great... maybe 12 small squares to jump in? The other areas were not anything great either. If you just have 1 toddler, Im not sure its worth it. I feel like for the price, you can go to another place for an activity at a lower price and get more for your money.

I booked a Birthday party here for my 7 year old daughter Jade sight unseen but had heard great things about Altitude Katy. We definitely were not disappointed. I stopped by earlier in the week just to check out the place, the staff, etc. and everyone was so nice!! Chris at the counter answered all of my questions he was patient and kind! We discussed my ideas and expectations for the upcoming party. He gave me all the details and I felt like I had made a great decision when I left. Fast forward to the Saturday of the party. Grace our party attendant was waiting on us when we arrived, she was so sweet and extremely helpful. (I love the name Grace by the way) Anything we needed she had the sure, let me get that attitude even to the things we didnt think to ask for, she did it!! I never had to look for her, she always close and helping out. My daughter had an amazing time jumping and so did her friends! So, if youre thinking about booking a party for your kiddo here, YES, do it!!!! It was a great experience for us!

We visited Katy Texas recently and went to Altitude for a fun morning. We had a blast. Fun and lots of variety. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The facility was very clean. Highly recommend!

Although the staff was nice, she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The entire place smelled like gross feet and dirty socks. The kids were asked to leave after the birthday was over so there was lots of crying kids being pulled out of the venue. They could do better with air fresheners or air circulating not just cold AC and letting kids play and jump for as long as they want if they came for a birthday party.

I had one of the worst experience ever!!! A guy said that he working there but was not wearing any badge or shirt to prove that he was working at that time. He came up to me and my friends twice! The last time he came to us he started screaming at us. And I was like do you work here? And he keep saying I work here. So I went to ask for the manager and he said he does work here but was not on the clock. If you want to be harassed by employers that are not on the clock then this is the place you want to bring your friends and family!

We celebrated our 9 years old daughter birthday party here and it was awesome. The facility is very clean and the kids had a lot of fun in the trampoline area. Just a little crowded that day. Our party host Jose did an amazing job and explained everything to us and the kids.

Wonderful place for children to release some of their energy! It can be a bit crowded on the weekends but this should be expected of a popular venue for children. Ive read reviews that the prices are too high, however, Im on a budget and feel their prices are quite cheap. I like that I dont have to worry about socks and may purchase them for only $2. Customer service is always excellent! If you want your kids to have a blast, I highly recommend checking out Altitude of Katy!

Five stars! An activity that actually requires movement and get my kid off his device. Reasonably priced and solid WiFi so I could work while my son jumped. It’s not nearly as loud and obnoxious as places like Main Event - so I don’t typically get a migraine. Huge bonus.

Smells like feet. And even after paying for 3 kids to jump for an hour no staff member told us only certain activities can be done without the use of parks safety socks ... that they sell at the park. Been to multiple trampoline parks and they all provided the safety socks for free if they were required for use with certain activities.

We love it here! The toddler jump on weekdays is very affordable and a great outlet for my children. Be prepared to buy their socks if you dont already own some, but you can bring them back for future trips. This Altitude is superior to others we have been to. They have a great trapeze that you can swing on into a foam pit. They also have an area with trampolines that allow you to jump super high. My biggest child (husband) especially loved this spot.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our child’s birthday party. The equipment is clean and they make sure you are happy. Thank you!

We had our son’s birthday party on a Sunday and it was a blast! Our host was Destiny and she was fantastic! I didn’t have to do a thing but say thank you to Destiny for being on top of everything! Our guests really enjoyed themselves one even booked a party that day. The pizza was delicious too. Thank you Altitude Katy we will be back soon!! From booking to check out it was flawless.

I had a bad experience today .... because i had expected a good day with my family & friends and out of nowhere me & my brother were clearly just jumping and this random guy comes up to us without a badge... without any proof he works there, tells us to calm down and not get too close. I personally didnt get offended and let it go... but all of a sudden i had gone to jump in this little area and there was a line .. there was kids in there for about more than 10 minutes so i went up to him .. and asked how many minutes left, and he completely ignored me and never answered. fortunately there was a woman next to him who had told me the time and was the only one who had answered. honestly, i went there to have fun, but that was one of the worst experiences Ive had

Had a very bad experience with a birthday party at this location. To be fair this was 4th birthday party we had hosted at this place and didnt have issues before but this one was so bad we would look elsewhere for future gatherings and recommend the same to our friends/family. We had used a free party coupon we won in a charity auction to book the party and they kept the coupon when the party was booked. After the party when I was trying to checkout the employee at the counter, Aaron kept insisting that they dont keep coupons when they book parties and I should have it. When I said I dont have it as I gave it to them when I booked it, he claimed he had booked the party for us and that no coupon was used. I specifically remembered not seeing that guy when I went to book the party. To cut a long story short, he finally figured out the party was booked wrong and they actually had the coupon. I believe there is something wrong with their booking system or he did not know how to look at it. But all this interaction with him kept us away from the party guests for 20-25 minutes as they were leaving and some people even felt bad. The accusatory tone this employee used with me and my wife was also very insulting, and to top it off once he figured out his mistake there was no apology! This was one of worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time. There are many similar facilities in the vicinity so they will not be missed.
