I came in to fix the screen. The guy said it would be $180 and all he did was fix the glass. Now there is a black dot of decent size on my screen and he said to just live with it. The repair wasnt worth $180.

I needed my iphone screen replaced immediately. Ali (the manager) was extremely nice, exactly what I needed. He had the exact screen that fit my phone and told me to give him 45 minutes to get it fixed. He texted me it was done in less than 45 minutes, and I picked up my phone a few minutes after that. Ali and this store can fix your issues. He saved the day for me so I could turn in my cheap phone from AT&T before my 14 days was up. I will only use Ali and Gadget MD from now on.

This place is awesome. I came in earlier today with an Iphone X that suddenly turned off and wouldnt turn back on. Ali immediately diagnosed the problem as a swollen battery. He took the time to walk me through and explain what he was doing while I watched and educated myself on how my phone worked (I had never in 10 years seen the inside of any of my iphones before). He also went above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service. Ill definitely be coming back for any phone issues my family will undoubtedly experience in the future. Highly recommended!

I took my Apple watch in on a Thursday and was told it would probably be 2-3 days before I got it back since the machine that does that specific repair is in another store. I was fine with that. Went here to get my sons Nintendo Switch fixed. The console would not turn on. They looked the console over briefly and determined that I needed a new charging cable. Even took the time to pull up nearby locations where I could by the specific cable and compared the prices with me on where was cheapest. I will be back for all future tech help.

I found Gadget MD by googling phone repair shops around my area. I called and Ali said he can have my phone screen fix between 12-15 minutes. Went there, he was very professional and friendly. Oh! And their pricing was better than other places I called. I would definitely recommend them.

I honestly don’t like spending time writing reviews, unless the business is totally awesome.I have to say they are absolutely THE BEST! Super friendly, and kind. We are not really here to replace any parts, so they aren’t going to make any profit from our inquiry. However, they tried their best to help us. The owner said “you are here to get help, and we are here to help.” They let us borrow the phone screen, and connect it to the motherboard to backup our data. ( We have to put in password in order to do so, but our screen is water damaged).The owner didn’t even charge us a penny at the end. But we like to show our appreciation, and thank for their time and kindness.Very much appreciated !!!Thank you!

I dont do many reviews - but this guy is awesome! I took my daughters phone to CELL + ER on 1463 and after the 3rd failed attempt to fix it I took it over to Gadget MD in HEB on Fry and 99 - found out almost all the screws were taken from the phone!!! This guy fixed it while we waited - fixed it right the first time, had enough screws on hand to get it put back together - and the fee was VERY fair for the work. I highly recommend Gadget MD.

This guy is awesome. He fixed a few things wrong with my phone over the weekend and when I called him later this week with a new issue, he told me to come right back. He fixed it all over again at no extra cost and told me to bring it back if I have any more issues. Can’t ask for better customer service than that!
