My sister and I both got our phone screens fixed here. The quality is so bad both our phones cracked easily within a month. I had to bring my phone back 3 times because the screen camera wasn’t working and I couldn’t hear out of my speaker after the repair. Don’t waste your money here!

My phone quit working and other shops tried to fix it but could not find the cause. The guy in there took it and asked for couple of days. He repaired it without changing any part! It required proper cleaning of connections on the board and I wonder how the other shops could not find the cause. I am glad I used them! Well done!

This is the best customer service, cell phone repairs and cell phone accessories. My family have been customers for over 7 years and we take pride in Cellairis’ quality. We never cracked a phone with their screen protectors.

Called and was told $50, but when I came in they changed price to $70. Dishonest. Not worth the money for 1mo. Warranty. Went to another reputable co. They repaired for additional $10 and 1yr warranty.

I would not go there again. They replaced the screen on my phone by installing a screen OVER the one that was already there. My thin phone is no longer thin and overheats now.

I cracked my screen, but my battery and LED were working just fine. However, after having them relace my screen, Im now having issues with my battery life. Its super frustrating. Idk what to do. They did a great job replacing the screen, but this battery issue is awful.....

A gentleman I dealt with here is the upmost of rude. My boyfriend and I were shopping and I took him here to look for a case for his phone since he couldnt find his he originally had. The gentleman showed us various cases and I asked to see one. He insisted on placing it on my bf phone then held the phone and said the price was $26. I consulted with my bf who insisted he could search for his other at home I asked to have the case removed and thanked the man from his help. He then got flustered that I wasnt purchasing it and I told him we would think about it. After demanding to know why I told him that we had one we needed to find at home. He then raised his voice to say not to waste his time then make excuses. I work in retail. The whole point of a person being there is to nicely show and demonstrate items not demonstrate an item expecting and getting angry when someone decides against purchasing.

They had no problem taking my $146.00. Their repair help up for 3 days. I bought a new screen, new LCD board and a screen protector. When I took it back(after only 3 days), I was told that they dont give any warranty. Then I was told that each person makes commission on their own sales, and that I would have to find the person that done the repair to see if he was willing to warranty it. What kinda mess is that? I paid the business not a particular sales guy. WARNING STAY AWAY!!!! 3 people told me the same story there. Mind you there are no posted signs saying no warranty, They tell you at time of purchase yeah right....

Had a cracked screen and was going to leave it as it didnt interfere with any functionality of the phone. Was passing this kiosk and happened to see their sign which drew me in. It was a weekday evening and the young girl had had a quiet day, so she reduced the charge from $90 to $75. Against my better judgement, and because the girl was very personable, I agreed to change the screen. Walked a lap of the mall and it was done by the time I got back. She said she had cracked one screen trying to get the new one on, but wouldnt charge me for it as she had broken it. At no point did she tell me there was only a THREE DAY guarantee on the screen or their work. All was good, but 10 days later the screen came away from the phone. Went back and it was a different girl there. Just so happened a supervisor was there too. Didnt matter what I said he would not put on a new screen. He said the glue had become unstuck and there was nothing he could do apart from put on a new screen at a cost of $90 to me. He didnt believe me I was only charged $75 as that sort of discount isnt allowed. He said she would have made up the difference. Anyhow, I have a non-cracked screen, but its not flush in the housing, and now it wont charge. Its not a lead issue as Ive tried many leads, and they all work with other phones, just not mine. Im going to have to take it to ATT or Apple and end up paying much more to get it fixed. Do NOT use these vendors. Spend the extra and get your phone fixed properly at the right place the first time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! They will try to scam you and when they break something on your phone will deny it was their fault. Had to get my bank involved to get my money back due to services not rendered. Took three months but the case was finally closed and my bank did find these people at fault and got the money back from them.***According to another reputable cell phone repair store, the screen Cellairis gave me is a cheap knock off from China that breaks easily. This same reputable cell phone repair store also informed me that the buttons are delicate and if they are not clicking anymore and are coming off, its going to cost more and theres no guarantee the buttons will work because they are totally broken now.***So Cellairis broke my $600 phone and I now have to buy a completely new phone!!!!If I could give ZERO stars I would. The incident occurred right after Christmas and I only just finally had this resolved through my bank as of yesterday morning. So from 12/27/16-3/31/17.I went in right after Christmas because my phones screen was broken. They said theyd fix it for me, but that the screen would be black instead of white which would have matched my phone. I was ok with that. I received my phone back later that day within a couple hours.When I received it back I noticed that the repair guy had completely messed up the buttons on the bottom of my Galaxy S6 Active. They were crooked, wobbly, and coming off. I also noticed the screen was not down completely at the top left corner and they said theyd fix that once they got the buttons in, but Id have to pay for the buttons and labor.I wasnt thrilled with this so they decided to order new buttons, and after arguing with them, they agreed to replace for free. A week and a half goes by and we hear nothing. My husband finally went back up there and told them to give him a refund, because it was taking too long and no one was answering our calls.They apologized and gave us a story that the buttons were coming in from China and it was taking longer than expected. We didnt care because they should have informed us and I felt like they were jerking us around at this point.The manager gave us some of their cheap cases for free, they placed them on the phone themselves and then the phone was placed in a bag and we went home. As soon as we got home I noticed the screen had cracked in the upper left hand corner where it wasnt glued down all the way, and it had cracked from the case. At this point I figured they gave us a bad screen and the pressure they placed on the phone from putting on the case caused the crack, because there was literally no other way it could have happened.Immediately I called them and told them what happened and that Id be back in tomorrow since they closed in a few minutes. When I went back, j received nothing but attitude and that this was the phones fault not theirs- what?! Its yalls screen you placed on the phone plus yalls case that was placed by you guys! Id had enough. I finally told them Id wait to hear back from them about the buttons and went home and called my bank, told them the situation and they got me my money back since services were not rendered and they broke my phone worse than what I had!!!

Please dont go here. My ipad was poorly repaired. My home button is making a popping noise after the screen was reparied. The screen look like it was just placed on the ipad. It was dirty from the glue that was used to repair. I still see a scratch on the inside of the screen. They only offer a 3 day warranty. Good luck!!

Horrible i had a replacement screen and just needed it put on. they charged me $27 and my phone is more broken than it was before. i had a crack before but now i cant even unlock my phone cause even if i dont touch the phone the screen is registering pressure and pressing things. never going back!
