I could not have been more upset with how my maid of honor dress turned out. Not only was it not done correctly it was cut so unbelievably short it was laughable. The photographer literally had to edit my dress to be as long as the other bridesmaid. The back was uneven, the straps did not stay on my shoulders, the waist wasn’t even taken in. She only pinned one section of my dress and based it off that. The back was so uneven it was a disaster. I would recommend spending the top dollar instead of going here. You will not get what you paid for and you will be so disappointed.

I was going to bring all my husbands long sleeved work shirts here for button alterations, along with 3 other guys work shirts, so about 23 shirts total, but I was told by a local not to go here & after reading these reviews Im glad I didnt.

I thought this place to see if she could help me out fixing my brakes me stress which I know it is a last minute because the wedding is on a Saturday and I have rehearsals Friday so I agreed with her if I could come and pick up the dress Friday around 5 o’clock and she said yes so she met her measurements and all she needed to do was pick up the bottom of the dress it was 8 in too long she had mentioned that she has also going to charge me a little extra she said it was too long and too wide $70 which I thought it was expensive but I went with it when I left not even 20 minutes that I was in her shop I got a call from my bride that my correct dress came in after all so I automatically called this lady and told her never mind I won’t be using her services I was going to turn back and pick up the dress since I have the correct one on the way already she automatically said that she was already going to start cutting on it and if I wanted to get my dress back I would have to pay a fee for it because she’s charging by the hour and Not by the work I did not know this since I thought I haven’t been in the store not even more than 30 minutes I would be fine just for me to pick up the dressing go but she wanted a service fee because she took her time to measure it and she was going to charge me $40 just of her time and I told her it didn’t make sense so I told her I wasn’t going to be paying $40 Since I got to her place at 4:35 and I called her back at 5 o’clock on the dotShe brought down to Field to $20 she said if I wanted to get my dress back I would need to pay the 20 bucks I called my husband and mentioned it to him he said it didn’t make sense. I I called my sister-in-law and mentioned the issue she said it’s too much money just to cut the bottom part she’s not even going to iron it or anything just give her money and get your dress back. This place was too expensive and no good customer service

1. Before I brought in my pants for alteration, I called in to confirm prices. While being measured and fitted I was quoted prices: $14 for hemming and $16 for tapering. The moment she left the room where I was changing, the price went from $30 to $36.82 for no apparent reason.2. I went in on a Saturday and I was told that my items would be ready by Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon rolls around and the shop is empty at 1:30 PM. I wait for 20 minutes in my car and no one arrives. I go home and call an hour later and no one picks up. I decided to return the next day.3. I arrive in the morning once the shop opens and the seamstress is not there but her adult children who operate a separate business in the same building are. I ask to try on my pants and I am not satisfied with the fit so I offer to come back yet another hour later to discuss it with her. The moment I walk in shes ready to argue even though I came in wearing another pair of pants that I had tailored to show her what I wanted when I meant taper. She simply said Ive already done the best that I can.In short, I was over charged and overpaid for someone to tailor my clothes poorly and slowly and treat me like my business was of no value to her. I recommend going literally anywhere else.

Luz is an amazing person....and did an amazing job!!! I needed alterations done the same day, and she had it done in an hour on a Saturday, at a very reasonable cost!!
