I came here to get a button sewn on a dress closure. I needed it back the next day. The owner did it on the spot at no charge! He was super nice and very professional. I came here with no knowledge of the establishment at all but am glad I chose this place of all the ones I could have. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Hazem is hands down the best in this business. He successfully altered 4 pairs of my jeans perfectly and did it in a very efficient manner. I had previously been told by other businesses that the pants couldn’t be altered to my size, yet somehow he pulled it off beautifully. Definitely come here if you want to get the best work possible.

I came here to get my work clothes altered before leaving to sea on an oil rig. Not only was the staff nice and knowledgeable they worked with me to get my work clothes done really fast so I wouldn’t have to wait before leaving to work. Excellent service and good vibes. This place was very expensive for minor alterations. I was told that I was paying for labor. I took my dress that this place was charging me 95.00 for and got the same thing done for 40.00 with the same turn around date. I will not go back here.

I came in here comparing prices from other competitors. From the customer service to the affordable pricing to the quality of his work, you definitely get your moneys worth when you come into the store. simply, I just needed to get my length of my dress cut shorter. There are two layers and at most places they like to keep it longer so if they do messed up, the customer can let them know. Because I was on a time constraint, I let the gentleman know that it is needed by next month and he was able to get it to me long before. I ordered a beautiful kaftan as a gift for my Mother. She is very short, so I needed to have it hemmed before I could wrap it and put it under the tree. I went into Expert One Hour Alteration with only a nightgown of hers as a way to measure. He agreed to do it but let me know that he cant guarente it will fit properly because she wasnt there for the measurements. Well it turned out perfect! And he even steamed it for me, so it would look even more beautiful when She opened itI was very happy with his work.

I brought in a suit to be altered, the man tells me “you can’t wear this suit”, I say why not? He says it’s too hot out, I say can you please alter the suit, anyways we go back and forth about my new suit and I found myself debating with this man on why I should own this suit, as if clothing tailors hold to some sort of creed like, thou shall not let someone be too hot in a suit. He agreed to alter my waistline on the pants but that it. Um, ok? I left there feeling guilty for owning said suit that is going to make me hot. He seemed annoyed that he even had to alter the pants but I didn’t force him to do it.
