A female, I believe her name was Kyra, directed me into the machine. She had such attention to detail and scrubbed my car so well before going into the wash. It was hands down the best car wash Ive ever gotten and 100% was because of her hard work. It was so great that I will most likely sign up for their unlimited package. Excellent job!

I’m not much for superlatives, but this is the best car wash by far I’ve ever been to. I’d franchise it and open my own if I could. What makes it better, no the Best you ask? 1-microfiber towels to dry your car, included. 2-a separate machine to wash your rubber or carpets mats, included. 3-an air hose to blow away small particles in your seat and cabin, all included with purchase. 4-no time limit vacuums, powerful too. And lastly, 5- a great car wash every time, lots of blowers at the end to dry your car. I got the monthly subscription I liked it so much. I can nearly detail my own car with this place. Love it! Downsides, Is it expensive? yeah they all are including competitors to be honest.

Superb car wash. The wash thoroughly washed away all the grime and bugs from my long trip and the free vacuum bays were a silver lining. Loved this place.

This is one of the best car washes I’ve been to reasonable price and fantastic service, and my car was a mess outside till I went. It is shiny and clean, and the free vacuuming helps a lot too. It is my first time, and I honestly did have a fantastic experience. I would 100% recommended it here!

This is the best car wash Ive been to. They have floor mat shampooing machines and the staff is a phenomenal. I had some bugs stuck to my front end and one of the guys, I dont remember his name, got out there with some non-abrasive sheets/pads and some cleaner and removed them for me! I didnt know this car wash was even there! Im so glad I found them. They even offer a rain check wash that is good for 3 days past your initial wash just in case of rain. I will definitely be back and I have no intention of going anywhere else to take care of my vehicle. Amazing facilities and team!

It was okay. They dont offer any cleaning or detailing so you have to clean your car yourself once it comes out of the wash. It was annoying.

Been a member since the 1st on on mason rd opened. Best customer service at this location by far. They spray your vehicle thoroughly before passing thru

I tried out whitewater express car wash for the first time today and it was an awesome experience! First of all they are doing free washes today and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And you get free towels to use to wipe off your car and the vacuums are the strongest ones I’ve ever used. Highly recommend!

Excellent express car wash. Clean and new facility. Friendly staff. They would take time to clean the bug spats on front of your car, not just spray the bug removal like other places. Free carpet shampoo. Free towels is also a plus.
