Spent 50 dollars for a car wash. That included an interior super clean. They didnt even wipe the seats. Smudges still everywhere. Do yourself a favor and dont waste money here. There are better options for a car wash. My truck smells like it was cleaned with a dirty rag.

They always provide Fast, friendly service! They are thorough and have a few different options for washes. They also give you fragrance wafers to put under the seats. I’ve been coming here for years and have not been disappointed!

Nothing Superior about this place, just another average wash n go regardless of the different packages to choose from. Carlos goes into the I dont speak English mode when theres an issue. Luis on the other hand seems to have more experience at customer service. If it wasnt for Luis I wouldnt even rate this place.So yeah try a $9 wash at a local corner store before trying a package detail from here.

Paid for basic car wash...dirt left on truck around doors...dirt not washed off on fenders...rims not cleaned..will never go back...took my other truck to a different hand car wash and came home with a nice clean truck

I have been come here every 2 to 4 weeks to get my F-150 washed and detailed. The washes last a long time I just like my truck CLEAN all the time. They do an excellent job and take care of my chrome tipped pipes too. The attention to detail is very important to me. I always get the $49.99 and add the $10 package for them to wipe and condition my leather. If you bring in the receipt from the previous visit you can get $3-$5 off depending on the wash. You get free air fresheners too. I know the people here by name now and they know me too.

I usually go to them for oil changes due to the fact that they are competitively priced and you get a free basic car wash with oil change. Even though I know ahead of time that they are going to make every attempt to upset unnecessary products and services. Lately, I have had issues with them refusing service or telling me there are issues with drain plugs, etc. I am moving on to a more reliable and reputable service station

Very disappointedCar needed to still be vacuumed and didnt get the bugs off the side view mirrors. $88 is not worth it. Could have taken it to a gas station carwash and done a better job myself. Never again!!! They are lazy

Don’t waste your time and money coming to this so call car wash. Paid for Superior Wash got inferior wash. Told manager that I been coming here for years and this wash to worse service that I have received. Car looked like they did not even run through machine and the lady drying the car took 1 minutes to pretend she dry and cleaned exterior of car. Save your money and go somewhere else. You can get a better wash paying $9 at any express car wash than paying$30 for this worthless car wash. If I could I’ll give them a negative star!

Not sure how this place can even call itself a car wash. They did such a poor job cleaning the car and instead of asking them to clean the mats, my mom decided to try to do it herself to help them out while they finished drying the car off. An employee saw her doing this and instead of trying to do it himself he tells her shes not allowed to use the towels. She lets him know thats fine, but that they didnt attempt to even clean the mats to which the employee said we dont clean mats here. Like really? Not sure what they do then. Not sure how a business can be ran like this, but the managers response to the situation explained why this place is being ran so terribly. Trust the terrible reviews and dont go here. Youre better off going to another carwash, even the drive-thru ones, because its like they wont even get the job done.

Rude and terrible customer service! I felt so disrespected by the way I was spoken to. My husband and other managers from a local dealership have come several times. Read the reviews and take your money elsewhere. None of us will be back. Apparently they don’t want any business.

Not that great service today. A bit disappointed in the cashier. She could use a crash course in friendly customer service. Detail on my vehicle wasnt so detailed. I still tipped to be the diplomat but probably shouldnt have. Maybe I should just try another place. Close to home isnt always the best option I guess. No A+ today Superior. My money can be well spent elsewhere.

Ehhh its ok decent price decent price, not the worse but not the best, still had stuff on seats, console was wiped, water marks on windshield and ofcourse you can ask them and theyll fix it but some of the stuff is very obvious especially windshield.

I was hesitant in taking my cars to be serviced at this shop but still did due on their convenient location. On my first visit, they took more than an hour between the oil change and the complimentary car wash. Mechanic was courteous and professional though I got the usual upsell recommendations (dirty filters, flushes etc.) as all these places usually do. Complimentary wash was not bad at all. There were some dirty spots here and there but it was FREE so I wont complain. On my second visit everything went smoothly and I was out of there in about 30min. I did pass on the free wash to speed things up and took a raincheck instead. I think I would not pay for any of the Super-Duper-Ultra expensive wash packages as I would probably be displeased with the results based on all the negative online reviews. I will keep visiting this location for the time being.

On April 24, 2021 I visited Superior Fry Carwash for a water spot removal service, for my 2006 Mercedes Benz C230 Sport. Mr. Carlos Pinto Assistant Manager at the time verbally quoted me $100.00 for all windows. They were booked that day and asked for me to come back the following day. When I arrived the following day Mr. Pinto was not in and guy at the stand quoted me for the same services $150.00 who apparently was the manager on duty. (Attachment enclosed)Two days later I brought the vehicle back to claim that they left a stain on the glass from the clay they use to write on the window for the services requested (See attachment). They were good at sympathizing and acknowledging the problem, but they did extremely poor owning and fixing the problem. They attempted to remove the stain by servicing the window again, but that was not enough. They had me fill out a “Claim Form” (see attachment) with all the information necessary to replace or fix the window. That the owner will contact me promptly to resolve the issue.As of today, I have not heard back from any one from Superior Fry Carwash. For all of you requesting carwash and detail services from this establishment be warned this people are anything but a responsible, professional or “Superior carwash”. Now instead having watersport stain on passenger side window I have permanent stain reading water spot that I have got to get fix or replace.

Usually I have my car washed and people in the office are not professional at all, they are rude and not professional at all, I can let go little detail about the actual Carwash but i think I will take my car somewhere else even if I have to drive more. Don’t use this place really bad reputation and you are more than welcome to try them but for sure you will be disappointed.

Great place! Many hard working folks that have been there for years. Ive been going there for car wash, which is one of the best deals as they hand dry the vehicle and you never have to leave the vehicle. This time i went for a detail, and it came out like brand new! I have an 11 year old vehicle and it was delivered to me smooth to the touch and Sparkling like it came out of the showroom. They buffed out minor scratches too! I was so happy i took a friend who has a black car, and it was unbelievable. They will make a dull car sparkle. Thank you!!

They offer a 48 hour rain check which we thought was AMAZING. NOPE, you have to pay for a basic wash and they do the bare minimum. RIP OFF!!

I love this place cause anytime I go for my oil change they offer a car wash for free or at a discount if you need detailing in additional. They have various packages and great prices. My bf took me to this place years ago and Ive been going back since. Great customer service and definitely worth 5 stars!!

Great for a quick exterior wash

If you pay for a carwash and a detail of your car you might expect that they at least perform a complete wipe down of your dash. The service is rushed and leaves one wondering why they paid just to have them make a passing effort to wipe the interior. You cannot expect to communicate in a friendly way with who you pay as they seem to be cold and not interested in why you are there more then to take your money.

Usually i get alot more service but today guess they were short handed, or maybe it was too early to go I had a $9.00 wash wax and somethen else wasnt expecting much but they didnt even dry all the water and soap off

Paid for a full detail but the water marks and tire rims were missed.When i asked for the rims, i was advised that it is corroded and wont come off, within the same sentence the rep asked to bring the car back in a few days so they can use a special chemical to clean it off and it will be extra!!!Like, you want me to pay you extra for something i already paid for?Not to mention the water marks and said bs asking to bring it back and they will use a black compound to clear the water marks and off course charge me extra.Lol then what exactly does a full detail mean?I am glad i asked for the engine bay to be cleaned upfront and paid extra for it, i guess we need to ask everything upfront and get a correct total.Also if the business wants to contact me to clean the rims and the water marks, i will be more than happy to re review the service.Thank you

I love superior car wash. The quality they provide for the price is hard to match. It is the only place I get my car washed. Even if I have to wait a bit longer until Im in Katy again. The staff is nice, the waiting area is well maintained as well. Also the scents with the car wash are amazing!

First, the car wash machine stopped while I was still inside, with other cars. Due to this there was still soap on my vehicle and I was told to drive around to have my vehicle ‘hand washed’. Once my vehicle was dried, I noticed there was soap still remaining on my vehicle and that half of my car was dried with a dirty towel resulting in cloudly windows.Never again. Waste of money.

My road trip from Virginia to Texas was mostly uneventful except for the wide mutilation of bugs and insects; most met their demise on my hood through the gulf states.So NO WONDER car washes are abundant in Texas!My two cats, slightly traumatized, may have not released their bladders either because of the length of time between stop overs or anxiety. My upholstery also looked like it was starting to become a furry hybrid of some sort.SUPERIOR FRY ROAD car wash did a FANTASTIC, OUTSTANDING job with the wash, vacuuming, wax, and whatever else they did to restore my Rogue to its Princess state.Highly, strongly recommend to car and SUV owners.

Went for a car wash for inside and out, they didn’t wipe down inside when I paid for the package and I had to tell them to, inside still dirty and inside vacuum was not good! Won’t be going back! Half way done everything!

I have been going there for a long time for oil change, car wash,and inspection sticker. It would be nice to get a coupon or a discount for military veterans.

Got a 49.99 “Detail” and basically gave me a car wash that’s worth about 24.95. I spoke to the manager Arron that basically told me that’s what I get for the $49.00 detail. I’m not one to complain but this is unacceptable. Don’t waste you’re time or money.

I recently was a customer at the location the day before Christmas Eve & I’ve previously had my oil change there a couple months ago and I assumed it wasn’t a problem but this recently time I went too get my oil change before Christmas because I was going on a rode trip too Mississippi & I ended up getting stuck on the freeway, my engine light came on and my computer system responded by saying no engine oil ??? Why is that ?? I have proof and documentation from there place saying my car was good too go including my oil but that wasn’t so & off too they recommended also an engine flush and paid for that !!! Worst company ever now I’m out of pocket 4K because of there wrong diagnosis !! My motor almost burnt out !! But long story short don’t go here and I have representation so I’ll see y’all in court !!!!

Needed my truck washed something awful. we moved to an apt and now I cant do it myself although I think thats best. So I decided to go here on a whim because the outside was bad and get it waxed too. the lady inside said I had to pay first before work was done (should of been a warning) and asked what sent I wanted, new car please! Im not sure what if anything they did to the inside. there is still dirt everywhere and more in the back seat. there was dirt around the floor mats and the door jams/rubber lining were still dirty. I had to walk over and ask if they waxed the top. the guy honestly said no and asked if I would like it done. there is still dirt and pine needles in the truck bed they used armor all on my step up so I could bust my ass trying to get in or out. I have yet to fully inspect the outside because I wanted to write this first oh and no new car smell was added. so much for premium package. if you do go here dont let it be with a nice new car. now my antennas bent. I should have looked somewhere up first. now that I have it seems there are no good places in Katy. someone could make a lot of money opening up a car wash place even 30% better than this one. I know its Houston its hot but this is a car wash place and a car should be properly cleaned. it rained after i left but will not take them up on the 48hr rain check. As of 3pm 08-16-2014 this place is still poorly operated.

I went in for the first time on Monday, and needless to say it will be the last time! Very sloppy work and I have tried to talk to the manager several times and got nowhere with that, I was supposed to get a callback today, but what a surprise no call! I was hoping to get my concerns addressed but its obviously not going to happen so I posted a review instead! I have had a retail store for 30 years in the close area and would never have stayed in business if I had treated my customers the way I was treated here! Enough said!

I went there to have tree sap removed from my truck. I asked for them to claybar the whole vehicle and completely detailed including restoring the headlights. They called me about 2 hrs after dropping it and said it was ready for pickup. I get there and it still had tree sap on it in various places and the bumpers look s___ after only two days, whatever they used to detail the plastic on both rear and front bumpers is drying out and making my bumpers look like birds bombarded it and crapped all over it I will never have them detail a another vehicle again. Lossy service period.

They never clean out the bed of your truck and charge extra for having a truck? Work quality is at best 50% and the price is average to the area. Bug removal do it before you come here they dont.

Arrived at 4:00 p.m., place closes at 6:00 p.m. They said they were too busy to do a detail job...I saw 4 guys standing around looking at each other and one little old lady hustling to get it done. Too many Chiefs and not enough workers at Fry Road... Appears my money will have to go elsewhere.

We did a pretty good job going thing is or car Wash isnt by hand. My roof trim came off were the luggage rack goes. Cost me $39 to replace. It was there when I showed up. Wasnt when I returned home after 35 mile trip.

SCAM ! Went for a routine oil change because they promote a free car wash with each oil change and I was in need of both ! So what a great way to save change, right ?!? WRONG ! First, they tried to charge me close to $100 for an oil change with synthetic oil in my regular 4-door sudan (this is where they try to make their money for that “free car wash”). NEVER in the history of owning my vehicle did I ever pay more than $50 so seemed kinda shady. I told them just use conventional which SIGNIFICANTLY dropped the price. Surprise there. lol. Then, he tried to tell me other things were wrong with my car as every mechanic typically does instead of doing the job I asked. Thirdly, the basic wash (a wash and dry, no extras $15) is what comes with the oil change but my car needed a deep clean so I upgraded my package to the superior wash ($27) in which I would pay the difference between the 2 packages ($12) which was fine. I see a $30 charge for my wash. I asked the cashier to ask my mechanic why, when I was told I would just pay the difference. She came back to tell me “He said you wanted ultimate wash with armor all inside”. So, the mechanic without my knowledge upgraded my package with extras. I told her that absolutely is not what I asked for and all she said was “well, we can’t change it now because it’s already finished”. How convenient right? I believe in paying people for the work they’ve done so my total ended up being $60. Finally, I go to look at my car to see if the wash was decent and they DID NOT even do a good job. The inside interior seats were still dirty. The work was not diligent which is odd since they are the most expensive wash in the area. Look I don’t mind the spending money, if the work is of quality. However, this place is subpar. And if it’s your first go around with them, they will scar you because they did it to another couple while I was sitting in the waiting area. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE ! and do yourself a favor, save your coins, and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TOO!

Paid 26.99 to get the outside of rental car clean with supposed air pressure interior cleaning. Returned the car to me with the drivers side floor mat still dirty. For 27 dollars you can get way more than this at Cactus Car Wash near our home. You can get actual attention to detail at cactus car wash and a full service interior and exterior cleaning for just 15.95. Not here at this Supeiror Fry Road Car Wash. Its overpriced and there was no attention to detail at all. Cant wait to get home to go back to real service because this was shameful!

Went in last week, right before the rain, of course. Staff was nice, no frills, but friendly. What blew me away was their detailing. They cleaned everything in my truck, places other car washes north of Fry didnt even look at, like between the compartment in the middle and the lid, and they made my rims shine again, when other car washes had told me theyd been ruined due to brake dust (trying to upsell bs).Will definitely bring my other cars here again!

Took two vehicles they try forceful to sell you the higher oil change then what is needed for the vehicle. You cant do that if the customer is a mechanic and knows what goes in your vehicle. You got to satisfy a customers need not your needs..

Very poor sustainer service, pay for interior exterior clean interior looked very bad used tiwels that were dirty. Upon asking attendant about the quality of cleanliness? All I got were excuses and bad attitude. Never come here again!!!

Would rate less if I could. Was quick only because they didnt really clean it and it went through the tunnel. Horrible place wish I never took it to them. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to my normal.

The worst manager I have ever seen. This dud has no manners and no smart to be a manger. By reading some of the other reviews, I see I am not alone thinking this way. I hope the ownership of this establishment check into the managers mental capacity. I really think he is crazy.

STAY AWAY! First time Stopping by after showing a couple homes in the area for sale. When I was waiting outside at the tables I heard a loud crack sound at the same time my car was coming out the wash. I realized when my car was ready that the windshield was cracked from one side to the other and my front right side rim was damaged as well the tire had a big chunk of rubber hanging off. I was horrified of what happened and I couldnt believe it. I spoke to the manager on duty and he had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I probably came in with a crack on my windshield. As we reviewed the tapes from the car wash it was obvious that my car had no damage before I came in but he insisted that it was my fault. I called the sheriff out and he said I would have to take them to small claims court and he could not do anything about it. I also called the general manager and never could get in touch with him. I went ahead a replaced my windshield and repaired my car at my own expense since I did not have time to fill a complaint with the county clerks office. I would advice everyone to stay away from a company that would blame the costumer for something they did. I never write bad reviews but I hadto this time.

Review update: They lost my keys... waited 2 hours for them to find it. When I told them at first the keys arent in the car the lady who I told said look for them inside the car and she continue with other cars. Told the lobby girl next she asked me to check my pockets.. why would I just pretend I lost them..? When the managers finally find it. The manager has the balls to tell me dont do it again like it was my fault they lost it ... wont be back again.

The lube people were awesome and very helpful. Unfortunately the manager at the car wash does not know how to clean out the inside of a vehicle. I called him over because they didnt clean out the cup holders and a few spots on the interior or vacuum one section of the back seat. He told me it would have to go to detailing and they could not get the dog hair out of that 1 section. I grabbed his washrag and spray bottle and wiped the insides of the door and got rid of the spots.I had told him this is how its done. And I had to pay for that!

I tried them twice because the 1st time could have been a one off experience, it wasnt. 1st visit it took almost 2 hours for an oil change, inspection and basic wash. The manager is the state inspector. He was going back and forth dealing with customer complaints while doing inspections. I had to ask 3 times when my truck would be ready. Next visit the guy said the basic wash was $9.99 and gave me the ticket. When I got to the cashier it was $15. I told her the guy said it was $9.99 & she looked at me and said No. I told her to let the guy outside know so he doesnt tell anyone else the wrong price. She gave me the receipt and said sign anywhere RUDE and snotty!! The $5 wasnt an issue its just the way they treated me, twice! Too many other options, without the hassle. Dont bother!!

Just like all full service car washes you will need to be patient with service and quality. It changes from day to day. I like this place and they do good work on my Camery. Been going for years.

I went today 7/27/15 at 5:30 after calling them earlier to make sure theyre still available only to get there so the guy can say that he was only taking one more car and couldnt do mine.Lost my business for good

Been there twice since they changed names to Superior. First time, I had $10 in change in my ashtray that they stole. My fault for leaving it in there. The second time I paid for their superior package wash, charged extra since it was a truck, and get home to find to top of my roof dirty like it hadnt even been washed. Stay away from this place!!

Is quick. Only issue is my car still has soap coming out of bumper when I drive off, every time. Needs to rinse better.
