They not only made the process seamless to set up a monthly subscription, they went to another level by walking me through the facility and each of the additional amenities included. Dont lose these guys! Highly recommend this place.

Drove in with a chipped passenger mirror and out without the cover. I reported the incident while there and was told they couldn’t find the cover in the wash and that the owner would call me if I left my number. No one called or responded to my messages for a few days. Then Victor called and said sorry we couldn’t find it and that was it. Didn’t offer a resolution. When I asked him to look at the video footage, that was when he was not happy that I knew about the existence of such footage. He agreed to look at it and then called and confirmed that my cover was lost in the wash. He said they would fix it.I gave him the contact of the dealership and they contacted my advisor. The wash did pay $408 for the cover. Upon installation, the technicians found more damage and that the new cover was not going to fit. The new parts and labor would cost about $850. I felt bad that the wash would be responsible for the whole thing given that my mirror initially had a chip. I offered to pay half and guess what! I was told that I should have let them fix it in their shop and have them put a used mirror. That way it was going to be done for really cheap. I said if the dealership says that such a thing won’t void my warranty then I am ok with that. I just wanted my mirror to go back to what it was before the doomed wash. Got an email saying we found your cover in the wash today and looking at the footage, there was a previous impact and that the owner said we paid for the cover and that was it. We are not paying for anything else. I said, but the car is not drivable now with all those wires exposed and that it was not safe. Again, they stood their ground and refused to take responsibility. They found the cover but it is broken and couldn’t be mounted on the mirror and they still think it is not their responsibility. So the cover broke into half and they think no further damage happened to the interior of the mirror when the brushes ripped it off. I found it necessary to file a complaint with the BBB since the owner sent me the message with Eddie to do whatever I wanted. I will also contact my counselor and see what legal action can be taken. All that I wanted was for my mirror to be functional again the way it was when i drove in. I don’t care for a new cover. I just need it working.Don’t recommend them unless u r willing to pay out of pocket if something gets damaged in ur car.

We have been members (2 vehicles) here for over a year and have been very pleased with our service. We have personally experienced several different occasions of staff going the extra mile for us as customers, but these stand out most: Assisting me when drying my car, spending extra time treating bug build up on the front of my car after a Texas road trip, and the constant involvement of staff asking if I needed anything. Today, however, I had a strange disruption during detailing when my son’s drink cup broke and leaked into my back door, dripping down through the crevices. Good thing the door was open, so just extra clean up for us. Well, two young men stepped in to inquire and Sam went the extra mile and offered to open my door so I could properly clean the panel inside. We were beyond successful and I am so grateful for his assistance. I told my family, Sam’s parents raised him well, they should be so proud! Good Job H2O for the outstanding staff and service.

Loved this place. I spent 2+ hours detailing my car. Staff were friendly, offered additional towels. High strength vacuum and air pressure gun, they also give free sprays for car interior, glass and tier cleaning. Decent car wash prices. Will surely visit many more times.

Loved that all of the cleaning chemicals were free and part of the monthly car wash subscription! Also loved that there were clean towels at the station I pulled into and the staff was very helpful! My car mats are molded (not flat like all others), so one employee offered to power wash my mats for me! (They have a mat cleaning machine, but only flat mats can be cleaned in it). So kind of him and a wonderful experience at this car wash. I’m very glad I decided to buy the subscription!

Just switched my membership from my previous Car Wash place of 10 years.. H2O Express is impressive! I enjoy having the top of the line monthly service so that my car gets all the good stuff, but this is the first time that a car wash business I’ve been to offers a complete list of extras for me to use...at no additional cost. Eddie and Jack were super friendly and quick with tips on what products to use. Oh, and the water wash for the floor mats is a must!! My car is on a new level of clean. :)

Absolutely love this car wash! Eddy and the staff here are nothing but exceptional and kind. They go out of their way to make sure your car cleaning needs are met. The wash is a great price and comes along with areas to self clean your car with vacuums, tire shine, auto detail spray, window cleaner, spray on wax, air freshener and they also provide you with towels to use. Got extremely pleased with the washing experience overall, from the payment kiosk which is very modern and user friendly, the prep station, washing tunnel and of course all the products and services in the drying/cleaning area. I immediately decided to enroll in one of their plans for both of our vehicles. All staff are very friendly and with a great service oriented attitude. I went to H2O today and they were amazing. Ethan and Eddie took great care of me. I had a ton of bugs on the front on my car from a road trip and they came over sprayed my car with their bug remover and sent me through the car wash. The bug were completely gone when I got out of the car wash. When I was wiping my car down and vacuuming it out they helped me wipe it down and offered more towels. They were super friendly and so helpful. I have gone to other car wash places and have neither receive such awesome service as I did at H2O. I would highly recommend them!

Really love this car wash. It has available products for detailing your car, clean rags, strong vacuums, and the workers are always so helpful and nice. I’ve driven by this establishment a few times on the weekends, and noticed the amount of cars that were there. So, Thursday evening I decided to give this automatic car wash a try. I’m so glad I did.From the manned Presoak & Debug pass through, to the soft-touch spinning drying “roll,” to the interior detail spray, air freshener, and courtesy towels, I found the quality to be better than expected and the pricing reasonable. However, what was really impressive was the customer service and consideration shown by the employees. While every worker I encountered was respectful, Jack and one of his colleagues in particular went above and beyond in helping me get rid of the water spots on the hood of my vehicle.Although I typically favor a hand washing, I will definitely come back for their all around great car cleaning self-services. Thank you to the staff for your guidance and expertise, and to the management for hiring a wonderful team!

I came for a car wash this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff members. Specifically, Ethan and Corbin greeted me and then took time to explain the different products and ask about my day. I have never had such a good experience getting my car washed and I definitely plan to come back.

By far the best drive thru car wash from start to finish. The equipment that is used to wash my car looked top of the line.They have the best self service area complete with free vacuums, microfiber towels, air compressor to get in all the nooks and crannies, even have free detailing products !The customer service is hands down the best. One of the emplowees helped me clean my wheels as he asked how my day was going... (a rare thing these days)I signed up for the affordable monthly service.

On Saturday July 3, around 10:00am, I informed Arturo, who was in the wash bay at the time that the mat wash machine was not loading the car mats to which he rolled his eyes, threw down his wand and followed me to the machine. Once to the machine, he hit the green button, leaned his head toward me (I felt threatened) and bulged his eyes and stared to which I replied “the mats aren’t loading?” He then stated that my mats were “too thick” and I assured him that they weren’t because I’ve put them through the machine countless times before. He then violently threw one of my mats to Sam and said “you handle this, I’m not dealing with this” and walked off. I then asked his name to which he continued to ignore me and walk to the wash bay. Thankfully Sam kindly and professionally helped fix the problem. Arturo is not the kind of employee I’d have running any business, ESPECIALLY when there’s no manager on staff. I tried to report this in person and over the phone to which I was told, “the manager is out for the weekend and will return on Monday.” Arturo was completely out of line and will cause much business to be lost in the future if not corrected or let go.

This place is the chick-fil-a of car washes. I noticed a customers car wouldnt start and an employee brought his car to jump start the customers vehicle. Regardless of that, the car wash is great, the vacuums work and the chemicals they provide are all top notch.

This car wash is the best !!! They provide everything that you need for detailing your car for only $19.99 per moth (if you add more cars is 9.99 extra per car). Also all the employees are very helpful but Jack and Tigen are just what everyone need on their life. The two kids are all about work and costumer services.

First time trying out this place. What a gem! Easy to navigate, they pre-wash your car as you drive in the wash tube. Just as you see in the other reviews, the chemical sprays and vacuum are top quality with a wide variety for you to handle any car. Bottom line is the value is truly there amd what makes the biggest difference is the staff. Super friendly and attentive to your needs. This is the best car wash I have ever been too! I would completely recommend this car wash over any other car wash business in the area. The main thing that sets this car wash apart is the customer service from the employees. The 3 employees who stood out to me during my experience were Jack, Ellis, and Eathan. Jack has very strong customer service skills and made me feel like family during my short visit here. Ellis made sure I had everything I needed such as sprays and towels and even air fresheners. Eathan very respectfully answered all of my questions and told me about their membership plans. He was so kind and convincing that I am currently considering buying a membership!

This is hands down the best place to get your vehicle washed around here. The staff they have are ON POINT. Amazing car wash! I subscribe to their monthly plan and get my truck washed here about 3 times a week. The car wash itself seems to be of top quality. They provide free vacuums and cleaning supplies if you want to detail yourself. Best of all is the customer service, every single employee I have interacted with has been a pleasure. This is my second time using this car wash and I love the way my dirty car gets well cleaned by the car wash machine. I love this place and my husband use here too for his car. Great car wash experience so far.

I’ve been a member the last 3 months and today Eddie noticed some dry white paint splashed on my front bumper when I pulled in the wash station and took the time to not only put a little TLC on it but came around to work on it some more while I vacuumed. Superior service and thank you!

Okay, so I moved and switched to this newly built car wash H2O. Love it! The workers could use a little more personality but overall I’m staying even though money wise, there’s a great deal about a quarter mile away. But H2O offers great monthly subscriptions, which I got, $19.99 plus $10.00 extra for the hubby’s car, free use of fragrance, glass cleaner, cleaner, towels, vacuuming and a little tool for detailed vacuuming. NOTE UPDATE: They offer a machine that cleans and dries your floor mats! I spilled a milkshake and couldn’t clean it properly for a few days and then took it to H2O’s machine and it less than 3 minutes that floor mat was like brand new! The owner, Chris, was a great help with showing me how easy it is to use it. I’m never leaving this car wash lol! No loud music either. It’s great but I need longer hours —they close at 7pm.

Exceptional service and car wash quality

The fact of the matter is that there is a car wash on every other corner around Katy/ Cross Creek / Cinco Ranch area, however, this place has by far the best customer service that a lot of businesses nowadays have forgotten how to practice. I have dealt with both the owner/manager and his wife, and both are the kindest people who generally seem humble and care about the experience of their customers. I am usually greeted and brought fresh towels when I pull up to the vacuums, the products they have available at the vacuums work great, and not to mention my truck always comes out shiny and clean. I have yet to have a negative experience and due to the attentiveness from both the owner, his wife, and one of the employees, I purchased a membership for myself and again for my girlfriend.

I absolutely love this place! It is not your normal do it yourself car wash place. Once you go through the wash not only do they have top notch vaccums that really work, they have an air blower and wait for it they have wash clothes and every single spray and cleaner imaginable to clean inside of your car. It’s way better than any other car wash place service I have been to! I am so happy I found them.

Had an issue with this car wash damaging my wife’s car. Tried to bring it to their attention. They provided unclear photos of the chipped paint area and then offered to pain it and have it fixed...BUT said “we won’t admit it was our fault”. Don’t know why you would offer to repaint it, show unclear photos in the exit and then offer to paint it. Hmmm. Lost our business. Not cool. Shady car wash owner. Watch the roofs of tour cars.

H20 is an amazing Car Wash experience. The owners have a great business model of helping high school students by giving them jobs and opportunities to make money. One of the students named Jack has very strong people and customer focus skills. He is always smiling and very helpful and puts customers first. I highly recommend that whenever you go to this carwash, ask for Jack. I felt like I was a VIP customer with the type of treatment I received. And the facility is very clean with all fresh towels and products to clean, wax, window cleaning and tire shine. When you go there, ask for Jack and tell them that James sent you. JACK IS A ROCKSTAR!!!!!! He definitely has a bright future.I am sold on going to H2O carwash and so will everyone else. The customer service style is impeccable. My experience with Ellis was fantastic. He was very mannerable, extremely customer focus as well. Ellis was attentive to me, as well as to all of the customers as they parked their cars. He made sure supplies were always stocked outside for the customer, and always has a smile for the customer. My experience at H2O is very positive and I am not sold on being one of their long term customers. Ellis was giving the red carpet treatment as well by offering clean towels, car scents and any further assistance that may be needed. H2O has a very smart business model that works well by giving back to the community by hiring High School students to give them a chance to earn money and appreciate working which will build and shape the young minds of the future.

I like this car wash period not much I can say about it aside that you get to do your own cleaning after you get your car washed.

A good range of prices. Enjoyed the colored light on the soap while riding through. The wide rails to enter the belt made it less tricky to get in line for the wash. Would like the opportunity to have someone do the vaccuming and clean the windows and dust the dash. A full service wash seems hard to find here.

Met the owners when I took my car last week, great couple who have such an open mind, and are so great not only to their customers but more importantly to their employees! Everyone I’ve encountered here has such a great attitude and is willing to go beyond their way in making sure you get the absolute best service and experience at the car wash. Their freebies like their air fresheners combined with all the new, quality vacuums and air hoses leave your car squeaky clean. Best part are the fresh out the wash microfiber cloths that they provide along side 4-5 different types of interior/exterior cleansing sprays. Once I took two cars in a day and ended up staying 10-15 mins past their closing time and the owners wife showed nothing but her appreciation for my business. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to have the best car wash experience at an affordable price. Even my cousin from Wisconsin found their service better than else where in the US!!

Every worker is very nice and always willing to help. The owner brought me a special spray to remove water spots on my black suv that he explained was from my sprinklers. He was correct, because they only appeared on the side facing our water sprinklers. The spray took it away, no xtra cost. Another car wash down the street told me I would need a new paint job (on a brand new car) to remove the hard water spots. Anyways, I love H20 Express, they have everything you need to clean inside and out!

I visited this car wash during their soft opening and they were giving away free car washes. I took my two black SUVs through the carwash and used their free vacuums. I really enjoyed not having to vacuum my vehicle in a rush due to only having 8 minutes like at Buc-ees. Both of my vehicles came out immaculate and I was very happy with the end result. The owners and employees were very nice. I plan on signing up for their monthly plan.

The best quick wash around, they scrub the front and back of your car to get tough bugs and dirt off before you even go through the wash! Most car washes just spray a little something, but with the spray and them scrubbing, my bfs truck was spotless! The actual wash itself was definitely very thorough, you could tell because even the rinse and dry was longer than most car washes! The vacuums are very strong and they have clean towels and a bunch of sprays, like the shine spray for the tires, cleaner spray, and spray for the dash board. An awesome and appreciated feature, as well as a mat wash and dry machine and a mat holder to help vacuum the mat better. We had some questions on what to use on the truck, Dov and Sam were super helpful, answered our questions, came back to check on us and offered us other tools and sprays to use for the truck! Thanks Dov and Sam for the help! Will definitely be dragging my bf back tomorrow so we can do my car!

I have never been through a car wash like this where they cared so much! My vehicle looks sparkly clean! They took the time to scrub the bugs off, and wiped it down after. And, the price is so reasonable! I highly recommend, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

This place is awesome.. They offer windex, air freshener and all purpose cleaner to use for FREE when vacuuming your car.. The staff is extremely friendly.. Chris... has greeted me twice. During my visits.. will definitely go back!!!

First time here, I recommend it because they offer a variety of cleaning packages for your car and one can vacuum the car for free.

This place has everything you need to wash your car. Come empty handed and they will take great care of you. Great customer service too!

Great value and great wash

Great service. I visited towards the end of their day and they stayed open way past their closing time to give me time to finish the interior of my SUV. They provided all the towels and cleaners and really powerful vacuum system to make my car super clean. They didnt rush me even though sun was setting. Will be back :)

Brought my vehicle in today to have it cleaned the outside looks amazing no water streaks, tree sap or dead bugs left on my paint. Also had my matts washed by Gus he was very professional and friendly awesome job Gus. Will defently recommend H2o to friends and family.

I hardly leave reviews but, let me just say...this Business ROCKS!!! I myself deal with the public everyday with my job. And we all know that more bad reviews get posted than the good. This car wash is not just a car wash...the workers are very friendly, professional, and willing to go out of their way to accommodate you. I have a Camaro with leather interior, and I always bring my detail equipment to do my car. But I was stuck with nothing. I was offered leather cleaner, rags and also they have a shelf for each vacuum that has detail bottles full of product. This is my 8th time here and it never changes. If anything it’s getting better. You won’t be disappointed coming to this car wash. PROMISE!!! H20 Express car wash keep doing what your doing, it fits y’all!!! Thank you!!
