I went to this establishment to get my car detailed and not only did they half do the job they stolen money and face mask out of my vehicle, they where rude and no one was trying to help I had to call the Fort Bend county authorities to file a report and the company still did not do anything to solve the issue. If I had to offer any advice do not take your business here and if youre there do not let them into your vehicle

Very bad cleaning service. I came here twice and both times they didn’t clean the car.Today I decided to not pay until I see my car clean. Guess what? They told me my car was ready and I went to check it out. They didn’t even vacuum under the mats. The dashboard was all dusty. I had to talk to their manager, his name was Jorge. He was very rude and told me we are all humans and we all make mistakes. Really two times I have the same issue. They don’t vacuum under the mats?? It’s a cleaning service and I did pay for detailed cleaning around 75 dollars. Detailed cleaning and they don’t vacuum and didn’t clean the mats or the dashboard? If this is a detailed service and they are missing all of that, then good luck with non detailed services.I won’t come back here. Please if you care about your money don’t waste it here.

Wow!!!!! Absolutely amazing service. It took some time but definitely worth it. It takes time to detail a car especially when it is really detailed !!! Exceptionally great service!! My car smells and looks great!! Plan to wait depending on the service you select. They are thorough!! I was told it would be 2 hours for the detailing of our minivan. 3 and 1/2 hours later I asked and was told another 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I finally got the minivan. They asked me to come back because there were stains they still couldnt get out. I had watched and seen that there was no one working on it for long periods of time. It was also so wet, that it soaked through my shorts on the drive home.Apparently, they also forgot to clean the back as it was still very dirty. See the photo. I will take it back for them to fix but cannot recommend them to others

Please avoid this place at all costs. I unfortunately had my car damaged from the poor quality of their car wash. The hood of my car, and also parts of my windshield, have scratches all running in the same direction as if rocks and other debris were caught in the car wash brushes. I cannot recommend this place for anyone.Update 12.23: I spoke to the manager Jorge regarding this issue. The only response he could offer was to prove to me that his car wash was not the cause of damage to my car. All the proof I need is that I did not have these damages prior to getting a car wash here, and that these damages appeared after getting my car wash here.

I paid to have my car cleaned, wiped inside and I tipped too. Get home to look over more thoroughly, my kid could have done a better job for a 1/4 of the price! Missed the trunk completely! Sides of seats still dirty, crumbs in seats, part of dash not wiped at all. Don’t waste your money here. Every time I come here, it’s gotten worse. No more!

Been at this place for years, used to be a good place but now is a complete joke. Swang by yesterday after for another wash, wanted $25 for an” Union Pacific” package, but somehow those guys mistook that I was there only for a $10 quick exterior wash. Went ahead showed them the receipt, their “crew chief” showed up straight to my face telling me it was my fault and started educating me of not giving him the attitude. I think I know why there are so many one star reviews here and its time to try somewhere else.

When I do get a chance to get my truck washed they do a good job. I have to check every time to make sure my middle console is clean cause the always miss cleaning it. But other then that little thing. The staff us great!

They were very fast and reasonably priced. They were also the only place open on memorial day. Very thankful for them being open and quick.

I stopped by to do a detail clean up from inside and out. The interior was an alright clean with a special rug shampoo. The exterior was not cleaned well; There were several pollen spots on the car and the tires were still brown. I had to tell the employees to re-clean the car while pointing out ever spot that was dirty.Not much of a detail clean for the price I paid of $160.

For $50 I expect better. Too many streaks and lack of attention to details.

I took my car to them and they called me to pick up my car, it was missing a floor mat, I drive a brand new car, I asked them to look for it and said, they cant find it.

This is a great place to have your car inspected and they give you a free car wash! I’ve been using Superior Katy for years!

Overall great experience. I got an oil change and recommended fuel injection service an air filter. I can already tell the difference in the horsepower and the car wash and vacuum looks really great to. The prices were more than fair and the staff were very friendly I think I found my new place to go.

I wouldn’t recommend using any of their services. I paid over $100 for interior detailing and they left marks on the carpet and didnt clean inside the doors. They forgot to put the floor mats back in the car so I had to come back and retrieve them. Customer service was poor and so was the quality of cleaning.

I had a membership on 3 vehicles and was charged twice in one month, when I try to clarify with Jorge the so call Manager he was very confrontational I showed him a picture of my bank statement and still didn’t believe me.. Mr Jorge is very unprofessional I am taking my business somewhere else

Terrible service. They do very poor jobs of washing vehicles. Too many time Ive tried this place and too many times they never do a good job. Called the last visit and the manager was suppose to call me back and here it is over a week later and nothing. Didnt even move my car mats and vacuum underneath. Terrible customer service. The outside of my truck had several bug spots on the front so when I got home I cleaned them off which was actually very easy. Tells me they dont pay attention

Paid 160 for full service wash interior and exterior promised clay bar on vehicle then when I go look at the car they so ohh no actually it’s 200 if you want clay bar on your car . They try to upcharge u for service then claim you need to spend more for the actual service unprofessional not to mention they take far too long to do a vehicle while most of the employees are busy playing around while ur car just sits unattended

I got right in and the price was great for the Maintenance I got and the customer service was great too!

They did not put my car back together back an oil change. The panels under the car came off on the highway 10 minutes later. I returned and politely asked the manger to make it right. He suggested that after 30+ years of a perfect driving record, I must have “bottomed out” right after my oil change causing the panels to fall off under the car at highway speed. Do not recommend, will not re-visit.

I hope I can put a negative 5-star! I did a $49.95 in and out only to see a scratch on the side of the hood; The most irritating part was when I talked with the guy, presumably the manager, about the scratch. Of course total denial outright. I don’t expect they would do anything as there is no recorded evidence. But he almost yelled out immediately:” there is no way we made the scratch. We are not going to do anything!” The attitude is second to none. Though I like their setup in the waiting area, I have no appetite to be there again.

The worst car wash I ever went to was not cleaned well and when I told the supervisor, his response was that I had paid for a cheap service and that is why the lavodo was not done well, that bad service, I do not recommend it to anyone

So I took my car over to Station Car Wash and Lube on Mason for a wash and the first time I let them change the oil.Come back and there’s a new filter on my bill. I tell them that I didn’t ask for that. Guy says “no problem I will take it off.” I pay the $150 (wash and Mobil 1 which I will never know of I really got) and go to my car.Come home to check that filter and guess what????There was no new filter. And when I took it out to check dirt fell out of it everywhere. Very obvious that it had never been removed at all.Wish I could post the pics.

OK, these guys could have a great carwash if they paid a bit more attention to detail. I always get the $45 wash, and I always regret it. They need to improve quality control. For that kind of money you should be getting a very clean vehicle. Unfortunately, there are bugs all over the grill, bumper, hood and mirrors when they are done. They always fail to wipe down the nurf bars, the rear bumper and the fender flares. I usually end up going out, grabbing a rag and finishing off my truck on my own.

I picked the package that was $50 + tip. I asked them to make sure that all the pet hair was gone and I would say it was about 90% gone. I gave a nice tip because they were out in 98+ heat.

Bad experience!! Not keepping turns. My car was parked for drying and nobody took care of. I complained, but no one listened carefully.

Went to get an oil change and specifically asked the oil shop person for the “ basic” oil change at 33.99, but they decided to use the expensive synthetic oil. The car wash is a joke. It’s exterior only too. Don’t bother going here because they don’t care.

Everyone is nice here. Downfall. I paid for a the $40 something car wash and it was the same as the basic wash. I added leather cleaner for my seats and when they gave me my car my seats weren’t touched. The guy had to ask for a manager to get the approval........ I paid for it why do you need it to be approved? They also have forgotten to put the scent in the car as well the last 2 times I’ve gone....

I asked for ozone treatment to get rid of moldy smell.I was expecting a machine that would neutralize oder for $40.But all they did was set off a canned bomb in my car that left it so heavily scented that I cant stand to ride in it.Im hoping that 2 days of leaving windows down will air it out.Otherwise I will ask for refund and go some where that has a machine.

I walked in late due to my Nursing hours and they still took me with no hesitation, not only did they do an amazing job with detailing and cleaning both the inside and out of my car, they went above and beyond to help me out on a steering wheel cushion I purchased with welcoming hands! Wash broke my windshield wiper due to auto wipers turning on during wash. Manager was extremely nice and immediately offered to replace. They replaced both drivers and passengers side without having to be asked. They maintained great customer service through the entire process. I highly recommend this car wash.

People are nice but the car wash service itself is terrible. My truck came out with dirt and water spots all over it still even after being wiped down by the towel guys. Doesn’t look like they even touched the inside even though I payed to have it vacuumed and wiped down. If you want the outside of your car washed go here. But if you’re looking for a full service car wash find somewhere else.

I have been coming here on and off for a few years now and have never felt the need to leave a review, be it good or bad, until now.I came in to get my car detailed and all seemed to go normally, by that I mean the car was cleaned, but as always there were areas that had been overlooked. Oh well, I don’t care enough to be angry about that.About 2 hours later, I was running errands and go to turn up the volume in my car, the volume knob comes right off. Of course I’m surprised and start inspecting it only to find wet super glue on it.Turns out, someone cleaning my car was aggressive enough to break off my volume knob and then tried to super glue it back on so I wouldn’t know, without a word to me.I called back they wouldn’t reimburse me and I have yet to find a replacement.DO NOT COME HERE. They don’t care about your property and have no integrity.

I had my oil changed at Cypress Station and the next day I found a large pool of oil under my car. I checked my oil level - and it was completely empty. I called Cypress Station and within 15 minutes they had someone at my house to assess the situation. The problem was identified - but could not be resolved at my home. They put oil in the engine to avoid any issues and had me follow them back to the lube shop. They immediately fixed the problem, replenished the oil, cleaned the oil out of my engine compartment and then sent my car through the car wash.Repeatedly through the process they apologized for the inconvenience and provided me with an upgraded car wash for my next visit. I was back at home slightly more than an hour after I initially called. I recognize that things sometimes go wrong. I am very pleased that Cypress Station was willing to immediately accept responsibility and provided prompt resolution. The whole situation was handled extremely professionally.

The car wash was great. The outside of my car looked amazing and so did my tires they made them look brand new. The reason Im giving them 2 stars is because when I got the inside of my car conditioned, it was left very greasy. It wasnt wiped down well to were the conditioner would get on my hand. And that was throughout the whole car

I just left there, and they were not upfront about their service package. When I complained about it, they made it sound like they were doing me a favor. Never going back there again.

I took my jeep in for a $130 detail. I dropped it off and the first thing I noticed was they had backed my jeep into something cause there was damage to the rear bumper. Second they broke the wind visor. I brought this to the managers attention and he was a total ass. He basically told me to F off. Then I got to looking at the job they did and it was piss poor. The seats are now stained the wash job was poor. Hell there were still leaves on the jeep. When I asked to speak to the owner he called the cops. I would not recommend this place.

Although I have foolishly gone back several times hoping for a different experience - no more. Im done with this place. If you expect to pay good money and get a decent wash with attention to detail you can think again. Not one time have I left satisfied. What I have left with were several towels and a full spray bottle of leather fragrance that they have forgotten in my car - attention to detail. If youre ok with leaving with bent license plates, streaks of dirt on the car and bug guts on your windshield, give them a try. I gave them one last shot thinking paying for a hand wash and detail would be better. It was just as bad but twice as expensive. The convenience of this location is really the only thing thats kept me coming back. At this point, Im just giving then money. No more Cypress. Get your act together or youll be an empty lot soon enough.

Just took my vehicle to be detailed. The guys that run the lube center are great and I know they do a great job. The oil change went well but the detail was very poor! I paid to have it waxed and carpets shampooed. They left wax all over the vehicle and the wheel wells were still dirty. They didn’t clean the chrome on the bumpers or the chrome exhaust tips either. The biggest thing is the fact that all of the glass looks like they used a dirty diaper to clean it. I will not return to the detail/car wash EVER! The fact that they have no visible leadership is a bad sign.

I like this place. They do an excellent job and offer unlimited washes for $20 and up. Its a mix of both mechanical and physical labor. You should tip them. Great when you have a large vehicle and/or its cold outside.

I should have read the reviews! This place was awful. I took my car here for a wash and vacuum. They were quick, probably because they didnt take the time to put everything back nicely. My floor mats snap in & they did not snap them back in. My back floor mats were just thrown in the back. My rear view mirror was all out of whack. My passenger seat was pushed way up and tilted. They left smears all over my dash/steering wheel with cleaner that wasnt rubbed in all the way. Also, I was supposed to get an air freshener & they didnt put one in the car. The outside appeared fine, but now that Ive read these reviews it sounds like I should go make sure my car isnt scratched up. 🙄

My husband, being sweet wanted to take my car to get washed from the inside out. Little did he know, I had a $20 bill sitting storage space next to the cup holders. It was closed since I knew I had money in there. He did not check and sent my car through. He paid right under $40.00 for my car wash and when he got home I went to grab the $20.00 and it was gone. The staff/workers or lack there of stole the $20.00 bill. What happened to honest work? I would save your time and your money. The job they did was the bare minim - my car had streaks, the inside was only half way wiped down. It was just a terrible job and experience and the REAL kicker is... management doesnt care.SAVE YOUR TIME and YOUR MONEY!

I always have to do touch ups when I get home. Bugs on the front bumper and debris still on the back side. The rims typically need extra cleaning as well. And yes I pay for the tire wash extra.

Good price, left my car incredibly clean! They even pumped some air into my tires, which they had no obligation of doing! Staff was helpful too, they helped me see which package would work best for me.

The car wash is fine, but the price of an oil change is outlandish. It was $92 for an oil change for an F-150. Get car washed but avoid the temptation to get an oil change at the same time. Ripoff.

I arrived at the car wash in my Lexus assuming Id be able to easily get my car cleaned. The people were nice and I was able to hand my keys over for them to take over. I paid and thought everything was fine UNTIL I inspected the front of my car later and found my entire clear bra had been destroyed. It looks like someone dragged a sharp object all across the front about 20+ times. This is all over the clear bra on the back of the mirrors as well. Everything is completely unsalvagble. These people clearly did not feel the need to tell me they had ruined my clear bra and let me drive away with it like that. I am very unimpressed with the treatment of my car as well as the fact that I will be having to invest in a new clear bra for my car that they ruined. I dont recommend this car wash to anyone for fear of this happening to someone else. Youve been warned.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. They are very honest, even allowing me to order parts online and installing them at the cost of labor. I bring my cars here for all oil changes, inspections, and minor repairs.

Always a disappointment. They never clean the interior well. I ALWAYS have to ask to have the glass redone because they use dirty rags. Half the time, they dont vacuum behind the back seat. I have Kia Soul. Its just not that hard to vacuum the whole car, and get the glass clean. Theres never anyone in authority around to fix things, so you have to do your best to communicate with the crew.

They spilled oil all over my engine and I had to clean it when I got home because it smelled so bad. The vacuum job was a piss poor effort. It didnt even look like they did anything. Definitely will not return to this place.

I took my car in for a wash. When I went to claim my car, I noticed a deep scratch that ran the entire length of the back bumper. There is also a 3-4 inch scratch on the tailgate. I pointed this out to the person returning my car, and he called the manager over. She denied that their machines could have made the scratch. She kept saying that it would be all over the car. It looks like someone took a dirty rag and wiped down the top of the bumper trying to dry it. Then they realized their mistake and switched rags. I had to bully the manager into taking my name and number and I have the vague promise that Steve, the general manager, will call me sometime tomorrow.

Decided to try Station car wash and lube for the first time. Customer service is terrible. When I got in my car and I pulled out the driveway I noticed an interior scratch on my new tent on the driver side window. It was obviously fresh she could feel the ridges. I mean I pull back in and brought it to their attention. They told me I couldn’t prove it. It didn’t happen at their car wash. I’m furious I would never go back there with urge anyone reading this to never get your car taken care of there I drive a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback I just got the windows tinted three months ago and they screwed it up I’m so mad

DO NOT GO HERE!They left a massive crack on my windshield and denied all responsibility! The manager, Jorge Avilez, demonstrated horrible customer service, refused to even consider a refund, much less offer compensation!Full details below:I was told I would be called in about 45 mins when my car was finished after being detailed (the silver bullet package). After about 2 hours of no phone call I went back to ask about my car. I was told they werent sure why I hadnt been called and said it was done. I paid without looking at my car. When I went outside there was no receipt taped to the car and there was a huge crack along the drivers side windshield.I asked for the manager who explained to me that hot water on a cold windshield can crack windshields. I asked why they would put hot water on a cold windshield then, or why wouldnt they warn me, or why didnt they call me, or anything?! I explained it was more likely due to some debris on a cloth, but he denied that theory entirely. He didnt even apologise. After arguing for a few hours and not even receiving a refund, he left me with a note saying I would get a call from his boss. Doubt it will go anywhere based on his interaction.The cherry on top: it wasnt even cleaned well.Dont go here unless you want Jorge to break your windshield and then blame you for it.

I went to get an inspection done and they said I needed to get new wiper blades. It was a scam because my wiper blades work and the only problem was that the rubber part was barely, slightly, maybe 1/2 an inch wearing off from the metal part of the blade. The wipers work and that is all that should matter. I will not go back here and will tell my friends and family about my poor experience. I do not think they will last long as a car service center if they rip people off like this instead of giving people honest and affordable service, which is what a car service place should do.

They serviced my care quickly (state inspection) Made no pushy pitch to upsale me on something needing repair on my car. They did ask if I wanted a carwash which makes sense since there is a very nice carwash facility on site. 4 stars since the customer service factor could use some improvement on the friendliness factor.

Every time I come in they always do a great job! I just got back from a road trip with a dog and toddler, they did a thorough job for which I am very thankful. Its pricey but worth it!

Paid $30 for a car wash. All they bothered to clean in the inside was my drivers seat, when i got home i looked in the back to see they hadnt even touched the passenger seat or back with the vacuum and it was still very dirty. Terrible job done. Youll have better luck washing your car yourself instead of spending a fortune to have a poor job done.

Just spent 40 bucks on a half ass car wash. This is after the guy at the pull up lane recommended that I go with the more expensive wash. So many dirt spots on the vehicle that had not been cleaned. Windshield was also dirty. I literally had animal crackers still sitting on my backseat. I was warned about the quality of work at this particular establishment but I guess I had to experience it first hand. Cinco 2 on FM 1463 is much better.

One of the worst car wash I ever been to, I pay $25 to get my car given back to me upside down. However this seem to be a normal procedure in this place and no one complains, Im not from around here and definitely not used to this kind of slacking off. And when Im trying to explain to the attendant, he is looking at me like why aim I complaining so he call his boss an and she ask me what was the problem so I explain and ask her to look inside my car. Her reply was we fix ok, with her Mexican attitude. Do not visit this place!
