On 5/15/2021 I brought my car in for an interior detailing job and explained that I needed the car spotless because I was selling the vehicle. The salesperson quoted me $120 for the job and I agreed. Two hours later I get a call from the car wash to come pickup my car. Upon inspection I find that the front and back internal floor areas are full of pet hair. I asked to speak to the manager. I showed the manager the pet hair and requested that they make good on their Ultimate Interior Detail Wash to which he replied it would be an extra $20 to remove pet hair and that his salesperson was responsible for the misunderstanding. I requested a partial refund and the manager outright refused. I even told him I he was earning this negative review and he did not care at all. Well, congratulations Mr. Manager not only did you fail to make a customer happy, you also earned this public review. All over 5 minute job with a piece of tape. Hope it was worth it.

I typically do not give negative reviews as I 2as always taught that if you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything at all. That said, I have to make an exception for this place because the service was so bad.First, the pictures you see are what my seats (and car) looked like AFTER I paid $139 for what they call the ultra interior service which supposedly cleans the seats and includes a pure car wash. Of note is that they had my car for over 2 and a half hours and this is how they gave it back to me: the outside was dirty, the interior was not cleaned fully, and the seats most definitely were not clean. The looked exactly how I gave it to the and this is AFTER I paid extra because I was told there would need to be extra time spent on my seats because they were very dirty.Incidentally, when I retrieved my car and being obviously upset that the seats were not clean, I was told that there was no guarantee that the stains would come out.... something that was conveniently left out of our initial conversation AFTER I was charged extra to remove said stains. To be honest, the lane manager and the store manager were at least reasonable, however, one of the other managers (a woman that shall not be named) was ride from the beginning. She dismissed my concerns that the seats werent clean even though I paid extra to endure they were and even, at one point, tried to act like I was assaulting her which was a HUGE insult to not only my intelligence but my character as well. She didnt (and wouldnt) offer any kind of refund even though the other two managers eventually did.Adding insult to injury is that I was able to remove the stains from the seats myself with a $6 product from Walmart. And this was after I was told that the stains were so bad they couldnt be removed AND I could have a refund on that portion of my charge. I was able to accomplish in 40 minutes what they didnt in over 2 and half hours and, to me, that is wholly unacceptable. I wouldnt even be writing this if the one manager hadnt tried to play me for stupid and dismissed my concerns. The whole thing just feels like a scam because they make it near impossible to get any type of refund even when the service you paid for clearly hasnt been done. Ultimately I was given a handwritten credit for a super wash (valued at $54.99) but at this point, I wouldnt trust them to wash my dishes let alone my car.Again, the lane manager and general manager were okay and tried to help but that other manager was the worst. She us the reason Im even saying anything at all. And the problem is that I know if she treated me that way, this isnt the first time shes talked to or treated a customer that way.I would not recommend this pace for anything beyond basic wash and waxes because, as you can see from the pictures, they cant and wont exert any extra effort on cleaning seats properly and they definitely wont give you back the money you paid for that service when that happens.

Very disappointed in this service. I did a wash and interior vacuum. Gave the workers a generous tip…An hour or two after I leave I notice in my backseat floorboard a stain. I smell the stain and smells like cleaning solution. No problem, Maybe they spilled cleaning solution. I went back to discuss my concern and ask kindly for them to fix the problem.They refused to help me, telling me it wasn’t their fault? Very confused how a never before seen stain would show up after a car wash that smells like cleaning solution but it wasn’t from them?My whole family uses this car wash on a consistent basis and sad to say we will not be returning.

Went in for a quick full service wash. Decided since the car was a little extra dirty to just go ahead and do the interior detail ($20 more). This is where they actually clean your cupholders out... Little did I know this would mean my car would get moved off to the side of the building and lost. They literally lost my car and it was passed up. After 45-50 minutes of waiting and my car is still just sitting in the same spot I go and ask for some idea of how long this will take... This is when its explained to me how they completely passed my car up and will have to get to it soon. I was about to grab some rags and start wiping my own car down I was so frustrated. Should have went across the street. Wont be back.

Today was my first time going here. They did a good job detailing inside my vehicle but not a very good job on my rims ever after I asked them to go back and clean it properly. Other areas on the outside could also use improvement.

We went for a quick wash and had to sit there for 15 mins waiting for someone to come greet us and take our payment (we were first in line). This used to be a decent place to get a good car wash. Not anymore, the employees seemed very annoyed to have customers, not to mention rude and they were not that busy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great club prices monthly for car wash needs. Friendly staff. Discount on oil changes in the same lot, the building to the right. Awesome savings.

I paid for the $35.00 full service Shine. When finished the face of the dashboard and all four door panels had NOT BEEN WIPED at all. The manager said I didnt pay for that. 🤯 I wasnt asking for Armorall treatment just WIPED the dust off. I have been going there at least 18 years, sadly Never again.

They used to be really great but today I went and they upped the price but didn’t vacuum my cup holders or the side of my doors and they didn’t wipe my dashboard at all. I went back and asked them to redo it. He told me I didn’t pay for wiping the inside down. What??? Since when does interior not include the dashboard?! Complete waste of money and time.

These guys are awesome. They redeemed a three year old gift certificate that I had bought for my wife and lost during a move without complain or issue. They did a incredible job detailing my truck so I could sell it. (It sold the same day I listed it!) I was so impressed I bought my wifes car in and let them detail it as well. Highly recommended business!

The first time I came here to have my oil changed, it felt like I was talking to my own dad. He was so caring and did not over charge, just told me what I needed to get. This most recent time I came, I thought I was due for an oil change but I hadn’t used up the miles yet. The man let me know that I was too early and that he wanted to save me money. That was just so awesome and honest of him to do that for me. I’m not a car person, so I would have never known, I would have just paid for it. I will ALWAYS come here for my washes and oil changes. If I could give more stars, I would.

If you can hire a detail guy... the ones that show up in your house, it will be better. This place just put a lot of shine on your tires but that’s it. Even tho you pay $200. If you have a truck, trust me... they won’t do the job right. First and last time.

Just called and spoke with a verry rude lady to get an appointment for a full detail 250.00, she rudly said we dont do appointments, I told her that there website sais appointment recomended but not neccasary, then she got even ruder and I dont know where you got that information from but WE DONT DO APPOINTMENTS very loud.

Dont waste your time going here. I paid $65 for a deluxe car wash and there was dust on the dashboards, dirt along the cupholders, seats were dirty. I called to complain and the manager Javier said to bring it back the next day and they would redo it, but when we showed up they refused, wasted our time, and left us with a shoddy cleaning and service. Go somewhere else!

Washing only, they wouldn’t even dry the spots in the car that got wet. What a rip-off…. It’s been years since I used this wash service. It’ll be the last. Save your money and use someone else.

I just got the basic wash, Im not the biggest fan of my car but Ive had it for a year and figured my little boy would enjoy watching the car get its first wash in a year. The process was simple, I paid 11$ for the basic wash, the line moved fast and my car looked great

Save your $. Paid for sparkling image wash and door and dash treatment. Doors and dash not cleaned. Windshield not cleaned. Front bumper not cleaned. Parked my black car in the sun and let it air dry so it’s covered in hard water spots. Staff unconcerned with poor quality work.

Terrible job. Barely vaccuumed, left spots on the windshield and did not wipe the car down properly. Crumbs just left there... not worth the money.

They destroyed my new car door and denied it, thankfully another customer recorded it at the time and I was able to file a police report. We are taking them to court next week. Do not go here

Sunday, March 7, 2021. My car was poorly cleaned and DAMAGED. Carpets were not vacuumed well. Many areas of the interior and exterior were neglected and remained dusty. WORST OF ALL..the entire right side of my car was SCRATCHED and DINGED in a several areas. The manager was unprofessional and uncompassionate; she showed no remorse, nor intent to ameliorate the situation. I received a call from a corporate individual who was rude as well and apparently could not understand why I would be upset. I subsequently received a call from the companys attorney but no real information regarding the company or primary business. When I returned the attorney s call, there was no professional voicemail.

This is why you dont get your oil changed at a car wash place. Heads up to anyone who may take their vehicle here just pay the little extra at a quality shop. Oil filters should never be this tight to remove.Update. 1 month later and i had the opportunity to remove ANOTHER oil filter from ANOTHER vehicle you guys recently worked on. Im just going to say it, dont go to this location for any services it seems like. They dont know what they are doing with cars.

Dont waste your money here. I paid for the basic service which advertises interior vacuum and dusted. When they finished I found the interior door pockets hadnt been touched. You can still see crumbs, dirt, paper, etc from our road trip.... Cleaner said that I should have bought the $42 service if I wanted the interior doors vacuumed. Inside, she said huh, they usually blow those out, you should have bought the $42 service. Horrible customer service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I bought the sparkling package for 34.99 which was supposed to provide a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of my car. I also purchased an in car scent. Upon completion of my car I noticed there were still dust, dirt and stains all through my car. The cup holders were not taken out and cleaned and there were several areas inside my car that were not even touched for cleaning. In addition the outside of my car windows still had the same residue from car chalk that I arrived with. The scent (lemon) was also not put in my car.I came home and cleaned my car myself. The stains on the outside and inside of my car were easily removed with simple soap and water as well as the car chalk on my windows. I would have been better off cleaning my own car and paying myself 34.99. So disappointed and upset at the waste of time and money.

I paid $29.99 for car wash with service #1. So my car still dirty interior. I am not happy.

Went to get an oil change and before getting it I asked and confirmed theyll be washing the car as well. Upon payment they tell me theyre not going to be able to wash my car. I tell the representative that I confirmed by asking about the carwash and he says listen, i cant control how many people come here after you. They gave me a raincheck as if theyre doing me a favor but its not since they advertise this. I told they guy the raincheck is no good to me since I drive 30 miles out just to get a oil change from them. I interpret that as if too many customers come to their place theyll lose quality and give bad service. Try to avoid if possible.

Manager was very rude. I have a black car that went through car wash and wax. I paid over $30. Car was left to air dry. Other cars were dried before mine that had been washed later. Water spots all over my car. Manager Kay called me a liar and refused to send my car through again. She refused giving me my money back. She said they would take care of it in their own way. Very dissatisfied with the work. I have used this car wash over 15 years. Manager is very unreasonable and stubborn. They could easily have washed it again and dried quickly.

Dropped my car off to be serviced, there was no one else there so they said it should take 1-2 hours max (I got the ultimate interior). Called back 3 hours later to find out that they hadn’t even started working on it. I’m so annoyed

I took my vehicle in for a full detail. The price was about $180,which was about what everyone else in the area was charging. I was happy to get it in the same day. Overall I was pleased with the job they did, but theyre w just one small hiccup. A piece of the running board on my SUV was broken off and they didnt mention it to me until I brought it to their attention. The manager came out and was cordial and helpful in trying to find the piece. When they couldnt find it, he filled out a report and said theyd order the piece and contact me when its in. Will see if he keeps his word.

Went for a car wash when my truck came out of the tunnel my rear light was hanging just came off a 1500 mile trip from Cali all was fine when I pointed it out to the manager he very unprofessionally told me his manager would not repair it gave me a paper and number that no one answered stating it was damaged before I entered the wash I don’t care about the light it’s the fact that he tried to make me seem like I wanted something for free when all I wanted was my light fixed or replaced where in the world can you drive without a tail light... will never go there again or recommend anyone go there...

Just left after getting the $49.99 interior wash and detail. I would think for $50 they would’ve been a little more attentive to detail... the outside looked great! But the inside was done out of pure laziness ): they didn’t even clean my Interior side door cubbies .. my boyfriend looked in the back and noticed crumbs still!!!!! FOOD STILL THERE after they “Shampooed and vacuumed ? He asked them to re vacuum and the employee helping us made a rude face and spoke spanish to his co workers ...We won’t be returning . I read multiple reviews saying the same thing and AGAINST theirs, still tried this place . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .

These guys always pay close attention to the customers car and they do an outstanding job on the cleaning. I am very particular about my car and I used to only clean it myself. After weeks of research I finally bit the bullet and took it here. Never regretted that decisions. I would highly recommend taking your car here if you want an exceptional clean for a good price. Also, dont expect gas station car was prices but you truly get what you pay for.

Just cancelled my monthly subscription. My first couple of times everything was great. However they get lazier and lazier with each visit. I have to ask them to wipe down my seats again, sometimes they miss entire windows. A couple times I got in my car and they had sprayed my dash and center console but didnt wipe it down. The final straw was today when they neither cleaned my back seat, my back window area, or my front passenger seat. Did a half vacuum and left cereal on the floor of the back seat. I come at least once a week and I keep my car relatively clean so its not like its a big chore for them to do. Manager and desk staff did not even care to ask why I was cancelling my subscription right after my wash. Service at pull up is courteous but the people who do the insides after they go through the wash are lazy lazy. Even when Im the only car there they are just lazy.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time, and I’ve watched the prices go up through the years. For the price I’m paying I should leave satisfied. I feel like every time I come to get my car cleaned my tires aren’t cleaned properly. I’ve had to go back a couple of times and make them clean them right but I don’t always have time to do that, it’s such an inconvenience.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been!!!!! If they see a stain on you carpet they won’t clean it, they excuse it could be body fluids even when I explain what it was ( fruit juice) and they won’t even give anything back because is your fault. Never be back again

Avoid! Doesn’t honor promotions that they offer. I went in today for my “10th wash free”, a long standing promotion they run and was told they no longer honor that program. How convenient for them, after I’ve had my 9 washes (and hundreds over the years).

The initial appointment service representative was nice but the staff collecting the final payment and the manager was rude, smart mouthed and very unprofessional.

I went to Simoniz Car Wash today and I bought Full Service Package #2. When cleaning crew finished their work I was called to get my car. First thing I have noticed that they have not fully cleaned the car as mentioned on the package. Cleaning person forgot fragrance spray and when I told a person to take care of it which he did and I have pointed out uncleaned area inside the car, I got replied unprofessionally from the cleaning crew stating that I am getting what I have paid for. I got little upset on this unprofessional reply and asked to call a manager. Cleaning crew told me that Manage is busy. I went inside asked for manager and when he finally got inside I was surprised to get his feedback on the issue. Manager did not listen to the problem and just rely that they clean only dust with the Full Service #2 package. I asked him to show me where it was written and Why it is not mentioned on checking area when I purchased this package?There was no answer... I left the place without getting any positive response and no customer service at all.I am not bringing my business to this car wash place any more.

I am very sad. No good at all. My car still has dust. I did have to tell the guy what to clean even if it was obvious. Window was with some marks and he did not care I have to tell him to clean it. I paid to clean my sits and it still dirty. I saw some of the guys working hard but the one I had he just went to work to collect money and did not care about his job. I do speak Spanish and he did not even said anything if everything look good to me after I told him 4 times what he was missing and I show him that still dirty. I guess he did not like his job or do it how he supposed to.

While at The Simoniz Car Wash & Lube Center on Mason Rd. My wife witnessed your employee reach in the bed of my truck from the Passenger side and remove a steel shepherds hook. He climbed over the side of the truck. After the wash I noticed 2 deep scratches on that side of truck. Tracy the regional manager was there I filled out incident report. He told me to call back and speak to the manager Kevin the following day. I went back and I was told by Kevin that the employee said he removed the item from the drivers side which would be impossible. The item was on the passenger side and bed door locked. Also my wife saw him remove the item from the other side. The employee Lied. Rotten customer service. The employee in question does not speak English so I could not understand him. I have spent 21 years in the military and over 8 years with the county. My integrity is in tact. Your coward managers hide and avoided the situation. Never again. Oh also Tracy where were you the following day when you told me to call? I called then looked everywhere and did not see you anywhere on the property. I learned to lead from the front and listen to the observations of the consumer to better your customer service. Instead I have to pay for repairs you caused. You will never get me, fellow employees or families business ever again.

Nightmare to get in the parking lot when they are busy. Nightmare to get turned around in the parking lot. Office is not easy to get to and front parking by the office is always full. Not worth trying to go.

I love it here. I didnt think I would be able to find another car wash on this side of town. I used to live in the westchase district and would drive over there to my favorite car wash. This place is just as good. Glad i dont have to drive all the way over there anymore. They pay attention to detail and clean my seats very well.

I show up and ask for the seven dollar carwash in my work van. They proceeded to tell me that my van is too big and will need to be hand washed for 60 freaking dollars. You have got to be kidding me. It wasn’t any bigger than many of the trucks that were there.

I took my truck in with swirl marks in the paint caused by another car wash that I paid to remove some overspray. I did not have high hopes, but they did an excellent job and my paint now looks like a black mirror and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the work.

Ive been here twice now in the last 7 months with my boyfriend and both times they have failed to fully detail the inside of his truck. The first time there was still our pets hair on the side of the console and the second just half an hour ago, there was a small dirt spot of the side of the passenger door by the cup holder that I purposely didnt wipe off to see if theyd get it off and they failed to clean off. And also this time they scratched the tint on the back driver side door. Also paid for a scent and they didnt add it. Unacceptable.

Pickup needed a bath, badly. Couldnt wash myself due to arm injury, so went here. When arrived, was given a lengthy rundown on services then a quick one on unlimited wash subscription. Overall, not too bad except yo-yo didnt see that there was *still* bird $#!+ on front and back, and proceeded to keep trying. This was closest fill service wash, decided to try unlimited. With nearly 2 weeks of rain, wasnt able to use it (whats point?) Much. Yet.
