Craig absolutely is my go to car detailer. He is so positive and efficient. He has cleaned 3 of my cars and all three came out spectacular. Couldn’t ask for more. I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about.

Very disappointed in the “detailing” Elegant provided. I could have received the same level of detail from a car wash for quarter of the price. There are better companies that understand what detailing means

Was not very impressed with detail of my FJ Cruiser. Looked OK when finished but after further inspection later found that inside of glass was not wiped down, engine was still dirty, A/C vents still had lots of dust. Bug debris on front was not removed with clay bar as described. Finally, website says $169 for Platinum detail and I was charged $199. Not sure why. Mediocre job at best...

I had been looking for a mobile auto detailer to shampoo the interior of my Impala for weeks. Most were non responsive or expensive for a little or nothing. I called Craig and he came out the same day. I was disgusted with the inside of my car but he did a damn good job. My carpet and seats look almost new again. His prices were very reasonable as well. No gimmicks. I will definitely use him again.

I have been stood up three times. I would confirm the day before, and he would not show. I have asked for a refund and have not received a response.

Gentleman showed up late and upcharged from the initial pricing..... dont ever request a service from this company.
