I called service pros A/C and Heating for an A/C repair. They sent a technician out the same day.Daniel was our technician. He was on time, professional and honest. He was able to get my A/C up and running. Overall great experience from scheduling to service. Fair pricing and honest work. I highly recommend service pros A/C and Heating. We will continue to use them in the future.

We called Service Pro out due to our AC unit not cooling the upstairs. Upon evaluation the technician stated we need a new compressor but also recommended we replace the condenser as well. The quoted cost was $2,200 for the compressor and $2,900 for the condenser. This unit is 5 years old and the technician said these units last 8-10 years and wasn’t surprised. We got a second company to come out. They said all we needed to change was the capacitors. 10 minutes later and we were up and running. This company saw an opportunity to try and take advantage. I recommend going elsewhere. They charged me $75 bucks for the evaluation and tried to scan me.

I highly recommend Service Pros. Our AC shut down on a Saturday afternoon, in the middle of July and a technician was in house within the next hour. Extremely pleasant professional and competent. He had our unit up and running quickly and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely continue to call on Service Pros.

My both Downstairs and upstairs AC were down yesterday. Service Pros is referred by my colleague for excellent service and quick response. I called in and got appointment at same day. Daniel was so excellent to identify the issues for both units. He explained to me the issues due to both condenser fan motors failure. Today, Daniel was able to find both motors from Trane and installed them before another hot night. I really appreciate Daniel great patience and Excellent service .

I dont usually choose the cheapest,just because it is the cheapest, but when I approached several different AC installers They came out and quoted and gave very little information. The level of detail in Service Pros AC quote far surpassed the rest. I knew exactly what was being installed and what was included in the quote. When I had a question they did not just agree to the change I was sent another detailed quote with the change listed. There was no ambiguity about what I was getting. The guarantees and standard of equipment, plus it mean a lot to me that they use local manufactures. And they were the cheapest by quite a bit! When it came to the install (two units a 4 and a 3 tonne) the workers were extremely helpful, and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend this company,

Stay away from these guys. We knew we needed some repairs, we had mold and the coils needed to be cleaned. They refused to do any of the repairs unless we bought new AC units from them. We asked if they AC units were bad, they said no, but that they were old. We said no, and will be looking for another company. Will never use them again.Update: Dont specialize in mold? Your guy said all theyd need to do is blow it off the unit. And the other company was sent to us by our Home Warranty, they didnt want to pay for all the repairs, so we went outside them to look for a new company.

Called in for service check up on my AC system and the service team arrived at the scheduled time. They performed a complete check of my system including attic and outside units. Changed air filter, checked drain lines, checked electrical connections, replaced battery in outside unit under warranty, checked Freon level, checked compressor, check fan motor, washed and cleaned outside unit.The service team was very professional, explained in detail of all the work they were going to do and all the work performed. The type of professionalism displayed by the service team was the best I could ask for. They were very respectful and attentive to all questions I had during the service performed.

Company name will be inform you ahead of time before the technician in heading to your house. When there is uncontrollable situation they called and explained.The technician is very professional and details to explain the finding issues and the plan to fix reasonably.

I cant say enough about Daniel and his team. Their bid for 2 new AC units was more complete than others and was notably less expensive. This included a company with whom we had worked for years. They were on time and did a fantastic job, going beyond the proposal in changing out some duct work, moving an attic air handler from where it was previously to a much better spot, and building a platform for it. All of this was done without additional charge because, as Daniel said, it was the right thing to do. We had one small hiccup during installation which they jumped on and fixed fully.Today (a Saturday) I had a question about an error message on our new NEST thermostats. I texted Daniel, and he immediately called me and talked me through the error and we got it fixed.Like the previous reviewer said, if I could give these guys 6 stars I would.

I called other companies... cough .. cough... and no one was available to come out but when I called Service Pros ! They were able to send someone out within an hour!!! The day I created a request for service on Thumbtack, Daniel from Service Pros responded with a quote within 20 minutes. The following day around noon I messaged him asking for the soonest available appointment time and he quickly replied telling me that he could make it that same day between 4pm-7pm. Soon after I called him to gave him my address and confirmed the time. He did mention that his work van was being repaired at that time so he was unsure exactly when he would be available to leave but that he would call 45 minutes before anticipated arrival. He did call later around 4pm to let me know that he would not be able to make the appointment that day due to the repairs on his van not being completed yet. I agreed to wait until the following day around early after noon because the auto shop told him his van would be ready by noon at the latest. The next day came but Daniels van still was not ready. He kept the appointment anyway and used his personal car to come out to my house.He methodically diagnosed the issue while explaining the source of the problem then walked through the possible solutions and quotes including a more economical hole patch option which he did not recommend but wanted to disclose as a possibility. He ultimately recommended a long-term solution with varying price ranges but left the decision up to me without trying to up-sell me.Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, great customer service and not to mention a great value. I did my due diligence and Service Pros is more than reasonable when it comes to prices but dont take my word for it.

Daniel is the best. Very professional and reasonable price. I had issue with coils, and it was under warranty. Moreover, He dealt with warranty part and only charged for labor. He was able to fix the issue on same day. I would definitely recommend him. This was the July incident.Sunday night 11/25, I was installing Nest and heating stopped working, so called Monday morning. Daniel came out on the same day and fix the issue at no charge. Furnace wire got burned out in attic and fixed it right a way. Very honest and knowledgable.

This is 2nd time we have used Service Pros, and both times have been excellent honest service. Daniel knows HVAC, and does not try to sell you anything other than whats needed for the repairs. This time the AC downstairs stopped cooling, and Daniel quickly identified the starting capacitor as the cause. He had a replacement on his truck and within minutes our AC was working again. Total repair bill was $149 for Capacitor and $59 for service call, total was $208 and well worth it.We will not hesitate to call Service Pros in the future as we are totally satisfied with their outstanding customer service, thanks!!!

I have known Service Pros for 2 1/2 years and they are by far the most honest technicians around. They will not only give you spot on and correct diagnosis, they give you options for a solution for you to choose from. From my experience complete replacement of a unit that has life left is never their first option. Our issue was a bad control board. Another outfit said l needed a complete overhaul, new AC, Furnace and controls. Service Pros replaced the board on our 10 yr old unit..still running fine today. In short they are not there to sell you something.

Very nice and kind service crew. I trust them such that I left them working in my home without my presence or supervision. Since my work schedule varies day to day, they were patient enough every time I postponed the appointment. The reason that I did not give him the full 5 stars is because the crew was not that clear in the scope of work. Most importantly, Daniel, the head crew, looked at other issues in my HVAC system and attic ventilation without extra cost. Overall I am pleased with their service and will use them again. The price is reasonable.

Edit (8 months later): After missing my heater check in the winter, they gave me a free AC inspection and put me on the schedule for Fall/Winter 2019 for that needed heater inspection. Their efforts to fix mistakes show integrity.Original: Service pros went above and beyond to correct some scheduling frustration that we ran into. After their apology and efforts, I feel like this is a company that cares about their customers.I wont penalize a company that makes wrongs right, so despite a bumpy start, Service Pros worked hard for a five star review and they deserve it.

I called and Daniel and Mando showed up in less than 90 minutes (and actually called prior saying their job they were on finished a bit early). When they got here, they were very friendly and professional. They troubleshot the issue w/ the A/C (fuse blowing due to worn wires at the external unit), cleaned the units and filled freon...all at a rate I felt very comfortable with. I now have my HVAC go-to team...thank you.

I am so warm and toasty as I write this!!!! Im always afraid to write reviews because I fear Ill get jinxed...but I know Daniel is immune to evil!!!On the coldest night of the year, the H of my HVAC went south (I wouldve done the same) and I called poor Daniel to tell him the bad news. He instantly knew who I was and knew what part of the city I lived in, as well as my dogs name!!! He said hed be here...across town...in an hour!!! And he was!!!He played a minute with Cocoa Puff and then climbed up into the North Pole of my house. He checked out everything for a long time and then came down and clearly explained the problem. He reminded me that my unit was under warranty so I shouldnt shiver in fear as well as from the cold. Then he explained the cost of his service call and I thought he was just being nice. But really it was just remarkably fair!He needed to order a part but the store was already closed. He promised he would be their first customer and be at my house by 8:30 am. He was. He quickly installed the part but waited to make sure it was working. It is.I looked for bids when I bought my unit 2 years ago. I got good results from 3 companies and the absolute worst from John Moore. They charged me $60 for a house call, sneered at my budget, went out to look at the box, and then actually drove away without informing me!!!!The absolute best deal was through Daniel. He was so knowledgeable and patient. This was my first time and scared to make such a big purchase. He went through all financing options and made all kinds of calls to find the best deal.He and his co-technician worked crazy hard in the August heat to install the unit. It worked instantly and thoroughly when they finished. But Daniel called the next day to make sure everything was ok. It was.I referred him to my best friend who is still my best friend because Daniel pleased her as much as he did me. Id recommend him to my own parents and my boss.This was an honest account and I approve of this review.

This guy came out on Fathers day at 930 am. He did not even charge an extra fee. Done in 35 min only paid 149.00 feel blessed.

I was almost scammed by ANOTHER HVAC company who told me the AC compressor died, quoting me $1650 for parts and labor. My wife was suspicious, so we called Service Pros, and Daniel quickly identified the problem as a malfunctioning capacitor, not the compressor. He replaced the capacitor for $149. We cannot thank him enough for the honesty and very quick repair! He earned our trust!
