This location had items in stock that are usually missing in my nearby local Dollar General. They had two cashiers that move the line quickly. Now that was why I was impressed!

Very new location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is kept in good order. Lots of different items to find.

This location seems to have more avail then the one on 350 hwy. The employees are always pleasant. Im only giving it 4 stars, because due to the pandemic its hard to find them consistently stock with certain household items.

When Im looking for something out of the ordinary I can find it here at Dollar General. Such as they sale s lot of different ethnic foods. At a reasonable price.

Had a good experience here overall, didnt have incense or incense stick holders I was looking for but OK.

The customer service is great (i go here a lot and Ive never had a bad experience). Its a pretty big store and there is always a new product to try. It is always clean. Definitly come here and see for yourself!

I spend on a average of $100- $200 a month in this store. I realized I didn’t have one of my items that I paid $2.48 when I got home. I took my Receipt back to the store hoping they would just give me another item $2.48 for leaving mine in the store, but noooo the manager stated he would not give me another item and I would have to call the regional manager and discuss this issue with him. I must admit I got pretty furious! These Dollar General and Family Dollar stores are making great profits off of our community! And yet I couldn’t get a simple $2.48 bottle of vinegar after leaving mine in the store. I was asked to leave the store and threaten to get the police called on me by the MAN-BUN FLUNKIES GANG!(male manager and cashiers) what happened to great customer service. No worries Amazon will soon shut down these stores as well! Dollor General just lost my business!

Pretty much was in and out quickly with no problems. Easy to find the items that I needed. definitely will come again.

Got everything I went in for. I even took my time to walk the whole store to see if there was anything else that I might need or want. Staff was very nice and the store was clean and organized. I got several ideas on things that I would like to buy to place in my home.

Pretty clean and all, but there were multiple clerks and there was still only one line available. That wasnt really the issue, but it did bother me. My main issue was when one of the items I wanted (a CR2032 battery pack) was listed as $4.75, but rang up as $8. I told the cashier the price wasnt accurate to the price listed and that Id like it removed. She proceeded to, but not before audibly sighing at me and saying whatever. My friend and I gave her a look because it was quite rude, but we just finished the purchase and left. Unfortunately, she stared us down as we walked out to the car as well, how creepy and rude. Id like her name so I know to avoid her attitude next time. Jeeeez lady.

I was so happy when they put this dg in by post office on Raytown road. i live close and would much rather go there than wal mart, even tho i can walk to walmart.ive had no complaints until recently. my last 2-4 visits have been different than the rest. im not sure who decides when the store closes but online yesterday they were supposed to be open until 10. when i got there around 845 i brought my cart in from outside and began shopping. im thinking i have about an hour to get it done before they close. to my surprise they announce theyre closing at 9!?!? why? and this isnt the first time this situation happened. also these 2 clerks are the main 2 i see everytime i go. they have no filters and no care when it comes to being professional while working. theyre constantly yelling at each other from all areas of store. and some of the conversations they have amongst themselves out loud so everyone can hear are inappropriate in 1 way or another. i think your staff needs a little more training to learn what to do and not to do and what they say when customers are around. the thing i think that made me the most upset was the guy was at register checking a lady out, there was 1 behind her, me, then 2 or 3 more behind me. he proceeds to address the girl very loudly... hey anyone else in the store? she replies ya then he tells her to tell them were closing at 9 and its time to go. rush them... well dont rush them but rush them you know what i mean? cine on seriously? if im in the store before u close i have the right to get my shopping done! i almost left my basket and walked out! i mean they already cut my shopping short i didnt get everything i intended to!ill give this store 1 more chance but if things dont change ill take my money to a place with respect manners and professionalism!!!
