Bev was very professional and kind. She is above and beyond. And answered all the questions I needed.All of her equipment was perfect for my event. Her staff is so helpful especially Jacob.

Paid for equipment ahead of time and now they won’t answer the phone. Totally ghosted us. They took our money and ran. We never did get the equipment we rented.

Amazing service and highly recommended! We will be using them again! The kids had the best time in the justice!

Carnival Times is always my familys go-to for birthday parties for sure. They have a HUGE selection of inventory to choose from and the customer service is great. Beverly, the owner is such a sweetheart and easy to work with. This summer we rented a mechanical bull for a house party and the guys that staffed it were awesome! They definitely made sure everyone had a good time. All around a great company 🤙👏👏👏

Disappointing customer service. We rented a photo booth for our annual resident block party, and while the photo booth worked well and printed cute pictures, carnival times just wasnt very professional. The day before our party, I called to confirm that they were coming (I assumed they would reach out to me, but hadnt heard anything), and she had no idea who I was or what I was talking about, even though we had already received an invoice and paid a deposit. She then said she would make sure they had a photo booth available and call me right back...never heard back from her.On the day of the event, the guy who dropped the machine off, seeing that we didnt have a level place in the shade, said, You know this has to be on concrete in the shade, right? He was very condescending and I didnt appreciate it, especially considering the owner told me NOTHING in advance about placement (or anything for that matter).And finally, when the owner came back to make sure the booth was set up properly and put a tent over it, she said nothing to us. Not a handshake or thank you...nothing. Nothing near what you would expect when youre paying a big chunk of money.Ill give them two stars because the photo booth was nice and our residents loved the photo strips, but everything else left A LOT to be desired. Will not use them again and would not recommend.

I will most definitely order from them again! Bev was professional and always a delight to speak with. She answered all of my questions right away. The staff that showed up to set up were polite as can be. I can’t stress how easy the whole process was! And the kids had an absolute blast!

A top notch professionaly ran business. They have lots of fun things to pick from. I used them for my sons birthday and they did an outstanding job.

Bev and Sierra in the Carnival Times office are very nice and kind! I loved working with them. They helped me get an additional insured for our insurance which was a pain in the you-know-what, but they made it simple. We have used CT in the past, and we will continue to do so in the future!

I rented a few items from this place for a carnival themed birthday party that I was having for my daughters. The truck showed up 15 mins before the party to set up. Relieved that they finally made it, we watched them set up the Carnival “Midway” and the included games. As they were setting up the Midway, they realized that they couldn’t set up the games because they forgot the table to sit the games on! They decided to use a picnic table from the park shelter that we rented. We needed that table for seating, so many of the children had to stand when eating. Also, after the party started, and the children were attempting to play the games, we quickly realized that one of the games was missing pieces needed in order for the game to be played. After calling Beverly for the 50th time that day to complain, she offered me a $6 refund (which I never received) for the truck forgetting the table. Although the lack of the table, the time of delivery, the missing pieces to the game made the entire party look and feel like a joke. Carnival Times single handedly ruined my daughter’s party, and I will never use or recommend their services again.

I had to wait ages for them to answer the phone and when finally someone answered my call customer service was horrendous!Wish I could give less than 1 star.
