Not only is this place not the tidy-est. They have the nerve to require vaccinations to wash your clothes! Tf. If u have children under 12 forget about it cuz they cant get the dosage. What about those in the surrounding community who need local laundry service ???

I remember like it was yesterday when I first came into Quinn’s Laundry. I was in a rush and needed the nearest laundromat. Quinn’s Laundry had “ok” reviews, but I decided to give it a chance. Lolllll, it’s below “ok”. I would not recommend coming to this laundromat whatsoever. One of the owners yelled at me and I was in there for less than 3 minutes. She said they had time limits for folks to be in there since covid. I respected that, but I hadn’t even met their time constraints for covid. Not only that, but barely any of the machines worked. Maybe that’s why I took too long in there. *shrugs shoulders* lol.

The owner thinks that since this place is privately owned that she can talk to people however. She hires lots of weirdos who are rude and unstable. She is extremely rude & doesn’t care. I will never wash there again. She is requiring you show a vaccine card like ok whatever but don’t be disrespectful about it!!!!! Most of the reviews are bad ones. Believe it. Don’t wash here!!!!!!Side note: look at the owner trying to reply to the reviews bringing up money & politics. Like what are you even talking about?? It’s not about that, YOU’RE RUDE! Tf

Didn’t have proof of vaccine with me . Which is fine, I respect their business decision. Told the manager it was unfortunate they had to lose my business. As I walked back to my apartment which is next door at holmeswood apartments. The Manager yells out the door at me, “I knew you had no Laundry!!!”I couldn’t believe how rude you could be towards a potential customer. Theses are not good people to do business with. Please find better people to support

This laundry mat has some of the rudest attendees. One tried to make me remove my clothes from a washer that hasnt started yet for someone who was vaccinated. Did not let me speak and when I asked for help I was ignored. This place will NEVER have my business again!

Very caring owners. Small neighborhood Laundromat. Busy but not too crowded.

My first impression was how refreshing it was to have the attendant come out to help me bring my laundry bags in. She assessed the amount of laundry I had and took me to the machine that would be cheapest. The space was equipped with adequate washers and dryers. The machines were clearly marked with prices and translated into the number of quarters, for the numerically challenged!The store was clean and brightly lit. I was presented with a nifty little baggy. The baggy included a coin pouch with a quarter, small box of powder laundry soap, and two dryer sheets. Great job making a good first impression, Quinns! I miss my washer/dryer but appreciate a clean and safe laundromat if I must go! It is right across from a Dollar General, in case you forgot your bleach or laundry soap.

One of the “attendants on duty” was beyond disrespectful. Went as far as trying to turn off the machine my wife was using because of their “one person per car or group” policy. I will say that the lady attempted to redeem herself by attempting to offer an apology, but that still does not change the fact that she came off disrespectful to begin with. A wise man once told me “say what you mean, mean what you say.” Definitely would not recommend going here to anybody.

Well maintained laundry and good helping staff

Do not go here. The people who work here are extremely rude. I threw all my laundry in one basket and was going to separate it into different washing machines, the guy working there told me it’s against their rules to separate clothes in the facility and that I had to do it outside. So I grabbed another basket from my car and separated the clothes then tried to come in with both baskets and he told me I could only bring one basket at a time. After his rude attitude, seeing how expensive their washing machines are and all the rules and regulations I came to a different Laundry mat. Go to Grandview Coin Laundry on Longview road! Many more washers and dryers than this place has to offer, cheaper loads, helpful and friendly attendants, FREE DRYERS!!

So not only do you have to wear a mask which is understandable but also you have to show proof of vaccination, didn’t know this was New York. The vaccine doesn’t prevent you from catching covid.

Extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for a place that claims to welcome everyone sure made it feel as if wasnt welcomed and they seemed more or less annoyed of my presence. Tried to do my laundry but in less then 5 Mins I decided I would never step foot or spend a dollar in the place due to the two ladys working. I dont know how they are still in business, PPE loans would be my guess. Anyway I went down the street Grandview Coin Laundry and I must say, they should head over there and take some notes because it was the best experience and customer service Ive ever had anywhere! Would rate a 0 but not an option

I havent been to a laundry mat in 40 years but I had car seat cover to wash. The young man was very busy but still helped me get the covers out of my car and showed me how to do use the machine. Its $5 per load and you have to sit outside due to covid. It was an ok experience but dont want to do it again for another 40 years

I respect every businesses right to issue whatever requirements they feel is necessary to maintain safety. However, if a business chooses to enact extremely restrictive policies that require additional hours and planning, they should notify their customers.If you plan on visiting the laundry mat, plan an extra couple of hours to walk back and forth to your car to account for the EXTREMELY lengthy process. And plan on leaving your children in the car.I arrived today to try out the facility as I moved to the area recently. I didn’t plan that extra time and will not be able to do laundry for several more days.But as their sign says, they simply don’t care if anyone has a problem with it. Meh.

This place now requires vaccination thats okay thats 60 less a month theyre going to be getting for me I have to go a mile and a half further no big deal

This place is over priced. I am doing one just because I already had it in the washer when the price came up. No where on the planet should it cost $6 to wash a load of towels. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The owner, Helen, was very friendly and happy to assist me when I was having issues with drying my things. Give this little mom and pop Laundromat a chance, even if it looks a little sad on the outside.

I. cant say enough good things about this business! I started going to them about two months ago for their drop off service. You take in your dirty clothes drop them off and within 3 to four hours it comes back to you clean and put on hangers or however you tell them its done and done well! The folded laundry comes back to you folded with military precision and uniformity! I dont know who teaches the customer service etiquette there but its amazing! I walk inIm greeted by name and they are there to be of assistance to you that is clear!You cant beat the price either!

The absolute worst customer service ever. I am days away from having a baby and due to their “Covid policy” they can only have one person per group. I asked the attendant if it was okay for my husband to bring in the baskets because I cannot carry anything heavy, he proceeded to yell at me and my husband (who was standing in the doorway). I would leave zero stars if I could.

Employee was very rude! I came in because a lady was taking her clothes out of washer and was going to make sure I could get mine in and employee very rudely said I need you to go out side! I asked how I’m I supposed to know when she’s done! And I didn’t want anyone else to get it because they were busy and I was the first there! She asked me also to take my basket outside and was rude about that too! I told her I was just going to go somewhere else and took my basket outside and she followed me outside just to argue with me! 🤦🏻‍♀️

We’ve been jumping around since our washer broke at home, until they could get it fixed. Went to our favorite place & they were packed so looked on google maps for one close by & this one popped up. First thing is only one person allowed in per car, that’s the dumbest thing ever. On top of that every single move is monitored and controlled. This was definitely our first& last time coming here.

You’re watched like a Hawk from the moment you walk in. I filled my washers and was told I couldn’t wait, I had to go outside to my car. It’s 1 below zero. Attendant was extremely rude, ready to pounce on you for any “infraction”, such as shaking your sheets before you put them in the dryer. I’ll never use this laundry again. If you’re looking for a friendly laundry, don’t come here!

The owner was super nice and a wonderful conversationalists. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They use filtered water and the machines work wonders. Definitely recommend 10/10

This is one of the GRIMIEST laundromat I have been it. Its ran down. Many of the machines are broken. Lots of dirt and dust everywhere. Lots of water spots on the ceiling. Its just terrible. The ONE STAR that I HAD to give is for the attendant. He was very helpful and friendly. But the owners of this establishment should be ashamed for not taking pride in their business because it shows

The place is clean and machines work. However, there are signs controlling your every move. Were not allowed to fold clothes even if its empty. Came here twice, it kinda gave a bad vibe so Ill go elsewhere moving forward. The lady was kind but the signs scream control freak. No paying customer wants that.

Have been going to Quinns for some time now as its hard to get comforters into our standard washing machine, plus its really hard on the agitator/motor.This is the quintessential neighborhood laundromat. Attendants are always on duty and quick to share a tip, make change, or shoot the breeze. Yes, some machines are out of order but I never have a problem finding several machines to handle my load.Rates are reasonable and I always make a new friend or two every time I go! :-D

I love this place! The only thing I would wish was that their machines took credit cards but it’s awesome! It’s convenient and never seems to be horribly busy. Nikki is very sociable and knowledgable. She also will help you out if you need it! Very clean and I would highly recommend. Open daily with multiple size machines.

I rarely use a laundromat and this was the first time in a year or more. Our dryer at home seemed to be having issues so I took a couple wet loads to Quinns to dry. It was pretty busy being a weekend. I was surprised at the number of machines that were out of service. The place has lots of racks and baskets to use but could use a good cleaning.

The women who was working was very nice and helpful... she even asked if I needed help putting the stuff in my car. Not all the machines worked but the ones I used were great, got the job done.

The best Friday night washing clothes! I had an unexpected extension on my business trip so I had to do laundry. These two lovely ladies gave me tips on the best machines to use and we spent extra time chatting. When I realized I had left some of my tank tops behind in the washer, they threw them in the dryer and kept me company while they dried. Later, I found out my hotel does indeed have a guest laundry, lol. How lucky I was to overlook this and meet these special women.

Customer service is a lost art... But not here. They help you at the door to bring your things in and they help you collect your items and bring them back to your car. They offered my 6yr old a snack and pencils and paper while we were there. I had A LOT of laundry to get through and my son was getting restless. I buy their extra large clear storage bags to help me organize my laundry at such a good price. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they are easy to approach should you need anything. I cross town and pass 2 other laundromats to go here. Not alot of riff-raff hanging about...they keep things neat and clean. Just an awesome community laundromat if you need it🤗

The attendant helped me carry in my laundry which i greatly appreciate 👍 There are washers and dryers of various sizes and a drop off service. I also think the Pride flag in the front is a nice touch 😊 i like doing my laundry here. Clean, snack machine, and TV.

I dont get why every one here says the staff was rude, all three I met where pretty awesome. 4 stars because about half the machines where out of order but it wasnt busy (even though one of the staff said it was, Sunday night) and they had plenty open.

The worker is all in your face. We come to wash our clothes not make friends. I had a fleece blanket he kept asking me if it was polyester. Dude no its fleece. Just irritated the hell out of me. Never going back

No one looks forward to doing laundry especially if you have to go some where to do it! I had an over abundance of laundry Im talking everything in my house ... comforters, rugs,dog beds etc.. I brought in 6 huge baskets and the lady running their place stopped what she was doing not to give me an evil look or make me feel bad for pretty much taking over a whole corner of the building but to help me! She explained the big machines and even helped me load them. Watched my stuff and even put them in the drier while I ran out to get more $$ I would definitely recommend this place! Its s little older but clean and all my wash cane out wonderfully clean!! Oh and I even offered to tip her and she said no thank you its her job! Really nice to have this experience especially on one of those days when nothing is going right! I can easily rate this place with 5 stars!

Horrible customer service. If I could give this place zero stars I would, just for this reason. The attendant was extremely rude and had a poor attitude throughout my whole visit. This will be my first and last time here. She greeted every person who came through the doors except me, and yelled and micromanaged my every move. The machines are fine, but expensive. Could have gotten more stars if she wasnt so rude.

We got here this morning to wash clothes. Washer was fine, it was the drying part. Since dryer said LARGE CAPACITY DRY we had put our clothes in that dryer for 20 minutes. Finally got down to 10 minutes and and clothes was as wet as we put them in there. Went to Ms.Mimi the woman that was on her laptop behind the counter to tell her about the machine. She directed us to the smaller machines and gave no compensation back for the machine we was using that didnt dry any of our clothes. She had a very bad attitude as well. We asked for if we would be able to get some of our money back for the machine she stated No bluntedly and in front of other customers, we then asked for the owner information and she told us to grab a card. I then went back and asked for her name and when the manager would be in. Having an attitude still she told us the time. Still no compensation for the machine we were using along with an attitude. We will not return back here again. As we are frequent customers at this location. I believe that now this place is a scam with horrible customer service. This needs to be addressed quickly as we had to spend more money than we expected on a machine that was definitely False Advertised or needed another sign like the rest that says, OUT OF ORDER.

Employee overbearing. Feigns assisting with almost accusatory intentions. Denied customers using the quarter machine without the customers bringing in laundry first. Maybe its the neighborhood that makes management train their employees this way. Employee watched customers very scrutinizing. Likely customers stealing each others clothing.

Over priced!!! 9$ for the big washer and 5$ for the little one like i spemt 40$ on laundry this place is wayyy over priced and also the employee is all in your face like damn can i get 50 feet !!

The girls are super helpful, they went an extra mIle to help me with a ton of laundry after last flood in the neighbourhood. The place is clean, organized, and the price is good.

If I could give the laundry mat negative stars I would. First, I went in there and over half of the machines were out of order when probably they all should have been.I only went because I needed to wash and dry my comforter. I decided to launder the rest of my clothes while I was there.My clothes were in the dryer on medium heat for not even 30 minutes. I opened it while the were still going to check on them. I was quickly overwhelmed by the amount of smoke/steam, not sure of which. My clothes had been burnt and ruined.I will NEVER go back to this place!

Working machines, customer care, open even during inclement weather!Our state and city business lic. Is for a laundry/laundromat. We are not a retail store nor a bank. We are able to sell soda, snacks, soap, fabric softener, large bags to hold customer completed laundry but not able to provide change that is not intended to be immediately used to start our machines. We usually have hangers that customers have returned to us for the purpose of giving to people that need them. We are working really hard to keep our prices within reach of everyone, the recent increase in water/sewer, natural gas and electric have made this even more difficult.We have purchased all the equipment that is currently working since our purchase of the laundry. Removing the old equipment costs money that up to now would force us to increase prices. We bought Quinn’s so there would still be a local laundromat, we haven’t yet payed ourselves a cent and are still working hard on the esthetics. Clean clothes are the important part. If a person appears to be attempting to overload the machines so that their clothes won’t get clean and might damage the machine we will intervene, no one wants to use a machine after the person before them damaged it. No one has the time for that. So if you think that you are that important to mess with others allotted time to get their laundry done maybe you would be happier going to an unattended laundromat. Our staff is there to make sure things move as smooth as possible, offering hints and tricks to get the chore done as inexpensive as possible. They mop, wipe down the exterior of the machines, Lysol during occupancy. We sterilize the place at night, we use some of the same methods used on surgery rooms to get every nook and cranny. We haven’t had a germ problem and don’t want one. Quinn’s has been here for more than 50 years and looking forward to another 50.

Used to be the worst laundry mat in the state...manchines were 40 years old And contaminated with bacteria And micro organisms. Now things are different new ownership better machines and place is cleaner

I walk into this place and a woman who works there is folding towels for a customer and drops towels on the floor and fumbles with the towels so the towels hit the floor several times before she actually wss able to get them on the table and begin to fold...yuck! No integrity.

Most of the dryers is Out of order. All my clothes had bad smell after washer machine :(. Everywhere is dirty. All surfaces is dusty.

Quinns is under new ownership and has new hours!6:30 - 8:30 7 days a week and we are working on the machines.

If you want someone to discriminate and judge you as you walk in then stand over you and tell you how to do your laundry and over charge you while they do it...then go here.
