The place is clean. The machines work great and there was plenty of room to fold clothes.

I wish I could give no stars, however, just left this establishment and was pressured to pack up my clothes and leave because the staff was ready to leave. Prior to this exchange I enjoyed the experience, I called to ask what time they closed and I was informed 11pm but clothes had to be in the washer by 9:30. I arrived well before this time (8:30pm) while waiting for my clothes to dry at approx 9:45pm the Staff began asking how much longer I would be, they reiterated the rules to me which, again, I was still in compliance with. At approx 10 pm there was a vehicle outside the laundromat honking their horn. I later found out it was the manager honking for the employees to come out, which meant that I would have to come out and my clothes were still finishing up in the dryer. The laundromat was nice but I will never return due to this experience. If you have clothes in the machines and they are ready to leave they will hover over you and inquire about how much longer you will be. They even went as far as to ask if I planned to fold my clothes. Utter unprofessionalism sponsored by the manager!!To top it off there were employees not wearing a mask.

Washing machine is wonderful and the price is just right customer service is wonderful and the dryers or wonderful.

Staffs are reliable, they also answer questions as needed, sometimes when something goes wrong, for example the machine take s more of your coins and gives you fewer minute(which is doesnt happen often) the staff gives a refund if you want .They open early around 6am very convinient.You can watch tv as you do your laundry.They have many machines, so people dont have to wait .No washing powder or drier sheet they will sell it to you as much you want.They have restroom too.A nice place to do washing.

Very clean and well lit. Rows and rows of machines. There is even a front desk with someone who can help you when needed (Ive never seen that before). Has an atm and change machine. I do my bedding and large blankets here in their extra large washer then throw them into a large dryer. Decent pricing $4.50 for a wash and the dryer is in increments of 6 minutes for $0.25.

I was there today from 130pm till 330pm and the lady working there was so helpful to everyone plesent and she sweeper and clean the whole time u have a very good employee..been there a few other times and the visit was fine but today was nice and let her know she was doing a very good job

Great laundromat! Lots of washers and dryers in multiple sizes. Plenty of tables for folding laundry as well. Pretty easy to social distance during COVID-19. Gets busier after 4pm on weekdays.

Its a pretty nice place. They are remodeling and getting new machines in. They have some games and TVs to kill time.

Good clean place

My dryer broke down at home I had to wait on a part to come in so the repairman could fix it. In the meantime I needed to wash. So I went to bubble room I was greatly surprised at all the washers and dryers they had. The main thing that I liked was that most of them worked and didnt have a sign on them stating not working broke. Also it was clean. And had plenty of.change machines.

As laundromats go, this was a good one. Clean, well maintained and staff on site.

Great to actually see someone on staff taking care if machines and customers. He cleaned the whole time I was here. Good layout with plenty of folding tables.

It was not crowded. The person behind counter didnt have one on. But he was 6 foot back or so. There are covid19 washing instruction. I got my blankets washed and off I went. Waited out in the car for it to wash. About half hour to finish washing.Place was clean and polite.

I use this place to do my laundry. Lately there has been a lot of machines broken down. The coffee used to be great, but they took it way.You ask a question and get a idiots answer

Heavenly! These lovely folks will come pick up your dirty laundry and bring it back the next day, magically cleaned and nicely folded. Much better folded that when I do the laundry. Well, lets be honest - anything would be better as I rarely fold clothes, but they do a fantastic job of crisply folding the clean laundry they return. Dry cleaning services, too. This is one of the most awesome benefits of city living! (Jennifer L should get referral bonuses as I am a big fan thanks to her, and I have passed the world along to many who were interested!)

One of the cleanest laundromats I ever been to. Machines are new, the desk personnel was extremely friendly and the laundromat is huge! I’d say less than 5 machines (out of 50 or so) were inoperable and that’s usually not the case with other laundromats. Originally stopped at the other one on State Street down the road and I’m glad we never went in that one! This is definitely a laundromat I’ll be back to 👍🏻

The staff was nice, helpful and taking care of the laundromat the whole time we were there. The place was clean and smelled good. Plenty of washers available reasonably priced. To my surprise for as hot as it was outside it was cool inside. They had TVs to watch. Also had some games for the kids to play. They sold beverages not sure about snacks. Smart way to sell laundry soap and softener incase I forgot mine or would run out. I didnt use the bathroom but how well kept the place was I am sure it was just as clean and stocked up. The one thing that could have been better is that if the dryers got hot faster. Outside was well maintained also. I also appreciated that you were able to take the baskets outside instead having to carry the heavy baskets one by one. I am sure with future visits I will change to 5 stars. Thank you for putting one in our area. Great hours of operation also. And also nice that you do dry cleaning.

It would be 5 stars but some little short guy who parents I was told run this place is the rudest human I have ever met. Im very grateful he was not here today. But this guy seems like he doesnt like his job at all and has the nerve to be rude to customers for it. If it was for his poor attitude this maybe the best laundry spots in Kansas City🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I come here all the time once or twice a week. Usually I have a good experience, but today I do not know if I’m coming back . A guy named Cody that seemed to be the person in charge spent more than two hours cleaning the vents under the dryers . I understand this needs to get done but I believe he should have been doing this at a time when the laundromat is less busy. There was people standing waiting for a dryer for a long time and he was on the floor making it very hard for people to be able to move around . There was people at the counter waiting to be helped and trash everywhere . I am very disappointed with my experience today. Also he had on headphones the entire time I was there acting like there was nobody at the laundromat. Every other time I have visited that location I have never had a problem.

I adore this laundromat! Unlike some other laundromats Ive visited, this one has plenty of space so even when there are quite a few other people you dont feel overwhelmed and crowded.The dryers here are such a great deal, only 25 cents and that gets you about 8 minutes. They also have lots of TVs for entertainment and many tables to sit at while you wait - perfect for reading or homework!

Clean, clean, clean. Just left another laundromat crawling with roaches and came to dry my clothes here. Great place. I wish I would have come here first.

This is probably the best Laundromat in KCK. Very well kept, always clean. Never have to worry about what your washing with your close. Very large capacity with multiple different washer options and prices. Its usually consistently busy, but that wont impede you from getting what you need done. If you got laundry, this is the place to go. The staff is great as well. 👍

I love this place the best wash house ever all the equipment works. Wahsers dont leak water out while cloths are washing. My cloths are completely dry. Definitely worth the drive its the only place i will go. Its very clean and looks nice staff are great

We had stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge and they dont have washer and dryers so I came here. This place is so clean. The staff is friendly. Bring cash or quarters! Theres an ATM here if you need cash. Plenty of machines and you are in and out in a blink of an eye.

This is my personal experience for the first time coming here, but it says that they close at 11pm everyday. I went in a couple weeks ago and my fiancé was packing everything up in the car at 10:10. As soon as he walked out, the woman who was working the front counter told her coworker that she should’ve f**king kicked us out because we were taking too long. She saw me stand up from getting all my clothes out of the dryer and she looked like she seen a ghost. She tried to act like she didn’t say that and I was walking out with my basket and she was walking behind me pretty fast & as soon as I got to the outside part of the building she pulled the doors closed as fast as she could and locked the doors. I would’ve given this place 5 stars, but that completely ruined my experience and I won’t be back because that’s completely unprofessional and the fact that she was so comfortable saying that means she has a horrible work ethic & that’s not how you make your customers feel welcome.

Came here to do laundry because a storm knocked out our power. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The building itself and the machines are nice and clean. The air conditioning is great during this humidity and heat. But most of all its nice to not have to worry about a clean place to do my laundry on top of everything else Im worried about because of the storm. Im happy this place opened.

OMG. I came here to try to do some laundry. I arrived at 10:10 when their posted hours are til 11:00. I was immediately told to leave and when i asked about the posted hours, she immediately threatened to call the police. Inside of 1 minute on my first visit and we have already arrived at this horrible place. And then u was told to leave the property with similar consequences. So by 10:22, the doors are locked and bsb i an being kicked off the property all just for trying to do some laundry. And the posted hours on Google maps remains 11:00. When I mentioned that u would be leaving a negative review, she said that she did not care and what people say on the internet does not matter to her. Please fellow Google users, can you help me show this smug and thoughtless individual that thw way ahe treats people does matter, and that 911 is not a universal trump card that silences all protest against unfair treatment. Ty!!!!!

Great place. Reasonable prices. Clean environment but there is a lot of noise pollution with all the different TVs on and playing different things at once. It gets kind of hot inside when the fans are not on as well.

This laundry has newer machines and roomier layout than others I have used. Used it last week, then again this week. Cleaner bathroom and around machines this week; saw friendly lady cleaning up non-stop. Think she said her name was Gloria. 5 stars.

I always come here on Saturdays to do laundry. Its a great place. Various sizes of machines. ATM, change machine, bathrooms, games, free WiFi, decorated for holidays. I frequently see the staff walking around to clean. Sometimes its busy, which can be a slight pain, but other than that I recommend this place for all your cleaning clothes needs!

With EVERYTHING going on they do not make all customers wear mask i was doing laundry on September 19th 2020 between 11am and 12:30 pm and people was inside was not wear mask at all some did have one on but it was definitely several w/o and they were allowed to wash even with the sign on the door

I love this place the staff is nice but mainly gloria is the nicest and she works hard and keeps it clean. Im going to miss her alot. I was here on the sept 29th at 625am when they were to open at 630 but waited till 715 and still no one showed. Was upset, but I came back today Oct 3rd to find out its gloria last day Im going to miss her and if she is able to come back please let her come bck even if it to sit behind counter.

I do my laundry here every week. It’s a nice clean facility with up-to-date washer and dryer’s. The staff is friendly but the nighttime guy is a weirdo.

EDIT: the last few times that I have come at night, the place was extremely dirty with trash on the floors, and tonight I got there at 9:30 to dry my clothes only and the attendant came out and told me that they were closed, when I told her I only needed to dry she said that all the dryers were full (they were not, I could see empty ones) and she already cleaned the dryers and all the washers were full, so they were closed. I guess it makes sense to closed 1.5 hours early and turn customers away because you cleaned the dryers already. Arent you going to have to clean the dryers again once ALL the customers leave? Very disappointed.I loved going to the Bubble Room in Lenexa when I had my apartment, now there is one on State Ave in KCK!! My dryer recently stopped working and I needed to dry my clothes, looked up laundry mats near me and was pleasantly surprised to see a Bubble Room close by! I thought it would take 30minutes or so to dry, but they must have super powered dryers, because my large load dried in 20 minutes!!!!

Recently opened, the facilities are brand new and very clean. Faculty is thoughtful and helpful. As of now, its the best laundromat in KCK. However I think its fair to say that its up to those who use the facilities, as well as those who own it to continue to keep it at its current clean condition. I highly recommend it.

Usually it’s so clean. Today it was disgusting. Trash was everywhere. The trash cans were over flowing, and the restroom was dirty. Staff was more engaged in conversing with someone for 2 hours instead of cleaning. Very disappointing.

This is normally a great place to do my laundry. Machines are clean dryers have plenty of heat & Anna (nina) is such a sweetheart very helpful. Except for tonight when I walked in at 10:07 pm to DRY ONE LOAD only & was told by a Caucasian lady who was smoking outside that they were closed thst last load is at 9:30. Again i said Im only drying & she said I couldnt. So from now on Ill make sure i only go when Anna (Nina) is there... honestly left a bad taste in my mouth....

I normally do my laundry very first thing when they open at 630am. It’s always clean and usually I’m the only one here besides staff, yay for working night shift :) Today I decided to come in around 9pm. It is a totally different place, it’s dirty, there is stuff all over the floor, laundry carts were everywhere, trash was full and I didn’t see any staff behind the counter, at least at the time of review and I’ve been here about 15 minutes. They have free WiFi and plenty of tvs-overall I will still return, but I’ll be more conscious as to the time of day.

Not happy at all with my first and only encounter. Arrived at 9:20pm to find doors locked with obviously customers still inside using the facilities. The less than desirable attendant explained she had decided to close early, for the storm comen ok hunny. I dont know what I expected from a laundromat attendant but I hope I find a better experience somewhere else while my wash machine is being serviced.

Arrived today at 6:45. Were not open. Sat in the parking lot until 6:50 and left. You need to update your business hours.

Usually this place is emasculate. Today it was disgusting. The lady working here spent the entire 2 hours I was here talking to a customer. Trash bins full, trash on the floor, and the restroom so gross. I am very disappointed in today’s conditions of the laundromat.

Why on Saturdays theres no coffee the people are never here to help you cant make coffee for on Sunday that lady work so hard keeps coffee for the fines you really need to check your staff more often

Stopped in here today May 25th @ 13:30 was gonna use the drop off service till the young lady that was working the counter told me that because it is the weekend that the rate was almost $2.00 a lb. and it had to be 20lbs. When I asked her when it would be ready she told me she dont know cause she leaves at 14:30 and the next person that comes in may or may not finish it. So why would you have drop off service and not have employees that are willing to work.
