Although I never saw the final result of the moving clean service I purchased, I heard very positive things about Sara and Kiras job from my realtor. Not only did I hear positive feedback, but the project ended up coming in under estimate.Prior to the cleaning they did an excellent job of communicating with me. They assisted me in finding the appropriate service by learning my situation and talking to me like a human being. Additionally they called me several times to verify their services and to follow-up to see if they missed anything.Again, I did not personally review the final result, but if you want a hassle-free, excellent cleaning experience, they seem like they know theyre doing!

Have been using service for a number of years. They come by once a month and do a good job of cleaning. They are very reliable as to when they show up. If I need to reschedule they are very easy to contact and change schedule. Communication with home office has been very good. Rates are reasonable.

We started using Cottage Care in August for a deep cleaning. I will admit I was against the idea that I need to have someone come and help me clean my home. But, they did a great job and it did take work off my hands and give me time to spend with my family and work. We now have them coming in every 3 months and I look forward to their visits. It is so nice to come home to a clean house without lifting a finger, I feel very spoiled.

This company looked highly rated. I wanted to hire a cleaning company to come to my home every other week.I called this company and I had one of the managers from one of the locations come by and give me a quote. I emailed her back to tell her what I wanted and had no response. I had to called the company to see if they were still coming that particular day that we had scheduled and they gave me a totally different quote. They said they didn’t know why another location gave me such a high quote they showed up late at least for young women and missed a lot of spots in my home. No follow up. I would never use this company. For me they did not go through the checklist into what they were supposed to do and I wasted my money
