As an insurance agent I have referred Rainbow to my clients only a couple of times so far. As a professional when you give referrals youre always a bit leery as you want them to treat your clients as well as you do. And, so far, theyve yet to disappoint. They reach out to our clients in a very timely manner, are on-site within a few hours or less and do speedy and quality mitigation. The cherry on top for me is Lydia. She is a field rep that calls on my office quite frequently. I always look forward to her visits because she is so warm and friendly. I could chat with her for hours but I dont think either of our bosses would appreciate that.

I was a tenant at Louisburg Square where they charged me for sanitizing my carpet that your workers stated was soiled all over the home. I tried calling your company and I was told they could not tell me your process or how you guys prove that the carpet was soiled by a pet. I feel you guys overcharged the company but you do not know that the tenants gets charge for it and no proof to show only an itemize bill. I have pictures of how I left my apartment and in none of this pictures was a soiled carpet. I will also be doing a review in the BBB if I do not get a resolution soon.

I made a appointment On May 3, 2021 and they told me i have a early afternoon appointment which i told them after 11 am i was free and then i called on May 4, suppose to be out early afternoon and then i called later and told them i had to be somewhere at 2:30 pm suppose to call person and told them that. They didnt call or come . It came that time to leave to be at my next appointment never called at all. If giving you a early afternoon you stick to it not promising the money was coming out my pocket. The driver has to do better.

Great service and integrity. Brock provided us with a fair and accurate estimate and explained the procedure for the mold removal and possible scenarios that could occur as the project got started. We had a lot of people involved in the decision making our job, including our builder and the plumbing co who created the leak which caused the eventual mold. Each wanted to cut corners and do the job as cheaply as possible, but Brock and the technicians made sure that they understood the right way to get rid of the mold and everything that it entailed. In my industry, i have worked with many restoration companies, none have had the integrity and ease of project completion as Rainbow. they work closely with the insurance company to ensure there are no repairs completed that are not covered, unlike other restoration companies. I would give them more stars if i could!
I recommended them to my tenant. After the were done I went in and the place smelled like animal urine. My tenant never allowed the dog upstairs maybe they use dirty water? But they wouldnt stand behind their work because the tenant didnt request a urine cleaning.
Andrew McNally Technician at Rainbow International is a Fraud and a liar with with extremely poor communication skills, Please be aware and make sure to ask for a different technician. Weve had a horrible experience with him .

Wish i can give zero star. We schedule for 12 in noon and guy showed up 6:30 evening also technician told me that he didn’t know until 6:00 about my work and i been calling them from noon. I called 10 times and lady there told me technician will be there soon and all.Also they used to charge $65 for carpet cleaning and they charged me $98 and reason they gave me is covid-19. So they are making more money in this virus.technician finish cleaning 2 bedroom, hall in 7 mins.Technician wants me to pay $100 since I didn’t have change and refuse to right that in invoice.i also asked technician about my inconvenience discount but he said he can’t do anything. Let see what they do after my review. My apartment suggests me this company but i ll not suggest to anyone.

This company lost and damaged several sentimental items of ours followed up with extremely poor communication. Brock has yelled towards my wife several times over the phone. We have text messages saying “Can I call, I promise I won’t yell “ from Brock, real professional. David the “manager” said that they were too busy to even take our job in the first place. So why take it? If could give any advise for anyone thinking about using this company, don’t.

John, the project manager, stopped in several times during the clean up. He checked and double checked everything to make sure everything that was wet was removed and everything was dry in the end.Cole was amazing!! He has a great attention to detail, and made sure to clean an area I noticed the plumbers had gotten dirty.Then the WOW experience: Cole noticed that the plumbers had torn up some additional carpet to get to the pipe they were repairing, and had left all the torn up carpet in a pile for us to clean up. Cole offered to grab some garbage bags to put it all in as well as take it away for us. This was above and beyond what they needed to do. We truly appreciated him doing this for us!If we ever were in need of clean up again these guys would definitely be my first call.

Broke my wine fridge because they decided to move it out by the handle apparently. Had to discover this myself as apparently they didn’t think I’d notice. Reached agreement on cost to replace in writing on 6/12. Insurance paid for their services on 6/25. Email sent 7/5 was ignored. Called numerous times leading up to 7/29 before I finally got a response a check would be cut by 8/2. 8/30 and still no check.
