I have used the online rent a center plenty of times before. Today MICHELLE calls me and instead of helping me, a repeat customer, she starts harassing me. I explained. Ive been thru process before and all she kept saying was its our process sir. Its our process. Then when. I say Im thinking of canceling, she said thats up to you and proceeded to cancel my order. I will never use rent a center again. I will make sure to let everyone know what bad service this place has. Facebook and Twitter here I come.

Hello people you work with the public, lets act like you know your job

New store manager is great

When I signed up they kept telling me they would call me back, of course, no one ever called back and I had to continually call them back for answers. They said my washer and dryer would be delivered from 12-2 and they still haven’t shown up. No one contacted me to say they would be late. I have to work at 4. So I called them and they put me on hold for 30 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and someone immediately answered the phone ready to talk. So terrible customer service, haven’t received what I ordered, terrible experience all around and I wish I would have went with a different company.

People need to stop renting from these stores and shut them down, these stores are the cause of the bed bugs outbreak. I buy my furniture from Nebraska furniture Mart . Rent a center sends furniture to peoples houses and if they dont pay for it they pick that furniture back up take it back to the store and rent it to someone else. People better wake up. Thats where you all are getting the bed bugs and until they shut rental places down and fumagate that stuff before sending it out you guys are gonna keep being infested with them.
