My father in law works here and has been there for over 15 years. He is one of their diesel mechanics. He has always has nice things to say about them.

Its a mess if you have to go to pick you a package. Because of a delivery fault. But the thing that did make a difference was that the staff is a great bunch of guys.

Had a piece of freight shipped there. Very easy pickup and everyone was friendly. In and out with my freight in no time at all.

As far as this goes it was a pleasant experience. The person at the gate was very helpful. He told me where to go. At the office they checked the proper identification, then sent out the order. The person who delivered it to my vehicle, then helped me load the 40+ boxes in my vehicle. While its not the place for a picnic or to go to dinner it is a great place to get your packages.

Overall great experience! I was a little bummed we had to go physically pick up an item but the fast and efficient help we received from their staff was fantastic!

Driver: # 319823I was driving down 39th st. in Independence today, when this driver pulled out in front of me abruptly, almost causing a wreck. When I passed him, he got angry and followed me onto a side street (Bedford ave). Then he drove in front of me and slammed on the breaks (twice) and blocked the road so I could not pass him. Then he proceeded to get out of his vehicle and ask yell at me, asking me if I wanted to fight, calling me trash, etc, and threatening me (twice). The pictures posted with this review show the van blocking the road and a picture of the driver in question. Hopefully something will be done about this guy, before he attacks someone, or causes a wreck.

Rip off to try to ship anything with these folks will never be back and wouldnt ins because it was not new even though had a value of 12000 dollars what a joke of a company drove it to where had to go myself

They cancelled a shipment without even notifying us. Then said there is nothing they can do, that seems a little ridiculous since the shipment was cancelled by them not us. You should have figured out a way to get that to us today.

Had to wait over 45 min to get package,(transmission for pick up). Item was there for 3 days, they didnt contact us, we had to contact them. Lots of communication problems. You also have to go thru security at the gate.

Dont deliver here! Been here 6 hours waiting to be unloaded.

This plece needs to shot down seriously! Everyone in there do drugs and stuff .even the supervisors. Plus most of their employees are teenagers they just horse around with the forklifts damaging most of the freight.

So if you come in for a customer pick up, its apparently at least an hour to pick it up. Because they cat find anyone to get it. Literally 10 employees loitering. Man I hate when I dont get to pick the shipping company.
