Waited all day for my delivery (that I paid $50 for and that was already delayed.) Was supposed to arrive from 10-6pm and never came...never received a call...called the company and they said my package was in transit and were not able to help me or give me further detail...still no idea where my order is!

Waited a week to schedule the first available pickup and now waited my whole day for a 10am-2pm pick up. No one showed up, no call, no voicemail. Now I have to wait again tomorrow for another pickup time. Very inconvenient!!!

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but this was a flawless experience for me. The company that I purchased my bumper from uses Pilot Freight for shipping so it wasn’t my choice however if I ever need to use them I would definitely give them a call. They called 30 minutes before delivery and the delivery guy was professional and nice. Thanks

Horrible experience. The driver was mad the moment he got here. Could’ve ran my toddler over by the way he was driving. Completely disrespectful. Had to call the police cause he got irate and all up in my face. I will never be using this company again. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. We prepared the compressor by strapping it well to a pallet. We paid extra for inside delivery service. This company tipped the compressor on its side when they delivered it, oil leaked out everywhere and ruined the compressor. My client was furious and demanded a refund. This was two months ago- my customer has a refund - my claim is still open with Pilot Freight- the last update I had from them was over a month ago. They give you the run around when you call and tell you that they cannot discuss it with you. We asked for a supervisor and were told to contact the company owner. Good luck, right? Well we will never use this company again- I would rather pay double and know my item will be delivered correctly and if there is a problem it will be dealt with professionally and promptly. Have never had such a horrible experience

THE SCREEN ON MY $2000 TV WAS SHATTERED. THERE WAS A GASH IN THE BOX AT POINT OF IMPACT THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE. NOW THE RETAILER IS OUT OF STOCK ONLINE AND I HAVE TO GO THRU A DIFFERENT RETAILER THAT IS GOING TO CHARGE ME $259.50 FOR SHIPPING. I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE ON MY SECURITY CAMERAS OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER DROPPING THE TV OFF HIS DOLLY IN MY DRIVEWAY AND THEN PICKING IT BACK UP AND PUTTING IT IN MY GARAGE. I AM GOING TO BE OUT TIME AND NOW MONEY BECAUSE I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY NOW. THIS MAKES FOR A POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. THE TV WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 1/3/2019-1/7/2019 BUT WASNT DELIVERED UNTIL 1/10/2019. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DELIVERY COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER FOR ANY REASON.

Worthless company. Difficult to deal with and couldnt care less about their deliveries. Customer service is junk no help at all. Condescending when in the phone with customers. Never use Pilot unless you want to receive damaged product!

Definitely agree with the prior reviewer of giving the service zero stars if I could. Last year I ordered a 52” Samsung TV that was delivered just fine. This year I ordered a bedframe and rails. Complete mess. It was supposed to be delivered last week (Thursday). I was called the morning of delivery and was informed that the rails were misplaced. I heard Ma’am we are hoping they will be here tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday. They failed to make an appointment on Monday and showed up after a 20 minute notification that they were coming. Had to reschedule for today (Thursday). The bedframe box looked fine. The box that contained the rails had the rails hanging out of a torn up box. I had it sent back. These people need to realize when you order something close to $1000 I don’t want it looking like **** by the time it gets to my door. Have peple forgotten how to take care of things? Also, most people work 8-5 and the delivery hours of 10-2 aren’t convenient. Point being, more packages could probably be delivered on a daily basis and less rescheduling happening. Thus reducing wasted time/money on employees=more efficient and happier customers. When someone from the company makes a comment that things have been damaged a lot lately, sounds like there’s an internal problem. Having things damaged doesn’t equate to efficiency either.
