I went into the store to drop off a computer part to have it sent to a family member. This was a very expensive computer part so guaranteed 2 day shipping and $2000 worth of insurance cost me $64.Fast forward 3 days and the package hasnt moved from the original hub. As mentioned, this part is very expensive and currently next to impossible to find so no updates after the promised delivery date came and went was obviously a large cause for concern.. After multiple phone calls and getting the standard the computer shows its at the hub I finally got a call from a case manager. This manager was incredibly muffled with, from what I understood, no new information. I told him I was having a hard time understanding him who then repeated basically the same story. I asked if the the package could simply be held where it was at and Id pick it up and figure something out. He offered to send it back to me and I said okay as long as I could get a refund. He acknowledged the request and hung up. Several hours later without update I call again, asking for information. At this point Im essentially told that they wouldnt help me because I requested a return to sender and that refunds cant be issued with such a request. They also refused to escalate any further because of the request even though 1) That wasnt my initial request and 2) He didnt explain any of this to me.Never using FedEx again. Hopefully my item gets back to me undamaged because I can only assume theyre going to void the insurance as well.
I normally go to this location because of the proximity to my home and the service is always excellent. However over the past weekend I’ve encountered an employee who rushed me off the phone, told me the store didn’t do curbside pickup, and also had an attitude when I had questions.The young lady named Jesslyn i believe was very rude and not friendly. I called the Saturday afternoon before pickup to see if my package had arrived. She took my name and said no. I attempted to ask questions after her response however she cut me off and the tone of her voice sounded as if she was annoyed I called.The day of pickup I pulled up and saw the curbside drop off AND pickup sign. So i parked and called into the store. She answered and told me “we only do curbside drop off” I told her the sign in front of me says pickup as well. She said “well I will just bring it out to you”. As I attempted to say thank you she ended the conversation with “k”. The tone of her voice over the phone was as if I was bothering her.When she came outside I again informed her that the sign in front of me says I can pickup via curbside. She again told me it’s only for drop off and you have to prepay for your package.If this location ONLY does curbside drop off then the sign out front needs to be changed ASAP.
Jesslyn gave me the best service and attention I’ve ever received.I was sending a car title to my grandfather before my shift at Trader Joe’s,my phone wasn’t working to confirm the address I was sending to,but she understood the inconvenience and at the same time I was in a hurry.I restarted my phone and after several attempts of receiving a phone call, my grandad informed me we made a label for the wrong address, by one digit,and without hesitation Jesslyn reprinteda new one.She was kind, patient, smart, and quick.I really appreciate everything she did for me that day.
I spent almost 2 hours at this location making copies, using scanner, etc. The last thing I needed to do is to cut some documents and signs. The cutting board was gone! I asked where it was and was told district manager told stores to take it away because of Covid19, and it would have germs on the handle!! RIDICULOUS. If that is the reason every printer, fax machine, computer, etc needs to go away! I would think the cutting board is used less than anything in the store! I used my own sterilizer to wipe down printer buttons, cabinet, etc. The scanner screen looked like someone had sneezed all over it so I cleaned it. There was nothing around to clean equipment, and no-one cleaned anything while I was there. But he wants the cutting boards gone! It is almost laughable. So I had to pay them to have my items cut!!...wonder if that is the real reason he took them out - in order to make a few cents! There is no other logical explanation. The one positive experience is the young man, Alex, working behind the counter that was very nice and helpful.
This location is the closest to my office, I always ship with FedEx, unfortunately very poor service and an professional customer service.They will always try to sell you boxes claiming that your box does not Match Fedex specifications.I took it to a different FedEx location and kid you not they took it the way it is.

I have had several instances in the store of extremely poor customer service. Today I use the self-service machine, which clearly was out of ink. I went up to the counter to ask it to be reprinted the assistant manager proceeded to belittle me and say that I must have printed incorrectly and that I needed to re-insert my credit card so that he could see what I did to make it print that way! Absolutely ridiculous! It was two pieces of paper. I could understand if I printed a novel. Unfortunately this is the closest FedEx to my house and my job requires that I print on a weekly basis. I usually attempt to go to the Westport location where the customer service and quality of prints is excellent. My mistake for coming here today and wasting $3 on unusable prints.
I’ve used this location for a variety of print projects and they’ve always done a great job! From 16 sets of 200-page bound documents to mailing labels and shipping services, the staff has always been extremely competent, helpful, fast, and accommodating of my last-minute schedule. Thank you!
I use print&go. I rarely print so keeping my home printer full of ink is too costly. This saves money, works like a charm and staff is very helpful. Thanks FedEx!
Awful. Lady at the counter was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes and asked me “did you see the hours on the door” when I asked if they were open on Sunday. Terrible customer service. I asked two simple questions and this woman acted INCONVENIENCED that I had asked her to do her job. Did I mention the store was EMPTY and there were no other customers inside due to corona. I’m trying to mail a personal cell phone to its owner who accidentally left it behind - a friend who is now in an emergency situation at a hospital in Oregon. Sorry, but there is no excuse for this kind of treatment to customers.

It wasn’t busy so I didn’t have to wait but I also came in not knowing what to do. Being told just to give the object to them. The person helping me told me I needed an account number and then they do everything. While I was doing it she was making sure that I knew it was okay. That a lot of people don’t know the need it and that it was fine. Not only being helpful but making sure I was comfortable.

Absolutely the worst customer service! It was beyond terrible when I dropped off an order and wasnt much better when I picked it up, 6 days later. I never got a phone call that was promised so I stopped in and my order had been ready for a few days. I was never greeted and the employees were too busy socializing amongst themselves to even notice they had a customer(s). They took phone calls and seemed very put out, and were vocal about it, while the customer was on hold, and I standing at the counter. I went to this location because it is convenient, but I will drive out of my way the next time I have printing needs. I could go on and on....Not a place to go if you want to be treated nicely!
I go here often to send Fedex overnights. Quick and efficient service and they always ask if I want a receipt. I also take in large drawings (18x24) to print from a flash drive and then send after I stamp them. They are very helpful even though the printer had issues printing the odd size sheets.
Only utilized once, but needed help finding the correct packing materials due to specific instructions from the company I was shipping to. The staff was very helpful & it was easy to find parking.
OMG. Went in to send a package Priority to Canada. Filled out the customs form and the guy tries to enter the info into the computer. The computer kicks him out 3 times so then he says to fill out this older type form so he can process it the old way. I get the thing filled out and I notice the form is for Fed ex ground. I tell him so he gives me another form to fill out. Im halfway done with it and I notice its Priority USA only. Then he finally finds the right one and he actually offers to fill it out for me which I totally accepted since I had writers cramp by now. Well after an hour and an eternity we finally were done. My dog was mad cause he had to wait in the car. Hes the one who told me to post this.Not the coldest beers in the fridge up there at Fed Ex Im afraid.
Don at the Stateline Location was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to help me with my project. Nothing but positive things to say about this location.

I managed this branch for 6 years plus! They will rip you off its FedEx policy! As a former manager do not ever take your business to FedEx unless you have to! And I wont even get into the disgusting things we used to do to mean customers thats right you think being rude at the restaurant is bad we used to do some pretty foul things to your most important documents LOL!
Just called to find out information on overnighting a package to Texas. The girl who answered wanted me off the phone as quickly as possible. Told me she was too busy to answer my questions and that I needed to use the website. I did use the website before I called the store, but it did not answer all of my questions which is why I called her store. Very poor customer service.

Called trying to get a shipping price and the lady on the phone was rude and ended up just hanging up on me when she got bored. After calling back a couple times, I was able to get another person on the phone who was able to help me.

Staff is really rude. Ask them a couple of simple questions and they start sighing and giving attitude. If you hate answering customers questions, get out of Customer Service! Your customers dont have intimate knowledge about papers/printing. Thats where you come in!
