I came here to rent a set of ridgid megapress jaws for my pro-press tool, and I was told they don’t rent the megapress jaws without renting the entire ridgid pro-press gun I told them countless times I only needed the megapress jaws, but they assured me it was the same price to get both. Upon returning the tool I was charged for renting both the gun, and the jaws. The sales counter individual told me I could have rented then separately... if you’re going to use total tool I’d be weary about which counter sales individual you use.

Great place to purchase tools. Adam was more than helpful and professional. We bought my dad tools for Christmas and he was very pleased.
