Called to see if they had an aerator. Josh said they had one and it was first come first served. I immediately drove the 25 minutes to get it only for Josh to insist on two forms of government issued ID and proof of address. Sure would be nice if Josh would have let me know that before wasting my time.

Rented a Tiller and it was difficult to start at the store. Took it home and it kept dying and then taking 30-40 pulls to restart it. Eventually I gave up as my arm was about to fall off. I took it back and mad them aware of the issues. They said there was nothing they could do to refund any more, even though I couldnt keep it running and it didnt perform the job. Beware.
